The Dragon arc where the other Dragon forcefeed ML with aphrodisiac fruit so he could mate with female Dragon, but ML still instinctly chose MC. The penetration was without preparation, the scene was bloody and MC was very pained of course end up passed out after. When ML SLIGHTLY Sober (still influenced by aphrodisiac) but realised MC scared of him after he finally awake, he immediately hugged MC and beg him to don't be scared of him, and do nothing! And after that, even when he lost control at certain arc, he always know to NEVER hurt MC!

I also loved how the author described the MC as 'Silly, Cute Person' even though MC has ordinary appearance. And MC think of ML as Moe Lord in his mind.

ML has a major fascination with touching MC’s neck, I’m guessing it’s a control thing. Our cute MC also frequently adjusts and wipes his glasses. There are other characters with distinct habits, but none of their names will mean anything to people who haven’t read the novels so I’ll leave them out. In short, the way the author wrote each character is consistent and well thought out. Their habits often show the character’s true intentions, so that’s something to keep in mind.

In chapter 55, ML has awakened as a dragon. Essentially, he was fed an aphrodisiac by an elder (I’m skipping the context so I don’t spoil too much) and ended up taking MC away to a cave in his drugged state. The r*ape tag is there for a reason, and I won’t be providing details of during it. It’s really unpleasant. But here’s the deal. The reason I’m still able to like the ML is because a) he was under the influence of a very strong aphrodesiac intended to make dragons mate together, and b) he shows immense remorse once he’s able to think clearly. The ML, in all of his yandere glory, was willing to separate himself from MC if it meant MC would be safe from him. This is HUGE, for such a hardcore, possessive ML. This shows that he genuinely loves MC more than his own desires, and is prioritizes MC’s well-being over his own.

The scene in chapter 64.2. At a point in their ~steamy~ interactions, MC gets extremely agitated because of the earlier non-con. ML sees this, and gives MC control over when ~the deed~ happens. The point is, ML learned to know when to stop, and he does just that.

When ML got our eternally stone-faced MC to smile for the first time, ML was so so soft, and said, “Very good.” Doesn’t seem like much, but I promise after so many chapters of MC’s outward apathy, this is huge progress and ML is so proud of the cute little MC.

note: as he changes form, his personality changes somewhat, which I also think shows consistency. Each form has a distinct personality, so it’s not like he’s just a blend from lazy writing.

HE.

First, the main character which is not the protagonist but the reader haha. Du Ze is slightly disabled. I love how the author makes it clear throughout the whole novel and doesn't forget that fact. I know some do, but this one doesn't. They also make it clear that he is a cute silly reader and also 95% useless. Next, the ML which is Xiu. He isn't ridiculously overpowered. The author makes it clear that he will be but just not yet. He's ridiculously overprotective of MC and shows it through his actions. He's also incredibly gentle and caring. Spoiler, this includes the sexy times. He's also incredibly gentle and caring. Lastly, the story because I don't care to mention any of the side characters, as you'll see them yourself and ngl they're wonderful (whoo diversity!). I love how the author, irl, makes the point to show the differences between 'Mixed Blood' and the "rewritten" version of it. It really brings to light how much has changed. I also didn't know if this was going to have a Happy Ending (HE) or not as other reviews made me think otherwise. Thankfully it does! Doesn't mean I didn't sob and cry for a tiny bit, but it was all good in the end.

There are two chapters that had to be Crabbed (censored) because it kept getting locked on the authors side. Other than that the smut was honestly great and would have wanted more at any time. Read if you're over 18, if not please don't. Haha.
