Everyone knows that mountains are stronger than people! Then, it is natural that the strongest mountain is stronger than the strongest human!? This is the story of being reincarnated into a mountain on Earth 4.6 billion years ago, having to overcome giant meteorite impacts and global freezing, watching the rise and fall of the dinosaurs, using a “mysterious power” to distribute magic to living things and thus create dwarfs, elves, and beastmen, and then reigning as a sacred peak throughout history.

Wonderful. Simply wonderful. From beginning to end, it was a story not just about a mountain, but about the creation of the Earth and a historical fantasy (that is now what I'm calling it's genre (sort of historical fiction taken to the extreme)) take on said creation. It was a great read and while it doesn't have much of a plot it was very relaxing, as it extended into a few short stories at the end. It could have continued. It could have easily, but while I would love to... more>> see more, I support the decision to end it. I feel that if anything else was added it would take away from the story as a whole. This seems to me like it wasn't meant to have a dramatic plot, and thus it executes the height of beauty in its objective simplicity. If it were to continue it would no longer be simplistic, but would turn towards detail and enthralling the heart with dastardly plots, heroes and heroines which isn't what this is about. And if you for some reason are still reading this, go ahead and start reading if you haven't already. <<less

Best novel I've read in a while. It's a short and sweet, almost heart warming novel about the MC literally turning into a mountain. He then decides to make the world closer to a fantasy world. He lives for the entire 4.6 billion years of our current life, and it's ends on a good note. It will probably leave you wanting more, but honestly, I think the ending was a good one. If you want to read more of the author's work, I recommend reading "There Was No Secret Organization... more>> to Fight with the World's Darkness so I Made One (In Exasperation) ". It's one of my favorite novels, and is a great read. <<less

well it is rather short, reading it was a whole lot of fun and if you have an extra hour or so I really recommended it.

A perfect example of a short but effective novel. The protagonist actually experienced character growth AS A MOUNTAIN! Wow, already better than most protagonists on this site!

Anyway, the novel itself is rather easy-going, and I classify it as an excellent parody novel; great use of 2 hours.

Really good and fun read, more surprised that it's done already more than anything. Great translation, great creation stories. My only qualm is that it was much, much too short. I wanted more!

I always appreciate authors who know when to end their fictions. Although honestly, I was hoping for a deeper delve into straight forward fantasy, the author instead seems to half heart the fantasy and basically make this about retelling Earth's history with a godlike mountain protagonist who can create other fantasy species.

In the end, I'd say the story is a secret attempt to teach history disguised as a fantasy novel. Honestly, I feel a bit cheated. I was expecting to delve deeper into fantasy but that isn't what you get.

The... more>> fiction is complete and ended at 17 chapters. So after the author finished recapping earth's history, they ended it.

The telling of the story itself is done through exposition style rather than any actual storytelling. Every page is a highly glossed over series of events. This isn't particularly bad, but it's not much for an enjoyable story either. <<less

# 20: 05

(The Life of Mt. Hororyuu: The Forefather of all Life and Magic at 4.6 Billion Years Old) the masterpiece of * Kurodome Hagane *

... more>> Completed at 19:30 and accompanied by the song 'Hello' by 'Tido Kang'

this novel delves into the theme of the origins of life and civilization. The author masterfully transforms a seemingly ordinary subject, such as a mountain, into a tale of wonder and amazement. The story is told in a bright and peaceful manner, making the reader feel relaxed and content. The instrumental accompaniment adds to the overall beauty of the novel, making it truly a work of art. The more one reads, the more one realizes how beautiful the world truly is. Thank you, author, for creating such a captivating and thought-provoking masterpiece. <<less

I'm surprised this novel isn't more well-known. It is really great, depicting the development of earth. It is clearly devided into fantasy elements and real earthen history, the latter is quite informative. I have quite an interest in this area and although I haven't learned anything new, the knowledge presented is correct.

It is absolutely worth your time and the novel ended at just right point, any additional chapters would trade quality for quantity.

The world building is ok.

The characters are underdeveloped.

The creation process is MC wants something to happen, it does.

10/10 story, it is short but the shortness made it sweeter than any other its a shame that it isn't longer than 16 chapters, but the literal world building mixed with real life fiction and reality and makes it worthy story to read. I highly recommend reading it!

It's a good and relaxing read. Perfect for passing the time and the world building deserves a 5 star. The novel is about a human who reincarnated into a mountain in the beginning of the formation of Earth. Fantasy elements were mixed in, creating an alternate universe where elves, dwarves, werewolves, mermaids, and harpies exist until the 21st century.

Rather short story of MC reincarnate as a mountain from the formation of Earth. From there he creates his own civilization where he's worshipped as a god. Wished it would go on longer but it ended when humans finally contacted him. Would be interested to see their reaction to this "god"

Wow. Such a great and light novel. It's very chill and a great restart from everything else. Definitely worth your time, I read it in 45 minutes so I definitely recommend it. It is also very informative and Author greatly combined his story with Earth's history. 10/10 would read again.

This was a pretty decent read. The first half is from the mountain's PoV, and the second half is a chapter explaining each race's encounters with the humans. It's a quick read, but a memorable one.

Fantastic short story, would make an excellent foundation for so many awesome novels. I really wish the author would make another hundred chapters of epilogue and stuff similar to the 11-15th chapters.

This is still one of my favorite short stories even after first reading it years ago. I really enjoyed reading the adventures and life of the creations of the mountain. The story and translation is very good, it's just too short! I wanted to read more about it honestly. Still, I would recommend reading this to anyone looking for a light-hearted isekai! ❤️

This was a light, casual read for me so I won't give you a super analytical review.

It was a great story really. Things happened in the flow of our real world and the MC responded to it with his own means. It's pretty slice of life. Read this casually, its a good story to read for one night.

I was expecting this to be more of an action-y type of story but the cute plot that follows the development of the mountain races was very enticing. It's a nice, short story that keeps you hooked.
