The MC, a transmigrator, spends years training and preparing to survive the cliches and tropes of reincarnation... seemingly for naught. Just when the MC is about to embrace living an ordinary life, he's suddenly pulled into a mission-based survival game. He teams up with the bunny girl and op maid in the first mission--of course, that's when we know that the world he was reincarnated into turns out to be a fusion of anime worlds.

The MC is fun. Luckily, while cunning, he's not a boring psychopath. Competent but not OP.... more>> So far the team is just barely scraping by the first mission.

The side characters are not OOC. Far from it. In fact, they're better written than 99% of the chinese fanfic here on this site. If you liked Terror Infinity and the genre, this is for you. Updates couldn't come soon enough! <<less

I don't think it's as good as the 5 star reviewer is praising it to be, but it is better than most fan fics out there. Reason? It doesn't reek as much of a self insert, and has its own unique main plot story.

However, story wise, it takes a tower type form. And, well... it doesn't feel that great to me. The author is writing it word for beta death game, and writing it as a video game. It's interesting still, but I honestly don't think the setting and developments... more>> are that great. I'd rather just read a traditional tower type story with its own unique story. As this felt pretty rookie writing-- and again, it's a fanfic, so not that surprising.

As for this part, it might be cause I read this as a non fan of whater anime (s) the author yoinked for the fanfic multiverse merge (?), but the main side characters felt kinda flat. Though I said the MC isn't a self insert, in truth he is, but doesn't reek the stench of it like most other fanfics. The plot developments feel kinda forced in order for him to get involved with them.

The author is trying to make the MC be too cool in his writing. And it seems this is how he plans to wow the girls to his harem. He is trying to much to make him subtly have this cool-like persona that it just felt overdone, and a bit cringe. Rather than him being very smart in his puzzle solving for the death game levels, it just falls flat due to how constrictive the levels are, and how every other character that isn't the protag has minimal roles. Even with the MC being a newbie, the veterans who are shown to be experienced vets and doing their own thing off screen, it just feels like they aren't trying to solve it at all and everyone else is just on the protag's bus at the end of the day. Because MC has that plot armor to let him live

Lastly... I honestly think the starting chaps, before he got transfered to the death game were pretty bad. To sum up the novel, it's middle school syndrome writing without the chunibyou effects <<less
