A sword, but he has to keep her alive until then, just her corpse wouldt work for it and some idle curiosity about who would so s*upid to send such an useless assasin and later what seems to be the sheer entertaining he gets from her antics (cant say I blame him, she is top class jester)

The characters in this novel minus the two main leads don't feel as well-rounded as the characters in BLTM. The Original FL and ML of the novel universe are a little bland compared to the original leads in BLTM. Also, the story doesn't feel as tragic? It focuses more on the funny side of things so it tugs at the heartstrings just a little less.

Definitely doesn't take this world so seriously that her morals would corrupt her chances of survival. She has killed on numerous occasions. Considering the type of story this is, it makes sense that a side character can't afford to be merciful to merciless ppl.

is a yandere and finicky sometimes, but he quickly directs that energy to his enemies, while teasing the FL. He's traumatized, clearly, from his childhood, but what differentiates this from BLTM is that this ML knows how to NOT spit on someone's goodwill or endanger the FL, allowing her to nearly be killed, and then get mad when she's mad he nearly killed her. This ML doesn't immediately fall in love, and I appreciate that.

they don't really have a personality. I don't have a big impression, but at least they're actually righteous characters. Even when massively jealous, the OGFL didn't break her character type, and you can't actually understand why she was liked and known as forgiving.

so inconsequential that it shouldn't even exist, but at least the task isn't as unbearably s*upid as it is in BLTM. This one gives, really delayed, notifications, but it doesn't drive every aspect of the story.

that the FL becomes less terrified that the ML will mu*der her at any given moment. It's hard to imagine a romance when one is absolutely terrified of another.

He has a very tragic past. His body will be very useful for making strong weapon so his blood, bones and flesh are used again and again to make weapons for hundreds of years. He is tortured beyond imagination. He finally escapes from there and meets the FL.

The FL transmigrates and her task will be to keep the original FL and original ML together. The ML will be a demon king who would have escaped from where he was sealed. He would have loved the original FL in the original storyline so she will interfere between them so gradually they become close.

The bloodline of the FL will be very special and very useful for making weapons so her whole bloodline will be killed and her mother hides her and saves her and she grows ups safely in the original MLs family. When this secret is out so many people try to take her but the ML, original ML and FL protect her. The story is about their journey.

I hated those people from the sect trying to asking the FL to sacrifice herself for the good for people. I hate this whole crap where people say killing few to save thousands is fine. Unless they are the ones that are dying, they dont have the right to chose. They also tortured and killed all her bloodline, tortured the ML, they would have also keep all the souls of the FLs bloodline after they die, so that they can make them reincarnate and use their body over and over again. The demons are much better compared to these people.

Finally those sect people attack with full force and the ML sacrifices himself to save the FL and sends her away to a place he was hiding before. The original FL and ML will be hurt trying to protect them too. The FL will be very sad and she comes to know that he is sealed again and she saves him, but he would have lost his mind and would have become like an animal only listening to her. She meets the original ML and FL along the way. They would have changed a lot and fought with their sect as their sect people will also be asking the FL to sacrifice herself. So they leave the sect and will be travelling helping people along the way. When they meet them again they try to protect FL and ML and help them.

The sect would have developed a powerful sword by sacrificing many people and the ML will be become the last sacrifice for it but he makes use of this and make the sword as part of his body. So he becomes that strong sword. More powerful than any demon or sect. The ML regains his senses and they get married and live happily. Everyone will be scared of him and no one tries to kill him or the FL. In turn they will be trying to make friends with them and those crappy sect people also invite back the original ML and original FL as they will have a good relation with the ML and all try to please him.

There lot of comedy aspects too but this is better to read so I havent included them in the spoilers. Basically the comedy is there from start to end.

that was like only one plot point but it was funny af and short

and I love how the FL influences them and lowkey helps them become less naive by the end. It was just rlly nice to see how the og couple was able to stop constantly having misunderstandings like in the og novel yk

Heavenly dao sect are truly disgusting. They act self righteous, acting as if what they're doing was for the sake of the people, yet they didn't hesitate to summon monsters to slaughter a town just to make the MC use her abilities. They gathered all sorts of rare and powerful techniques but didn't share with other sects. The way I see it, they're really just greedy for power and control. They could've cooperated with other sects and shared their knowledge to fight the demons together, but they chose something easier which is to sacrifice MC and ML's clan members.

It was infuriating how much inhumane torture was put through their clan. Basically they were slaughtered originally because they were too powerful to be controlled, the remainder of their clan were forced to conceive descendants, afterwards they will be burned alive to supplement the force that pushed the demons back.

That's right, they were chained in the dungeon, r*ped and then burned alive after giving birth. Their descendants also suffered the same fate, it's a never ending cycle of ab*se. ML's mom had it worse, because the sect wanted to create a weapon with the clan and demon's bloodline, she was r*ped by a demon. So although she was shown to despise the ML, neither the ML or me feel like wanting to hate her because she had lost her sanity.

it turns out that the system had gotten other hosts before the MC but all of them died, the system also lied to MC a lot, so eventhough the system promised her she would reincarnate in a different world after her mission was done, it was highly likely to be a lie.

The system wanted her to submit to the heavenly dao sect and continue to breed descendants to continue the cycle of torture. It's disgusting.

There are so fuvking many sacrifice. Stop sacrificing yourself gdi. Love and relationships can be built upon something else too, not just sacrifice. If there is one or two backstory of the characters related to sacrifice then that's still okay. But EVERY CHARACTERS HAVE SAD BACKSTORY RELATED TO SACRIFICE. EITHER THEY SACRIFICED THEMSELVES, THEIR LOVED ONE SACRIFICED THEMSELVES, OR THEY WANT TO SACRIFICE OTHER FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR LOVED ONES. Like, why. I don't know guys. The the theme of this novel might be sacrifice. But STOP SHOVING THIS SACRIFICE THING TO MY FACE. I admit the author had some good points about the theme of sacrifice but for the love of god, stop telling me that points over and over again.

There are other glaring flaws as well that I saw reading this novel but at this point, I just don't care anymore.

I just wish the Heavenly Dao Palace got a much deserved punishment. They basically breed the blood-burning clan as if they're farm animal. Forced them to breed (aka. R*pe) to continue the bloodline, then forced them to become a human tool for others to use until the last drop of their blood dry, and once they died, they were not allowed to reincarnate but bound to be reborn to continue the cycle.

At the end, all the ML did was freeing the spirits of the blood-burning clan and just hit a few Heavenly Dao Palace disciples. For the crime they have done, it was just not enough. I wish the author would make this evil place burn to the ground and all their disciples past or present went through life worse than death, the way they did to the blood-burning clan.

I just couldn't stand the lecture these self-righteous elders and disciples kept spouting around towards ML&MC who are the last of their clan as if they suffer so much they had to force these people to die for the greater good. And in the end, we all can see that the tribe called "monsters" are even not that bad. Just as there are bad people, there are bad monsters. That's all.
