Once upon a time, the main character was reincarnated in another world and became a hero.

Before his reincarnation, his life was like that of a company s*ave’s, and after reincarnation, he spent his days like a company s*ave would, like hell.

“God… give me a break…”

With tears in his eyes, he begged the goddess before his second reincarnation to become the third prince of a certain kingdom.

One of his two brilliant older brothers would undoubtedly succeed to the throne, and as a carefree third prince, he is determined to live as he pleases, using the magic and knowledge he has acquired so far. But……?

This is the story of the protagonist, who seeks a slow life in his second reincarnation, relaxing, playing, cooking, and being pressured to gain more fiancées.

First impressions are important, especially when in the first few chapters it is critical to hook you audience. My first impressions of this novel are that for one, while the premise is theoretically interesting it lacks good execution. Secondly, the authors style seems to be dry info dumping. Instead of writing how the characters experience hardships and get to the next plot point they instead just speedrun writing exposition, the first chapter should have been a prologue and needed to be longer. Next the author writes the character talking in... more>> the third person explaining their life instead of actual dialogue. Other than those things the story does get better after awhile but I feel like it lacks a certain depth and warmth in the writing. For instance his interaction with his brothers in ch 3 seems like it lacks any personality whatsoever from all characters involved.

Those impressions aside, the translation is also poor quality in the early chapters, but they improve over time. Yes people are doing this as a hobby or to make a little money, and yes it is free for the most part, but autocorrect and spell check are things, the lack of proper translation of context and style and the over abundance of spelling errors just really kill whatever interest I try to muster up. However I do notice that it improves over time so while it's does make an unfavorable impression at first I can say that it is legible which is something that many novels lack in translation. <<less

I'm enjoying reading this. It's not anything original. But even though it's walking down literary paths that have been tread before, they are comfortable paths that you don't mind walking again.

It's not an excellent grade story, but I'm fine rating it close enough to good (4 stars).

One thing though, please PLEASE fix the sliming/slime grammatical error. The word you're looking for is smiling/smile. This has come up many times over the first 12 chapters and it always throws immersion in the story out the window. Reading about a priest with... more>> a slime on his face brings up images of a monster eating his face off or something. <<less

50/50 with a recommendation, translator group is typical mtl paywall release, while this story hits all the usual hit points for op MC with massive multi racial growing harem, cant respect the author who stops syou to leave for kayuo cause they cant take critizism, what worse is the author goes down the usual woke/sm its popular but not wanted key additions (handicap, crossdressing, gender confused, etc). If that doesnt bother u and u just want a no think op MC massive harem while inserting usual jp writer crutch filler... more>> than I will recommend this but theres alot better op MC harem stories out there that might be better with ur time <<less
