This is one of the best novels I've ever read. I feel that the story flows very smoothly, like how they started to care for each other, how they fell in love. Our FL, Shi Miao, is a very cute cat, while our ML, Ji Wuyou, is a majestic big dragon. Like, imagine the contrast awwww so cute, I'm very weak to that kind of contrast UwU

However, as the title said, don't hope anything righteous of our ML. He is truly a big villain who will kill people without blinking... more>> an eye. But if you read the entire story, you'll understand how could he became like that, and how fake and hypocritical those "righteous people" were. Sometimes, it's better to be a villain than to be a selfish and fake hero.

This novel made me grin like a fool, tear up like a dam, and laugh like a madman. Well, I was being hyperbole, but I swear that this novel has everything I hope for a story. Some flashback parts may be a bit boring, but it's what built the entire story. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. <<less

(It's a little long but read if you're not sure you wanna read novel)

I love this story soo soo much. I'm literally grieving now that it's over. Our two main characters complement each other so well and their interactions and so sweet. The author has done a great job in writing this story and thank to translator translating such a wonderful story.

(Male lead)

Like a previous review said our main male character ji Wuyou is not a very righteous person and can be said to be... more>> very bad but everyone has a story and his background is just so tragic that you can understand he turned out like that. I'm so happy he found his happy ending 😭😭.

(Female lead)

I really like the fl, she stayed true to herself even tho she had someone like ML as her boyfriend. she never did anything she would hate like killing just because... and she was a really sweet person and treated everyone around her well. Of course she wasn't a holy Mary when she had to do something she would do it. The FL is not very op even tho she know the plot of the world she transmigrates into. At the start she does use it to understand her surroundings and the people around her but later on it's only used to help her figure out clues.

I really liked how the plot was developed there were easy going moments and moments of tension. The author didn't over do it with the fight scene (since this is a romance the fight weren't described too much) as too many fight between characters. There were moments when it was just the mains and they would travel around have their sweet moment while advancing the plot. I'm just saying that the author did a very good job balancing the plot and romantic points.

The part I like best about this story is obviously our two main leads but there were also side characters and multiple side couples that were really well written and also had complete story lines. There were one or two holes that didn't make sense like our FL and her memories of the modern world but other than that I wouldn't really be able to think of anything else.

this story can be considered a slow romance since the mains only get together around chapter 70 but before there were any confirmation you can really see how they both cared about each other.

I really really recommend really this it's a 10/10 and a plus of this novel if you loved cats then you're really going to love the fl.

if anyone reads this review please have a go at reading the novel, im really trying to convince you. I literally lost sleep for this novel, I finished this in one go (10+ hours) I read this until 5 am. <<less
