This is the very first novel that I've read completely and it's not so bad.

I enjoyed the novel as a whole though there are some parts that I question but, heck this is a fictional novel so yeah...

I hope the writer writes more stories and the translator translates more stories 'cause I enjoyed the story and the translator did a good job in translation it. Easy to read and understand.

Kudos to all of the people who made this novel.

I thought it would be a dumb chicklit as the plot is always the same: an actrees and the CEO.

But... it's not boring and not cliche at all. It was so much more. It was cute, fluffy, and a fun read.

I really love the MC character and I love how she progressed. I also loathed the CEO and thanks god, he is not our ML. So turned out it's not a cliche.

I gave it 5 stars. I won't divulge the stories as there are a lot of reviews already. Just... more>> read it for the fun! <<less

The novel is very good. Both MC and ML were sensible characters so it was fun to read them. Their baby boy is absolutely cute. The only short coming is the transmigration part. It was little loopy and was clear that author had difficulty while executing the transmigration part. But rest of the book was enjoyable that's why I won't deduct any stars.

Recommended to all..

This is one of my favorite transmigration novel. MC (Qiao Moyu) in her last is a martial artist who love watching drama and movie to pass her time. She has a same name as a villain in the novel which she currently read. One day she transmigrates to the novel and become the villain herself. Then she try to change the villain's fate in this novel by avoid 2nd ML (Xing Yicheng) and his girlfriend (Qiao Rouhuan, her sister in novel).

ML (Ye Peicheng) is a film emperor who is cold... more>> and have a fate of being lonely for the rest of his life. He meet MC, who has Koi fate, and his fate changes.

Turns out ML and MC meet for the first time in hotel room 3 years ago and afterward MC is pregnant with Luo Luo. Both have no idea who is the other person at that night.

MC try her best to become a film empress to fulfill Qiao Moyu's wish so she herself can go back to her own world. But of course in the end she decides to stay.

I love how in the end she can connect to her world once in a month to meet her brother.

Although overall the story is amazing, I still have a knot in my heart for 2nd ML.

Many say that he deserve to be despised because he treated MC badly. But I still feel bad for him because his hatred towards MC is caused by MC's adopted parent and also Qiao Rouhuan's deceivement. When he realizes it, it's all to late. I feel that after his redemption, he deserve a happy ending too.

Definitely one of the hidden gems among transmigration stories.

I like the combination of drama, humor, and romance. The author integrated them so well. Though I must say I don't quite like the baby. I feel like he was put there simply as a cute mascot, but was not essential for the plot. You could replace him with a puppy and it'd probably end up the same, that's why I deducted 1 star.

The winning quality of this novel is definitely the MC. Qiao Moyu is such a girl crush. She's always... more>> cool and calm in the face of danger. Though she's pretty young in her previous life, she's quite mature and managed her new life really well. Her koi fish quality also brought about humor every time. Other characters are also complementary to the plot. Love love the father-in-law and the feng shui master. I also love that the author completed both the main characters' story arc. It didn't feel lacking where it ended.

The ML is also really good. I like the kind of love interest that "earns" the love and respect of the MC, instead of mere physical attraction. As for the CEO from the title... yeah it's intentionally misleading. He's more like an obsessive villain who didn't learn how to show affection properly so he ends up being his own worst enemy. Basically, he derailed his own ship lmao.

The courtship of the main leads is also pretty cute, especially during the filming of that reality show. Those moments were gold. Definitely a recommended read for short and sweet romance. <<less

This is one of the cnovels that I highly approve of. Our MC is very cute and humble. I really like how she was very natural as a character. I also love how the male lead is not too forceful and domineering. I love how the plot does not have too many dramas and how it was resolved peacefully and how the villains are put into place they deserve without even being schemed by our lead characters.

I loved this novel, highly recommended if you are looking for a fluffy and feel-good romance story. LuoLuo (MC's child) is so adorable, and I just loved all the scenes of MC, ML and MC's child interacting as a happy family of three. MC is smart, optimistic and strong, so she doesn't really face any challenging obstacles throughout the course of this novel. However, this does not mean that the novel is shallow! There is clear character development, interesting drama, a backstory that gradually unfolds, and a heartwarming romance that... more>> gradually blossoms.

Oh, plus the transmigration trope, which I happen to be a sucker for. <<less

I read this novel first on Webnovel and thought that it was quite a good catch. But I was disappointed because it stopped updating so I checked other websites. Then I saw it on Wordexcerpt. It was not still finished that time but almost. I didn't see the bad reviews in the beginning because I don't judge a book through other people's evaluation. We have different preferences. Unlike other novels that have an overbearing CEO as the ML, the ML in this novel is a Film Emperor though he also became a CEO at the end. But still, if you read this novel, you will like the main characters too. The FL is very independent. She's working hard for her son. She always strive to become a better actress. She have many good qualities plus she have a good luck. She's like a walking ATM and she brings good luck to others (she's not called a koi fish for no reason). She would help others by giving them some of her luck. I like the story development. I also like how she got entangled with the ML. I like their slightly slow romance. I like how gradually their feelings are progressing. In short, I love the entire story whether it was the main characters or the plot itself. This was a very good read. If light hearted romance showbiz universe is up you alley then this should be perfect for you. This was nice ride, really nice for a binge light reading. I loved the characters especially the FL, she's such a cool & intelligent woman. She's easy going, very likable and also has a charming personality. One point I truly liked about her was she sincerely cared & loved Lou Lou like her own son despite not being hers (technically). ML was also very likable, while he is one of those cliché 'cool... more>> iceman'-who-is-actually-soft-inside type, he didn't have that rude/arrogant disposition much. Just unapproachable I guess. The side characters are also likeable and adorable especially Father Ye & Master Huang's antics, they were a delight haha. Anyways I liked this much. <<less

i think the author is supposed to add more chapters but abruptly end the series for some reason. Tho, this is actually a great find. This is a light-hearted fluff read that brings a new flavor to the transmigration genre. Would totally recommend.

This is a must!! Especially if you are into transmigration/reincarnation type of novels

It doesn't have much drama and there are so much love and fluffiness. I'd reread this!!

The translation was also easy to understand so I enjoyed it a lot

An absolute delight!! So much fun, sweetness and satisfaction! A perfect pick me up for a rainy day - I laughed and swooned and giggled so much throughout. It’s a real feel good novel with an engaging plot (with some tropes but they’re well executed) and lovely main characters and a special little boy that I wish I could meet in real life (such a cutie pie!). The translation quality is also really good.

Satisfying ending & great couple for the both MC and ML

Also the baby and family aspect are a great plus
