‘Ariel is being strange.’

Three months after Ariel and Arsion’s wedding, Arsion felt confused about the sudden change in Ariel’s behavior.

She would suddenly appear with a whip at night, and would speak le*d words that she had never put in her mouth before…

Of course, Arsion loved Ariel even more because even though she was being odd, everything she did was all adorable.

Meanwhile, when Arsion left for a territorial inspection, a suspicious man came to the capital to meet Ariel…….

* * *

“……Riel?”

Sion muttered at Ariel’s blurry appearance. No way. Ariel can’t be here.

‘I miss you so much that I seem to be fantasizing you here with me.‘

It’s serious. Arsion didn’t know if he would see this fantasy for two weeks.

Though Arsion thought so, he reached out to Ariel. Soft cheeks cupped in his full hands. Her eyes were slanted when he touched them. Small red and cute lips. How can one even have such a beautiful fantasy.

Arsion felt his throat burning. Now he was hungry for Ariel. He wanted to soothe this thirst by licking her all over with full suggestions. Arsion, therefore, pulled away Ariel’s clothes away without hesitation.

“Sion!”

Ariel’s surprised voice was so vivid. It was like the real Ariel.

So Arsion moved his hands more busily. A skillful hand quickly untied her clothes and he smiled as soon as Ariel’s white chest was revealed under the bright sunlight.

It’s good to have this fantasy.

‘I’ve always wanted to do this with you.’

Arsion wanted to do what they do at night during the day.

At the time when I'm writing this, there's only 1 chapter translated, but it's already worth reading by itself thanks to the spice ;) But I'm impatient and hence, raws it shall be!

This story is slightly longer than it's prequel. Unlike "What to do at Night", there's sort of an antagonist. I like how the sequel focus more on their married life and celestial past, like there's sort of a plot rather than just snu snu snu and more snu. Since the charm of these novels is the relationship between... more>> Arsion and Ariel. I also like how we get more of Arsion's perspective/pov.

100% recommend, here's to hoping the translator continues this novel! <<less

And, it's complete! I think Tequila and Skite summed up the good points and bad points of TDDD pretty well, so I'm not going to repeat. On a whole, the diabolical and thirsty team wished there could be more snu, like, there's supposedly a <Things to Do During the Day> book right, but it barely even made a cameo??

The sequel to "What to do at night".

Now, "What to do at night" is short, simple, steamy, and charming, and basically covers two young, in love people gradually exploring and becoming more comfortable with themselves and the carnal aspects of a romantic relationship. A smidge of misunderstanding and jealousy is tossed in for heat, but overall, very straightforward, enjoyable, and re-readable smut.

This one was supposed to be more of the same, but after they married and began to branch out more.

But instead, "Things to do during the day" got... weird.... more>> And caught plot.

Suddenly, there's some strange storyline about heavenly angels and destiny, and cosmic battles and you're like, wait, what, why is all of this here? Also, it's using Christian stuff in a way that makes readers of that religion go "that's not how any of that works." For an extra kick when it's down, our ML, whom we were fine with when interacting with him was restricted to hurried groping in the dark, does not seem quite so appealing in the full light of day, coming across as off-puttingly sex-obsessed, coercive, and controlling.

It's up to you if you want to proceed, or just leave "What to do at night" to stand on its own. <<less

Look, this is honestly the most insane sequel ever. I mean, “What to Do at Night” was a very simple smut story. and in its last chapter, angels were mentioned. But it was simple, easy to ignore. Because again, it was a simple smut story.

Then I decided to read this one directly after rereading the first book. And I was not expecting action? Like fighting or anything. And that brief mentioning of angels was turned up to 11. Like I was sitting here, reading chapters 6 and 7 like “this... more>> is not what I expected the sequel to be like.”

I thought it’d just focus on a lull in their relationship and them trying to spice it up or maybe Ariel was pregnant and had weird pregnancy kinks that Arsion was trying to figure out.

NOPE.

But I must say, I definitely was not disappointed. Reading so much smut at once, I was glad that the story took a steep turn. And then just returned to normal in chapter 8 as if none of that had happened. it was as if it was just a fever dream.

just pure insanity. Literally the most unexpected sequel I’ve ever read.

the only real negative I have is that there’s not as much smut as I wanted, especially when compared to “What to Do at Night”... but it’s clearly bc the author was trying to expand on the weird angel lore, so I’m not that upset about it <<less

I love this like I love "What to Do at Night". In this story, we got to know more about ML and MC's past...

Spoiler

... as an angel.

[collapse]

And we could see more of their marriage life...

Spoiler

... and their twins.

[collapse]

The sm*t wasn't that many but it was good and quite hot like its prequel.

I VERY much enjoyed this series. It's an interesting take on angels, and I ADORE the plot twist of which of the couple is more powerful. I do wish there was another installment or more story to this series - it's SO fun to read!

This novel was good just like "What to do at night" - its prequel.

There was a little bit of fluffy romance and a little bit of action. It was a smooth read for me as a reader. Clarifying the unclear facts of its prequel, this book led the story to a perfect happy ending.

A very interesting plot in a merely few chapter story. This novel is worth giving a try.

Overall it's as good as the prequel, though with a bit less smut and somewhat of a plot covering some points mentioned in the prequel which is quickly resolved. It has an epilogue with family which I'm a sucker for.

MCs interactions are just as cute and funny as in the prequel, if not for the smut, you're here for their interactions.

I liked the previous book better. I mean, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't any good either.

We see more of our obsessed Arsion. Ariel has become more of a crybaby, too. The smut scenes were not much compared to the last. The whole angel fiasco was honestly unnecessary. Like, it didn't really add anything more of their past life. I liked the side story of that timeline more anyway.
