This story was quite funny, especially with the female lead bickering with her adopted brother.

Although the female lead is a quack physician (like almost all the other physicians in the imperial palace), everything seems to be going her way. But what she doesn't know, is that she's not the only one who has been duping people...

A cute, no struggle/revenge plot about a imperial doctor who has the reputation of a famous and talented doctor but in reality, she has no skills whatsoever. Love between the emperor and said doctor~

Tis lighthearted, and a decent read, especially since it is only 7 chapters.

It doesn't give you the 'can't put this book down' feeling, and the characters are not too likeable, but they aren't extremely annoying either. For a short read, it's above average, in my opinion.

-:D))))))) ~

This was an entertaining read, notable for its lack of politics/intrigue/backstabbing/revenge/angst/drama. Nice to read when you just want something lighter - the FL's monologue and observation is pretty hilarious.

A short, heart-warming story of the various misunderstandings between the protagonist, a female Imperial Physician, the Emperor, and a promise made during childhood.

Makes for a good laugh, and has a nice ending; is a parody of the various well-known Imperial intrigues e.g. 還珠格格;步步惊心. Don't expect too much from it, but read it to lighten your heart after a long day.

This is so funny and sweet plot to read.

I can never see poor medical doctors of C-novels the same again as before because I will kept sympathizing then.. LMAO

It's too short for my liking because I think this kind of story deserves a longer chapters due to emperor's plans for the villains inside the palace were not tackled clearly that it felt rushed.

Ingenious. Short but funny. Heartwarming. Although it has less than 10 chapters the story didn't have any unresolved conflict. This is a good read while traveling, waiting for the bus/train or just when you need a breather.",)

short but good story, FL is an adorable, naive and a little bit slow. Love the ending, after decades, poor FL was known as jelaous empress as she is become the one and only master of emperor harem. Love their silly and cute interaction between FL nad ML.

It is cute, hilarious and romantic! FL is the imperial physician - but she is really a quack and believes that she is destined for death. She finds love in the most unexpected way!

The Female lead is an imperial physician who didn't have any knowledge at medicine but memorize/knows books and some sick (Mark the sarcasm). While the Male lead is an Emperor.

In short words, it's not really realistic, but it's still a heart-whelming story with a bit of comedy. If you want a quick change for the ruthless imperial harem setting, I suggest reading this.

The humor and sass ahh completely had me blown away.

This one might be set in an imperial setting but don't take this seriously, because struggle is not the focus and thanks to MC's self-above-all attitude, she wasn't participating in any to know of it. Her chemistry with the other male character who she considered her brother) is funny as hell. Male lead is dedicated, but appears more on the sly side, we sense there is mutual goodwill from both leads but it wasn't expressed too well/heavily, hence the lighthearted romance.

The idea of the story is interesting, and the story telling of the MC is fun as well. But the story is short and couldn't fit all of it potential.

It is really fun. A nice comedy, a nice romance and a nice ending. Too bad it was so short and we don’t get to see what was written in the history book realize. And that male lead which we thought was a scum like many others emperors actually is not and is the best!

It’s a light story. If you have time you should read!

A cute story where the female lead appears slow but she knows what she wants and will not settle for less. And the male lead appears slightly petty and childish but is more calculating and dedicated than he lets on. The setting is also quite interesting and leads to a lot of humorous encounters, while the story is short and sweet, giving enough information to form a relationship and reveal deeper emotions between the two leads and their silly interactions.
