Gu Ran traveled to a Harem Battle Comic he drew and became the Final Villain BOSS. He was besieged by the protagonists at the beginning and the situation was critical.

He was in a desperate situation and awakened the plot editor. He could use his familiarity with the plot to rewrite his past life reasonably and cleanse himself.

He picked up his sister when he was young and depended on each other from then on. He protected his sister from any harm and gave his all to let his sister enter the field of superpowers.

When he was young, he fell in love with the mermaid princess of the ocean. His martial arts skills were completely abolished and he silently guarded the mermaids for three years.

He lost his superpowers and martial arts skills, and took a third way for mankind. He led Lanxin University to fight against extraterrestrial aliens.

He established a Hero Association to protect the poor, strengthen human scientific and technological strength, and solve the problem of beast tides…

When the memories were exposed, the heroines regretted it, turned towards him immediately, and cried for forgiveness.

But when they fought for Gu Ran and wanted to rescue him, they found that the triangular crystal cone that trapped Gu Ran had cracked.

It's entertaining, but unlike "The Reincarnated Villain Makes the Heroines Tearfully Beg for Forgiveness, " this one focuses less on the guilt-tripping and more on the MC being a badass and his adventures. While this is also entertaining by itself, the trope loses its charm. The Reincarnated Villain had a way of always reminding the heroines of how badly they wronged the MC and had a bigger emotional impact. I'm aware of how it fumbled the bag later on, but I luckily stopped reading before that.

Additionally, this novel copies many... more>> of The Reincarnated Villain's plot points to a T. The little sister to whom he gave a part of his powers, the monster girl romance story, etc, but what's worse is that it also copies plot points that I disliked, such as the "son of luck" who led the strike on him and constantly complains about how the MC slowly whitewashes himself.

Up to chapter 74, there has been very little of the "regret" part of the story. It has already been established that his sister regrets what she did, but I'm just feeling "meh" about it. It didn't have the same impact as The Reincarnated Villain.

I'm steadily reaching the point of boredom with this so I wouldn't be surprised if I drop it in the end, but I will update the review later. As of now, I think it's a hit or miss and you'll just have to try it for yourself. <<less
