It's a bit too early for a genuine rating, but from what I can tell so far, it looks pretty good. A Korean man, reincarnated into Murim, who then reincarnated into Ancient Greek Mythology. Sounds interesting, right?

The setup seems good, the MC has the disposition of a conqueror/ruler/battle junky. I have no doubt it'll be a story about fighting Gods, Demons, and everything in between.

However, if there's one thing I don't like, which, might I add is a huge personal pet peeve of mine...

It's that, the novel sets itself up as a story about the MC defying the Gods and causing chaos in Greek Mythology. However, on Chapter 6 he meets Chiron and accepts him as his teacher.

Again, this is a huge pet peeve of mine, but I find it especially ridiculous in a novel like this. The MC is man who ruled an entire era, slaughtered countless, reached what could be considered godhood on his own, has countless methods at his disposal, has already lived two lives (~100+ years), and has already reached a state of near-perfection. (He's not invincible after reincarnating like he was in Murim, as he's just a little boy, but he's still OP.)

Why, then, take Chiron as your teacher? What's he going to teach that the MC doesn't already know or can't figure out himself?

To make matters worse, the MC didn't question it Chiron, didn't say anything, we got no inner monologue, nothing. He just accepted for literally no reason. The author will probably come up with a reason in the next chapter (7), which will probably just be something along the lines of, "Sounded interesting." or, "Now I get to leave this place." or, "Surely a guy meant for mentoring heroes has something worthwhile, right?"

If it's anything other than something along those lines, I'll rescind my words. Who knows, maybe the MC will kill Chiron and devour his energy or whatever for himself. That'd be a welcome change and a great, unique introduction to the world of Greek Mythology.

Read the mtl up to around c150 or so. So disclaimer this has some r-18 scenes, and ones that are actually important to the plot. It was pretty fun with interesting takes on the nature of the powers of the gods and martial arts. The characters are pretty much what you'd expect from the actual myths, which is pretty cool. Artemis is a bit of a psycho when it comes to men and non-virg*ns. Hercules is arrogant and brash. Hera is tired of Zeus being Zeus.

Overall it's about what you'd expect from the premise, and if that interests you then I'd recommend checking it out. The main reason I didn't continue from where I was is that I caught up at the time and that it's hard to keep motivation to read mtl. <<less

Fun novel.

The Mythological Greece setup is well done so far. Characters feel real and the mythical aspects are incorporated well while having unique personalities and motivations.

Looking forward to reading more.
