Read this if you're looking for some dumb fun, else get out of here. It's a silly story about a girl who nurtures people with system windows and wants one herself cause she doesn't realize that she's more powerful than any system user. Oblivious op MC with some lighthearted plot.

This story is basically a "I'm strong but I don't know it" story with genderbend and a harem type of story.

Honestly, as a 27 year old uncle. I expected the MC to act and be more smart. In the previous life, it's said that he was pretty popular. And there were no trauma dumping anywhere, just that he's so focused on wanting a [Status Window].

But I will say that the coherency of the story is pretty good and linear, there are no big plot points yet. But the story is... more>> developing in a simple and tested method of Slice of life with harem. The pacing might jump here and there, and the story might skip quite a bit of details. But it's literally like a normal strong MC that doesn't know his strength except it's genderbend lol.

All in all, I rate this a 3.8. A nice yet simple read. Also I don't know if this'll be a straight or girl love. The MC currently only holds "affection" for only one girl currently but before the school arc, it showed a bit of 'affection' to the male one. This author is really just milking and elongating the story as all harem stories do. <<less

Tldr: This is a consistent story that has some unique elements but doesn't reinvent the wheel. If it were a alcohol, it wouldn't be top shelf, but nor would it be something tr*shy like bud light. It would be a decent brand that some don't care for, but those who do might say "Hmm this is actually not bad". It's a little above average, without major flaws.

Those who dislike oblivious MC who think they are weak/normal and don't realize they are OP, and those who dislike MC who can be... more>> dense, will probably not like this series. Those who want expansive story with major quick plot developments should probably pass.

Those who want a fresh new take on a saintess side character, may find the series worth giving a try.

Summary

MC is reincarnated into a world of magic, and becomes a noble girl. MC longs for the lauded status window, and tries everything she can to get it to activate to become a powerful adventurer. She basically gives up, until she discovers a friend can see a status window (which is written in korean). She teaches the friend Korean, and helps him utilize it in training, and he becomes noticeably more powerful.

This spawns the Lucy and the football scenario, where MC has her desire for a status window reignited and she continues to attempt ways to get her status window, further intensified by her discovering and teaching some other individuals who have status windows. (She recently tried isolation training, now is trying to raise adventurer rank for status window)

Of course, MC even without a status window is actually OP. And because of misunderstandings and density, MC thinks of herself as either weak, or at best average at best. Currently she has grown immensely powerful, and now has mild confidence she has some decent strength. Able to go hunting and kill a "ordinary deer"

Honestly it's a consistent story that doesn't have serious flaws. If you are someone who hates dense/misunderstanding characters at all, then this story isn't for you. But if you are okay with that, then this story can be pretty decent/good. It's not groundbreaking, but it is well done enough that it doesn't feel like the usual dense-unaware-of-true-strength slop common.

The characters are not groundbreaking, but they are enjoyable enough. Though I will say this may be my favorite new Saintess archetype of the many series I have read. Completely unique.

The genderbend seems primarily to have been done just to spice things up a bit more. MC mostly sees herself as a man, but that may partially be her just gaslighting herself. It's pretty middle of the road, where it's not just another story the author had be GB to create a more acceptable yuri (where MC originally being a man doesn't affect things). Nor does it really explore or go down the psychological rabbit hole where the GB is a super big deal.

Romance isn't exactly prominent or clear at this point. MC is more goal oriented atm. MC has some attraction to some female friends and seems oriented in that direction, but at the same time there seems to be a clear undertone that she may have some feelings for her male friend. Like some of her internal dialogue comes off very Tsundere/gaslighting herself out of admitting there is more to it. This is a rare story I genuinely am not sure where it will end up romantically, it could go many different ways, or none of them.

Translation seems average/good. A few minor issues like sentences where the subjects are reversed (what should be you is I and vice versa). But if you are paying attention to the context you can get through issues when they occur.

All in all, this is a series that I don't feel I wasted time on. It's not one that fits into my favorites list. But one done well enough that I can go "Oh that story" years later when I am done with it and had forgotten about it. A good series to kill time with. Even if I wasn't reading too many series at once, I can't say I would come back and reread the series when finished.

This is more of a 3.1/5, but this tr*sh overpowered MC story is very enjoyable to me somehow. The MC is incredible levels of dense, definitely in the higher ranks of dense protagonist; usually, I can’t stand that, but I ended up convincing myself that actually she does have a status window, that gives her a ton of strength on the condition that she can’t realize it herself. With that, I can just delusionally joke to myself “Haha! Once again affected by that skill huh?”.

The yuri so far, is decent.... more>> I’m not sure what the author is aiming for to be honest. I will say that there is some het, which novel updates tagging system can’t warn about. Some interactions in the last 20 or so chapters give me a bad feeling, as even though I’d be fine with one het relationship in a harem, I don’t want it to be the only one. Frankly, from when the author first started hinting at it, I was just hoping they’d get Dustin to genderswap magically at some point; he’d be willing, anything to get the affection of his master. <<less
