If you not fan of tragedy story, don't read this because the story itself is totally tragedy. For ML and MC to be together so many people die and so many sacrifice that MC and ML have to pay. The good thing in here is the trust between MC and ML. You can see the growth of ML from just care about MC to protect everyone MC care and of course their love story is the best of the best.

Once she got into Xuahian or whatever continent she completely lost her "pay people back a hundred fold if they offend me" deal. She gets found out that she was actually Shen (first name I don't remember) and doesn't even retaliate. She could have killed Jiang dude 5 times but just keeps him alive, like atleast sow his mouth together and cripple him. As a result of her never once retaliating, she get talked about behind her back all the time, gets even more schemed against, and it all just happens all within 10 chapters. It's annoying, this scruple might have been a little important but the author should have put it differently, it completely deviates from Fl's original intentions and personality. Some of her personality change was a good thing, but it was said that she only changed to a warmer person for the people around her. But she even let those weapon makers who schemed against her and stay around, and one (of the many) who tried to kill her she didn't retaliate to that either. Most of it was good until the second continent and lots of it was good even in the second continent, but it really annoys you to death when the main lead is haughty and proud while being weak and unable to deal with schemes at the same time. Is she a weak cold delicate flower? Or a cold/hot impenetrable star in the sky? It seems to be the first option

I just started reading this book and with the purpose of reading xuanhuan transmigration story. So if you are looking for a unique book or new things about this book then you should look for another place.

This book is as unoriginal as you might guess but that does not mean that it's bad. It's the kind of book that might sustain me for a hundred chapter and relieve some of my boredom. When all the annoying things about the book accumulated then I will look for another one.

So far, it's... more>> not that bad compare to all of its kind out there, it is still pretty passable. I like the character but it does not bring anything new. Actually the plotting was so-so and it is not overwritten and unbelievable. For short, it's okay until further reading.

I'm only writing this review because the book suffers from a lot of plot holes. What's worse is that what it claim from the previous chapter can be forgotten from the next chapter. Really? This was a big mistake and it seriously wounded the story. Like that part where the male lead crippled the evil father just slightly making him unable to hurt the FL but after few chapters and mind you, the Evil father was just crippled this morning, but in the afternoon he's very much okay and he even hurt the FL so much. Haist. The ML purposely do that to protect the FL for a month but the author kind of forget this glaring details.

I get it. This is a common mistake when a writer didn't continue writing for a few days or a week and the writer forgot much of the details of the story. Trust me, this happened to me before, I'm also a writer. Now, I always reread my work before continuing writing it.

There are also details that was forgotten and a lot of impossible things just happen just for convenience.

Overall, I was still able to tolerate it, so I'll where Ill get through this.

I was really expecting a lot for this book to offer at least the part where the FL is unique in her cultivation with her unique skill sets that she learnt from her past life, but apparently that was asking too much. The fight was very mediocre and subpar, most of the time it was just unrealistic. There is no clear explanation on what really is happening during the fights, the author clearly is lacking in this department.

Instead of focusing on continuing the plot, It merely stagnated on unnecessary and done deal events, like her family. Can we skip this part? It's getting pointless, tedious and repetitive. It feels like the next chapters won't be anything different. The author again forgot another event, like that town that she needed to train, I don't think the author will remember it at all. I was just sad because at the least I was expecting this to be different and at least a decent read. What I got is only my constant yawn. It feels like a waste of time. <<less

Sad, Touching, Loving all those emotions are felt all at once. This novel has a lot of emotional ups and downs that I somehow walked through despite leaving it in between at many times. This is also one which I picked up when it was first translated and was around 100 chapters I guess. But I didn't regret sticking through, despite all the turbulent emotions I felt I like this book, especially the Ml, he's a sweetheart.
