During his first task Ke Ji appears, acting like he is an omega. He does this because he is hated by the people of this planet. Ke Ji is the Commander-in-Chief of the army of their universe and the leaders of this planet want to keep control of their planet and create hate against the army. Ke Ji has decided to look for his mate after the war, after he finds out he is probably still alive. Ke Ji is the father of Lu Liran's child. They both don't recognize each other at first. Ke Ji has always only shown himself in his mecha and their night together is hazy for Lu Liran, so he doesn't know his face. Lu Liran is acting like he's an alpha. Because of the scars of his face and because he seems to be an alpha, Ke Ji does not recognize him either.

When they do realize who the other is, they stay together. After his trip to the blue hole, Lu Liran's brother Lu Liqin appears on the planet. Lu Liquin is a genius scientist. He has been watching his broadcasts and has finally found a way to enter the planet (there are obstacles to reach it). Lu Liran's family is very wealthy. After his trip to the swamp Lu Liran returns to his home planet with a portal from his system. His son gets a heart surgery.

Ke Ji has problems with his mental powers. He has huge powers, to big for him to control well. Lu Liran has pheromone problems, caused by drugs injected while kidnapped, a black hole he went through and aggravated by pheromone interference injections.

On the first advanced planet they come across a lightning ball clearing mental nodules in Ke Ji's mind and find volcanic crystals that help Ke Ji with his mental powers and even lets them grow. They also find Mangyaquan water wich is said to help omega's with their pheromone problems. MC's brother manages to create a medicine on basis of this water wich can help all omega's in their galaxy who have pheromone problems and can be mass created.

In the last chapter they get married. In the extra's they spend their honeymoon on an uninhabited island, we see the first time MC and ML met, how MC got kidnapped when he was 17 and freed by ML and then joined the army, MC finding out about his 2nd pregnancy during a live broadcast with his son and all viewers surprised he's an omega, 2nd son being born.

The novel shows the dangers of nature, MC eating everything that he can get his hands on (eyeballs etc.), and the reactions of his viewers. I find the reactions of viewerd in this novel very fitting and not annoying like I usually do. MC gets into unexpected dangers every time (avalanche, dangerous unknown animals, etc).

ML is very supportive of MC. Everyone who meets them or sees them thinks he's weak and MC is strong. Through MC's thoughts we know ML is stronger in everything.

The author doesn't do much with wolf MC contracted. He's only taken out shortly on uninhabited island and on honeymoon. I feel sad for the wolf, since it seems to feel passing of time inside system's slot.

In extra's we see that system gave MC some simple missions. I don't know if more difficult missions will come back. I kinda missed the influence their mating will have on both of them (will MC's mental powers grow very strong?).

Ch 263, wrong ch. In extra's a few chapters repeat of earlier ch (216-218), so don't know if I missed something. <<less

Ji Feng finds out there have been cultivators in this world before. The most well-known case involves a cultivator who destroyed everyone on a certain world. When Ji Feng goes on a mission to this world with his husband, everyone is attacked by wolves. He saves himself and his husband with an artifact he made. Everyone else dies.

They find out that the leader of their world knows about cultivators and even created a special branche that investigates cases and objects involving them. The planet's leader is also a cultivator who is much weaker than Ji Feng.

After a hearing they are again sent to the same planet. On the planet they are again attacked by wolves. They are s**ked into an artifact that has an internal world. Turns out the leader of the mission Yi Dong is a more powerful cultivator than Ji Feng. Ji Feng manages to destroy Yi Dong's body with the help of a soul fragment from the previous owner of the artifact and the artifact's soul.

Yi Dong's soul takes over the body of the planet's leader. While traveling to find Houston's brother (in which they succeed) he creates a search warrant for Ji Feng claiming he will destroy this universe. One of Houston's parents who went missing when he was young, left such a prophecy. Ji Feng finds out that a cultivator in this world has to go through a very powerful tribulation when they get stronger that could destroy everything. Yi Dong is a soul remnant of that previous cultivator who became demonic.

He demands Ji Feng to hand over a ring that belonged to Houston's father, who was also a cupltivator, and which contains another part of the soul of the afore mentioned cultivator in the hope of swallowing it's soul and become strong enough to successfully pass tribulation. When handing over the ring Ji Feng starts to fight Yi Dong and manages to swallow his soul. He succesfully passes tribulation but ends up back in his previous world. He starts cultivating hard to become more powerful so he can find a way back to Houston who was pregnant when he left. After 100 years he finds his way back. Only 3 years have past on Houston's side.

They form a happy family. Ji Feng is seen as a saviour who rescues everyone from Yi Dong who tries to destroy their world. As a birthday present Ji Feng goes searching for Houston's father who went missing in a black hole and finds him.

Houston is supposed to be a very powerful Major General who is very cold, but kinda behaves like a typical shou. Didn't like him very much. Keeps everything bottled up. <<less

He kept improving his mecha and winning at school. He meets the villain, Luo Wenchuan. In the original book, the second prince of the Star Empire was tall and handsome, but cold and unkind. Wenchuan hires him as his mecha master. Wenchuan is allergic to Omega pheromones and has been told only a 95% match could remedy that. But such a match has not been found. His father was afraid of him and sent him to a barren star growing up.

At an inter school tournament MC does very well. He turns out to have a mental control strength of SSS+, so he is hired by a mecha research institute to help them develop stronger mechas. He develops an instrument that enables even weak omegas to handle strong mechas. His invention is much better than the one the institute is working on.

Chi Yu has been chasing and harassing MC ever since he broke the engagement. His own family and the Chi family also want the engagement to stay intact. The queen is not happy with the interest of her son in MC, so the empire creates a rule: AOs with high pheromone matching must be together. MC has a high match with Chi Yu. This forces them to get married. MC decides to cut his glands in front of everybody. Wenchuan arrives right at that moment and rushes him to the hospital. He turns into a beta.

His invention is made public and MC declares he will not sell it unless this new law is abolished. He becomes a beacon of hope for omega's. The law is abolished and MC and his team win the inter school tournament, with MC using a totally new super mecha.

ML finds out he had a 100% match with MC. 100% matches are not shown in the system, because they were thought to be non existent. The are the first couple with 100% match in history. After this is made public the Chi family and ML's mother are heavily punished. MC slowly recovers his glands and becomes an alpha again. ML is declared heir. MC creates a new mecha company finding many talented beta and omega employees.

Story is mainly about mechas. Romance is a subplot. <<less

The Blue Star planet disappeared from their galaxy about 100 years ago. Shortly before disappearing they planted a tree in the empire. The empire made a contract with the royal family that they would protect and nurture the people born from that tree. This contract in embedded in the brain of the royal family and will harm them if they do not fulfill the contract.

Shi Xing decides to be rational in his choice this time and approaches Chi Yao, the emperor. Chi Yao's parents died when he was young. They were mortally wounded in a fight against star beasts and decided to have a child in the years they had left and raise him to take over the throne. Chi Yao has been in power for over 30 years since he was young. When he was young his core (like a beast core) was broken by a nearly king level star beast. He hasn't really been able to use his powers since then. He has SSS+ level powers and since there are no SSS level healers, he doesn't expect anyone to be able to heal him. Erya, the most powerful Blue Star SS level healer, visits when he gets out of control to help him. But she can't heal him. His core is partially neld toegether by the contract with the Blue Star.

Shi Xing thinks Chi Yao is the best choice for him. He met him shortly before he died in his previous life and he seems very mature. During the period when the growing up Blue Stars choose their partners, Shi Xing meets several potential partners, but finally asks Chi Yao. Chi Yao decides to agree.

A lot of Blue Stars die in the period when they mature, so he isn't supposed to do too difficult things in this period of time. He needs a lot of spars and energy from star beasts to increase his power and Chi Yao can help him with that. Lulu couldn't give Shi Xing enough spars and cores to increase his power eventually leading to his death in his previous life. His mother didn't really like Shi Xing and held back their families recources, forcing them to fight at the border against star beasts, where Shi Xing finally lost his powers leading to a slow death. Lulu was forced by his mother to divorce Shi Xing if he wanted doctors to help him and was even forced to marry someone else. Shi Xing knew nothing could heal him and would have preferred Lulu to stay by his side.

Shi Xing and Chi Yao get along very well and slowly fall in love. Shi Xing is first graded at SS level, but after growing up he becomes SSS+ level. By showing he can heal people who nobody has been able to heal before, he gets the support of largest part of the military. They have a lot of soldiers that need healing that nobody can give them. The first person he heals is the son of a powerful military family. Chi Yao brings Shi Xing to the border where Star Beasts are often invading to get their energy to let him mature.

Star Beasts are trying to take Shi Xing away several times. They have been killing a lot of Blue Star people. However Shi Xing manages to increase his powers in times of need and develops the power to create a shield that can stop the Star Beasts from harming the human's core while the humans can keep attacking him. His shield can also hold them in place. Later he develops a second talent, that nobody knew was possible, to devour the energy from star beasts, first by touching them and later he can do that from a distance. Erya becomes his teacher, teaching him to become stronger and how to use his powers. After the Blue Star planet disappeared their people had to learn everything anew, losing a lot of knowledge.

Shi Xing ends up facing Star Beasts alone a few times by accident. He finds out they can communicate with him through telepathy and want to take him away to their leader, the one who harmed Chi Yao. This leader is responsible for the fact that star beasts are continually attacking their borders, killing a lot of soldiers each year. They are also attacking the borders of the alliance, which consists of a lot of planets working together to defend themselves.

The alliance and the empire worked together 300 years ago when a horde of star beasts attacked their worlds. However since then, the alliance has become increasingly demanding towards the empire, which leads to them guarding a huge parts of their border because of their need for spars which the empire lacks. When a delegation of the alliance comes to discuss things, Chi Yao can't attend because he is sleeping after his powers got out of control which Shi Xing tried to help him with. Shi Xing and Chi Yao's cousin appear as representatives of the empire. The delegation of the alliance behaves very arrogantly, so Shi Xing slaps back at them. Chi Yao wakes up after 2 days and shows up, sending the delegates away. He has been thinking about what to do with their increasing demands because they know the empire needs their spar.

In retaliation their delegates release a star beast in the capital to try and divide Shi Xing and Chi Yao. By accident a second one shows up as well. Both deal with the beasts quickly. One of the delegates who tried to watch is severely wounded by one star beast. Chi Yao shows proof that the delegates are responsible for this and now really sends them away from the capital. He also demands compensation and declares he will shorten the borders guarded by them so they will only guard the borders of their own galaxy.

Shi Xing comes with the idea to release quota to let Blue Stars heal people from the alliance. They don't have Blue Stars and there are quite a few powerful families in ther worlds that need healing. This divides the alliance since several worlds want to make use of these quota. Chi Yao gets a mine and a lot of other recources the empire needs, solving their problem.

When Shi Xing matures, about 2 years after they started their partnership. They have their first time interc**rse together. Shortly after Shi Xing fully heals Chi Yao.

Shi Xing is the most powerful Blue Star that appeared since the disappearance of their world. He starts to dream about his world and meets their priest in his dreams. He finds out the priest has time powers and called him to his time period 150 years ago. The pries foresaw a disaster approaching their world, but didn't know what it was. He thinks that Shi Xing might be the solution to saving them. Shi Xing tells him that their world disappeared and that they lost a lot of knowledge and a lot of his people die before maturing. The priest tells him this is caused by them lacking the energy of their world. Their world has a lot of energy letting Blue Star people grow up without problems. He also tells him he is writing a book with all of their knowledge and will leave it in the Blue Star world.

The star beasts now come in hordes to attack their worlds. Shi Xing and Chi Yao decide to negotiate with them, solving the problem at it's roots. They find out their leader, a king level beast, is stuck on the blue star world and can't leave it. It wants Shi Xing to lead him out. All of the attacking star beasts are from his lineage (they can procreate fast). The star beasts born on the blue star world can leave it, but the other's who entered it forcefully can't leave it anymore.

The military delegation of the empire and the alliance agrees to follow the star beasts to the Blue Star world to let their king leave if they promise to not attack their worlds anymore. Shi Xing and Chi Yao enter the Blue Star world to negotiate with their king. They tell him they want to create a contract to make the deal. The king wants to think about it and Shi Xing and Chi Yao roam the worlds to check it out. They find out that all the Blue Star people were killed when the star beasts entered their world. The trees that grow their people are still alive, but are sleeping. The star beasts kept eating their fruit that grow the Blue Star people.

Shi Xing wakes up the trees. They are very happy one of them has returned and all want to hold them in their branches. All trees have different personalities and want their branches to be cut in different ways. They find the manual that the priest wrote.

The star beast king is very cunning and wants to attack their worlds again when he leaves. Shi Xing and Chi Yao know and want to kill it too. They still make a contract and let the beast king out. They suspect it's core will crack again (was cracked before in the fight against the empire) when it leaves the Blue Star planet, since it healed itself by eating Blue Star fruit. They are right. The king beast attacks them when he's out and his core immediately starts to crack. They manage to kille it. They kill all the beasts that want to continue the war and let the beasts that agree to leave and never come back go.

Finally their is peace in their worlds again. They bring the Blue Star planet back to their galaxy and plant the tree in the empire back at the Blue Star planet again. The trees can now start to grow fruits again in their own world.

Lulu becomes increasingly obsessed with Shi Xing. He has been in love with him for a long time and had expected to marry him. After trying to approach him several times, Shi Xing finally sees him and tells him he dreamt he would die if he chose Lulu. He tells him several secret things about Lulu's family to convince him. He tells him his family wouldn't have been able to provide for him with the powers he needed to mature. He hits Lulu a few times and sends him away. Chi Yao visits him and punished him to go to a far away place.

Finally the couple get officially married.

The extra's show Erya and Fu Chi becoming a couple, they also show what happened in Shi Xing's previous life after he died. Lulu was devastated afted Shi Xing died. He sacrificed himself in the hope to save Shi Xing, but that didn't help. He stopped the wedding when he found out Shi Xing visited. After his death he turns his mother in for causing the harm to Shi Xing. His mother is sentenced to prison for a long time. Lulu refuses to ever see her again.

There is also an alternate romance version between Shi Xing and Chi Yao, where the Blue Star world was never attacked and Chi Yao's parents are still alive. They are of about the same age. Shi Xing grew up at the Blue Star world and they meet and slowly fall in love. Lulu is infatuated with Shi Xing, but Shi Xing doesn't like him and tries to evade him.

This is a nice novel, but I don't have to read it again. Both are very OP, but Chi Yao's powers are hardly shown, since his core is broken for the largest part of the novel. The empire and it's ruling family are quite united. A lot of the people in the senate were chosing to keep Chi Yao in check, since he became emperor when he was young. However that started to impede him later. They first tried to limit Shi Xing's powers, but Shi Xing managed to convince them and they later fully support the couple. Shi Xing never told Chi Yao about his past life. <<less
