They talk about levels (and all the cool stuff you can do in the higher levels) and backlash from using the powers but MC barely gets to level 3 by the end and the backlash isn't really anything bad. It's just being physically weak for like 2 hours. That doesn't really feel like such a big consequence to motivate anyone to upgrade.

By the end of ch. 102, the word spirit only reach lv2 out of 10 lv. I thought MC would use the points collected to exchange the health melon for Mother Cheng, in the end it was only used for ML and MC himself.

I'm still waiting for MC and his business partner to open a branch in the capital, too bad it's not happening until the end of the story. Even though there's a powerful side CP that could help them achieve that.

The ML's stepmother continuously goes to their doorstep to find troubles. Forcing ML to take a second wife, accusing the MC of getting some 3rd party to bear ML's child.... And the MC faced this on his own, under the assumption that ML was still not better. BUT HE WAS ALREADY BETTER. And what did he do amidst all of this? Hold MCs hand for moral support, simply said you're not my mother, but that's fricking it. Why? Because he was hiding the fact that he was better just so he could get small gains from MC, so he could continue to act childish and be spoiled by MC. He is so spineless, and in my anger, I say this, USELESS.

I don't find the GER annoying, it's just I think his part and story is unnecessary, there is also at least 3 chapters dedicated to him and his husband talking about some misunderstanding, which I think is better if the author just skip that part.

Another part is because in the story this little GER is pregnant (he's underage, when the MC 1st saw him, he say, "he is a little younger than my little brother" or something along the line) with the general, (tho the age of general isn't mention, it's pretty good to assumed that he is old)

I know in ancient chine it's normal to get married at the young age, the problem here is their part looks like pe*o

I guess my enthusiasm is just weakened by side CPs. One the one had side MCs brother is really precious, but since I really don't like focus on side CPs, it's a little Hard to read. I could try to avoid them, but then I may miss important plot points.

Then at the stage where ML and MC can finally talk (a little?? Or at least consider) about having children, some stranger pregnant Ger collapses at their doorstep. It may or may not happen, but I could already imagine a wife chasing crematorium plot happening around this Ger and the father of that child. This Ger may at that point already become independent and that guy has to try hard to win him back etc etc etc. Another this is that this May involve politics etc, so this may also be something difficult to solve for MC. Anyways all speculations, I am probably just thinking too much. But just Imagining all the possible things happening NOT ABOUT MC AND ML I'm a little reluctant to continue for now.

Oh also, MC is using his spell by speaking thingy to „heal" ML. But after each system update he COULD buy those special crops to apparently strengthen the brain. So I am wondering, since he is already using something else to help ML, what will he need the points and special crops for? Is it for their child? But I doubt their child will be like ML... it would but also be weird, if MCs brothers child (possible future?) will have any disability. The other option could be that stranger Gers child?? Idk... I can't imagine what he'd use it for. The system is actually not that important, except the voice activated spell (?) to help ML.

he "cured" his husband with the words and only had like 15 minutes or less of feeling faint from "backlash." What kind of backlash is that even? Like literally MC can cure cancer by just being dizzy for awhile.

Author also never took the system anywhere. It had zero use in the story except as a deux ex machina for the MC's husband. Even the supposed farming system provided by the system wasn't used by the MC much except the first couple of chapters.

Overall the entire thing felt very slapdash with no continuity
