Wen Tianhe took over the company from his second brother, Wen Tianyue, only to bankrupt on the first day. He tried hard to liquidate his assets to pay off debts as much as he could until he found Prometheus, an AI left by his father, Wen Yuankai and his friend, Guan Zhengping. AI was created from their code and programmed to evolve and grow based on Wen Tianhe’s childhood friend and former lover, Guan Yue.

To keep Prometheus operational, Wen Tianhe had no choice but to seek help from Guan Yue.

This story follows Wen Tianhe as he reunites with Guan Yue, rescues his company, and eventually develops Prometheus into an original creature of AI who can pass Turing test.

Ughhh Ignore ratings for now! Story about programmer MC who became a CEO of the bankrupt company his brother left for him. He happens to find Pro (artificial Intel.) that his father and ml's uncle created, and so to protect Pro and the business, he sign into the company of his ex boyfriend ML to work. I like MC, He is sarcastic, and always trying to poke on ML nerves hahaha, very hardworking on his codes

ML mostly don't talk and sometimes get misunderstood. He just keep his thoughts to himself, say two or few words. But he sweet, patient even when MC continues to bicker with him (and I do understand MC though, how can you stay and not be irritated with such a few-words lover?). But he soo pitiful sometimes, like when he said

"Baby I have a strong feeling you're going to leave me soon."

Or when their parrot ran away after MC was arguing with him and giving him cold shoulder, then the parot came back, he said

. Ughh I was heart shaken at this. He is soo in love with MC. So pitiful!. I haven't see his overbearing side that the Summary is talking about besides the fact that he is very professional and don't talk uselessly, so I like him.! it is a nice read! Also I love all the flashbacks when they were young, it is soo cute

Promethus/Pro is designed based on ML setting and emotions thus It knows the rationale behind ML actions, So most of the time he tries to get MC to understand ML and get along with him. Ughh I like Pro too (*-*). Side couple cute too and funny. HE!!! Definitely recommend! <<less

Another great novel from Fei Tian. I really like it and this is so underrated.

I like how MC always torments ML in every aspects, but this shows how he loves him. I love their pet especially the parrot. And ML is a responsible person and tries to provide the best for MC.

The other pair is also a funny one, as both are tops 🤣

Give it a try to read, I absolutely recommend it. Great job author, great job translator team too.

The only time that I had to put this novel down is because I had to submit a paper that's due in a couple of hours. Translations are A+, loving the exchange between all of the characters and they're super lovely. Also, reading their lifestyle made me feel poor. Oh to be them on my next life.

Some points that I want to bring up were already made in some (most) of the reviews. It truly is a stimulating novel, like Adlt_1226 said! I couldn't recommend this enough really.

Oh man MTL is a mess but it's just so good that I ended up not caring. Stopped at this point in the story because personally, when all romantic conflicts have been resolved it's time for me to go 😂

I'm glad I didn't judge based on the cover, MC is described 180cm tall, snarky, proud and technologically smart - not really the typical helpless little lamb type WHICH I AM THANKFUL FOR. I enjoyed reading about his POV and lived for the angst. The little AI companion is also so... more>> cute.

While I'm grasping at the meanings of the poorly done MTL, I still can't help laughing at their comedic bits. Gosh I fell in love with the side couple, and I'm still curious as to who ends up topping. Theyre such a breath of fresh air! Let's also not forget their hetero friend Wu Shun.. Honestly all of them combined just make my day brighter.

Anyways, I just cant seem to find the motivation to continue.. The flow of the novel seems to have become more domesticated? I admit my attention is more easily attracted by angst and the whole dancing around each other kind of romance - so I feel like the story's finished for me. <<less

One of the best translated danmeis I've read so far (based on the english translation that's published). This is a very stimulating novel. The conversations are intelligent, the banter between the characters is quite engaging. You feel the tensions where the author intends for the emotion to be... the relationship struggles between the MC and the ML while they were still together was very realistic and relatable. There is balance of all the elements of a good novel and the supporting characters are just gold! They're all poignant and lovable... more>> characters and the story itself is not at all boring even though there are financial and legal terms spread throughout the chapters, it makes you want to understand what those terms are actually for and if you're already familiar with the terms and you understand what they mean you can't help but smile. <<less

A very nice story, lots of bittersweet moments. I just wished there was a bit more details and sweet moments in their present relationship (not saying there arent any) rather than it being mostly reminiscing. That being said the story is balanced, I can't wait for the English translations to be complete.

The start of this novel was absolutely hilarious, so many quotable lines, just the best character intros. However, it really failed to keep my interest with how unlikable the main characters become once I learned more about them.

MC has vaguely racist viewpoints and is a bit mean spirited, which really soured my opinion of him. Like what is the point with him making racist comments against African Americans when he's literally supposed to have studied abroad in London... where there is also sizable black population?? Makes me feel sick. I... more>> did like some of MC's qualities like his ability to stand up for himself and stick to his ideals, but moments like him making fun of ML's date and his blatant racist and xenophobic statements overshadowed those other qualities.

ML is also annoying, as he never says anything and he lets misunderstandings and resentments pile on top of each other. He's boring, cold, dull, and there's really nothing about him that is particularly likable. His character profile is basically tall, big dick, good at s*x, and obsessed with MC (but doesn't show it well or say anything about it). It's just not interesting to me when characters aren't able to communicate to this level.

I picked this up for the lovers reunited tag, but these two convinced me that they should stay separated. They've only been broken up for a year at the start of the novel, which definitely was not enough time for either to actually grow up. I wouldn't really want them to move on with other people, but I also had no interest in their toxic and doomed love story. For a plot that centers around the two of them, it's unfortunate that I could not stand either lol

Also warning for their four year age gap with the unclear timing of when they started dating, as it's likely they started dating when MC was 16 or 17, given the timelines. (Dating for five years broken up for one, MC now being 23... it's not looking great...)

The one huge pro about this novel though: the side couple is ridiculously hilarious, and I got way too invested in their relationship to the point when I was lowkey reading this novel just for scenes of them. Some chapters with the two of them made me actually cry tears of laughter, and the two of them were so much more individually likable than the actual main characters (for me).

Honestly read way more of this than I wanted to just because I wanted to know how the side couple's love story would pan out, and scenes where either of them showed up actually made the main characters more likable. Had really high expectations for this novel so I'm a bit disappointed I can't lie, especially since this is this author's most viewed novel on jjwxc. Alas. Wouldn't recommend this one. <<less

I read the official Thai translated version and mannnnnnn it’s so good! I really like the bittersweet moments and the tension and the body language. The author guided us through the main characters subtle emotion that made me feel so much!
