I can't tell if it's the author or the translator skipping shit...

Literally you will be reading one thing, then out of nowhere you're in a new place like you missed a whole ass chapter. Sometimes even feels like you skipped 10 chapters. They talk about sh*t that's never even happened and say it has, then you're just confused the whole time.

It started out pretty good, but once I reached chapter 78, the translator had moved on from skipping a word here and there to skipping paragraphs, or just typing what amounts to gibberish. Once I hit 82, the limitations on the main character's powers were randomly ignored as if they never existed and he had apparently just been a complete moron for the previous 80 chapters instead. And you can't blame that on poor translating.

A great novel not well known due to poor handling. Has a great idea for the start of a restart death game where the MC doesn't remember the past, but everyone else does. MC has a interesting and unique skill and grows in a realistic manner as someone who was the previously best player of this death game. Reminds me of Reincarnator, but more easy going and just as interesting or more so. MC is also very relatable and human, and you yourself might have a friend who is like... more>> him. Characters are also interesting and deep, even the crazy ones.

Deserves it's 5 stars in my review. The only negative thing about this novel I won't fault it for is the author. He slowed down and has practically stopped writing back in March or April, so ch183 on Web Novel is to my knowledge just 1 chapter behind the raws.

Don't really get the bad reviews, especially the long winded ineligible review making no sense. There's no missing text or dialogue, at least if you read on Web novel. Not really super OP but just is naturally talented, hard working, and smart about how he fights. Has as much plot armor as any other protagonist, but he still thinks and plans his actions when dealing with opponents who have more experience than himself. As stated early on as well his Talent/ Trait is among the strongest, so even without past life knowledge his growth is destined to be fast.

Another review said the MC knows what he is doing like he has past life knowledge. He doesn't and obviously didn't read the novel. He hears rumors of what his past self did a few times. That's it. Also the MC is going a completely different direction and does so based on his new advantage and goals. He certainly isn't doing the typical using past life knowledge to get all the best stuff cliche. <<less

The guy above me is too lenient with his review. This novel is absolute garbage. How do I even describe how utterly tr*sh this novel is? How do I put it into words? Reading this novel is like trying to find the meaning of life by looking at a 3 year old's macaroni art. I haven't gotten up to chapter 78 like the guy above me, but it's much worse than just "skipping a word here and there". F*ck even skipping paragraphs is an understatement. It's like half the f*cking... more>> novel is missing or some shit. The main character has a conversation with someone, but we don't know what the f*ck it's about. It makes references to events that were never discussed, never eluded to or never explained. Every f*cking sentence is rhetoric. You can tell that it's actual story but none of it makes any f*cking sense so what the f*ck? Authors like this bastard piss me off the most. They are so bad at writing that it borders on being malicious. I feel s*upid for reading this novel. Like it's some kind of hidden camera tv show. Like I got punked. This Author's sitting somewhere in korea just laughing his ass off. "Ha look at that other f*cker who read my used toilet paper!". Literally what it is too. Author wiped his ass and took the toilet paper and made this novel.

And don't even get me started about the actual story! F*cking christ. The premise is that everyone except the MC reincarnated back to the past with their memories intact. And for the first chapter that's all hunky dory. The problem is that the MC still manages to know exactly what to do, where to go, and someone still manages to get f*cking OP in 5 chapters or less even though he was literally pissing himself 4 hours ago in story time. Could the plot armor get ANY MORE f*ckING RIDICULOUS. LIke honestly!? I'm 67 chapters in, the story has progressed and time has moved forward like 3 months in the story, which the MC slept through most of it because f*cking "sleep", and he is literally a God. Capital G people, he's half way to having a f*cking religion, has already killed like 3 Gods. The power swing is basically just like one of those little monopoly cards right? "Go directly to jail, do not pass "GO" do not collect 100$" except for the MC its "Go directly to plot armor" and nothing else. <<less
