Later when he wants to court the FL he ends up reading all these dating guides and that backfires on him in the funniest way possible.

The same friend also planned to send the couple a resort trip by mailing the FL some coupon saying she won a sweepstakes. He tells the ML and gets his hopes up only for the FL not to invite him lol. To rectify the situation, the friend spams the FL with more emails saying that this is a package better enjoyed as a COUPLE.

In this bleak, and monotonous world, you came and painted it with your presence

People say ML is lazy, which I totally agree. However, I see it more as him being numb to the pain expectations of the people around him. Especially his father who failed to see his true self. He doesn’t like to stand out, does things his way, lazy, unemotional and petty. Despite that, in his own way he cares for the people who has been by his side and appreciate him. He can be adorable, sensitive, annoying, arrogant, showing a variety of emotion solely for them.

When MC came, he never gave it much thought. However, soon, he realizes that he got used to her presence. Her every little thing she does, when out together, made him realize how monotonous and lonely his life was. MC knows her boundaries, independent, smart, quirky, beautiful. Their daily interactions filled his everyday life. No more of those gray days where their marital status closely resemble a stranger. She made home feel like... home.

However, when he realized this feelings, what if she went away? Perhaps she may be a fairy like her narcissistic way of talking. Perhaps an angel who descended to try the mundane things in this world. But so what? He likes her, and he doesn’t want her to leave. If he has to, he will silently guard her door every night, hoping she’ll greet him like usual. Cook for him, hug him, and spoil him in her own way. So don’t go... don’t leave... stay here with me, in our home.

Husband knew on the first day that MC was not the one he married and refused to get divorced later. He later became afraid of her leaving after he tells her he knows she's not the one he married when they went to a temple and a fortune teller tried to give MC a talisman to ward off evil, which Husband threw away.

FL tried to drug ML to let him stay with her, but ML left and was saved MC's ice bucket, cutting off relations with FL after.

Step mother tried to get money from Husband when she found out about him and MC dreamed that stepmother tried to kill Husband in desperation. FL hated MC and tried to kill each other in a car crash, but both survived, MC with only a minor concussion and head injury. ML still ended up with his beloved wife, whom he met at the hospital after car accident.

When she noticed that he might be in love with her, she ran leaving a divorce paper and he came after that, and took her from ML. MC returned to her world for a bit and read the end of the story, finding out that it was all FL's dream, and when she returned to the book work, seven months had passed and ML had been neglecting his health. Afraid that she would disappear, he stuck to her like glue. Finally, they have a son, whom ML didn't want because he was afraid that MC would disappear after giving birth to a son, so he didn't want the child and always wants to put son into a carboard and send. At the end, it seemed they're to have another child, so had to move houses.

The ML knows that the MC is not the original host the moment she "changed" and just doesn't show concern or interest simply because he doesn't care. On the later part of the story when he already has these romantic feelings for MC, there will be segments where the ML stays awake at night because he's afraid that she'll suddenly disappear without a trace. All those "Don't go.", "Don't leave me." or "You won't leave, right?" is really heartbreaking and I do felt his insecurities and anxiety while reading.

The MC then did disappear by the last chapters but thankfully it's a happy ending 'cause I'd be devastated otherwise... ?

In her first life, she ran off on her nice-enough childhood friend her family was pressuring her to marry because she thought the ML was a sure bet. He is absurdly hot, his father owns a prominent business, and he isn't a womanizer. But the pathological lying (and her lack of motherliness/ cooking skills) got in the way, and she spent her life under the impression that he was jobless and then destitute after his father's company folded, since he never bothered to tell her he was even employed. Her second time round, she latches on to that childhood friend, because she knows he has feelings for her and she saw him achieve success. But when she sees other timeline discrepancies (caused by the transmigrated FL) she panics because it's not a sure deal anymore and she self-sabotages.

Not blatant, but it's there. The "Western" make up and hair are too thick and ugly, and are what prevent FL from being her true, beautiful self, the Western food tastes bad and is hard to eat, the FL lies and sneaks around at the Western restaurant, tanning is hideous and worth crying over, etc. I mainly find it amusing.
