Banaza was summoned to The Magical Kingdom of Kryrode as a Hero Candidate, however, due to having only the abilities of a regular citizen, he was treated as a disqualified Hero. He, who was originally supposed to be returned to his original world, became unable to return due to the Magical Kingdom’s mistake, and inevitably, had to live in this world.

However, the moment he became Lv2, Banaza acquired every attainable skill and magical ability, and he became a Super-Cheat with Stats that transcend normal limits! Even so, Banaza , who does things at his own pace with an easygoing smile, takes Lys of the Demon race as his wife, and fully enjoys his newlywed life. He then changes his name to Furio and leads an even more laid-back life! However, chaos is in store for the Furio household; on top of a strange pet and four, freeloading Female-Knights, even a Devil and Former Demon King join in. Despite his circumstances, even with his life becoming increasingly chaotic, Banaza continues to enjoy his laid-back lifestyle.

Please enjoy the story of the everyday life of the Furio family, which, with the birth of the twins, gets ever increasingly laid-back. Included is also the story of the man who became a Hero in Banaza’s place!

First and foremost, I'd like to observe that having a title this long requires a plot robust enough to support it. But, the title is the most interesting part of the story, because everything else is virtually effortless. Upon reaching level 2 the character suddenly gains endgame stats and abilities. Pages of always on, passive functions.

Author; perhaps you feel like you skipped all the boring bits, and gone straight to the fun parts of the story. That's only true if you were living through the story as some form of... more>> vicarious achievement. For readers, much of the enjoyment is in watching the character struggle and grow. Even in the most low-key slice of life story there's some form of struggle. <<less

Feels unlike normal novels. The MC has already married and is not like normal MCs who waste more than 200 chapters without feeling a thing. Shows a lot of potential and I advise to try it.

Great Novel, translation maybe quite a bit off. If you looking for plots? Then this novel probably not the one for you, super op MC, super slice of life, all battle instantly over. Read up to Chapter 11, the description of action and adventure is worse than Satou's fight, all battles are immediately over using two sentences.

What I like about is how the MC really straight forwarded and married unlike other manga or novels that take 99999999 chapters in order for MC and female protagonist come together.

The problem with this story is that most of the events happen very arbitrarily, with little to no buildup or explanation. The power of the MC is essentially a window that automatically pops up ans asks him if he wants to solve the problem in front of him weather he knows about it or not, making the story more interesting when he is not involved. He believes himself to be fairly normal for no reason, and not in a funny way. It seems more for the sake of the trope... more>> that anything else. Characters are very much one dimensional and although this improves somewhat as the story progresses, I would not recommend this story. <<less

I absolutely love the concept that this novel series has! But there's a few things that I hate about this series that makes me rate it a single star. The things I hate can be summed up into two different talking points. The first one is about the characters, and the second is about the translators.

TL;DR I rated it one star because of an annoying character (-1 Star) and awful translation (-3 for the first group, -1 for Hontra, +1 for Seigi Trans).

The main characters are just the greatest. The... more>> MC isn't a dense protagonist and thus marries his waifu super early on. EXCELLENT! However, there's a "bad guy" in this series that's just a dumb p.o.s. (Piece of poop but more explicit). That character completely lacks any sembalance of intelligence and is just used as a bad guy stand in. Completely irrelevant and annoying.
Spoiler

It's the blonde hero they summon in.

[collapse]
but the main character moves past that really quickly so you aren't given much time to think about it. However the "bad guy" just keeps coming back time and time again. Ugh.

Now, here's why I really rated it one star. The translators keep switching, which is fine, HOWEVER they keep changing the names of every character with each new translation. The only decent translator is the group that redid chapters 1-24 Seigi Trans. That group is amazing, and I'm honestly so grateful that they redid the first 24 chapters as they were hardly legible when done by the previous group. Now some people were saying that it's clearly the authors fault, but that's simply not the case. It's not necessarily the author who is a bad writer, it's the fault of the groups that use google translate in its entirerity to translate this wonderful piece of work. I literally (and I mean this completely literally, not figuratively like one would assume) could not get past the 11th chapter of this series when done by the previous group. I was having just as hard of a time getting past chapter 24 but at least Hontra has a 50/50 translation rate. When I say 50/50, I mean it's every other sentence that's incorrect or a complete mess. So there's some readability. Not much mind you, but some. The first group that did this series had about a 10/90 translation rate. By that I mean you get 1 readable sentence every 10 sentences. I almost wish that I took Japanese as a second language that way I could read the raw version of it and not cry tears of blood.

Thank you Seigi Trans for the wonderful work, and please Hontra, ask for some help from somewhere. Google translate can only do so much.

Anyway, end of rant.

Edit:

So this series has yet another translator. And while I could comment on their translation quality I won't. I'll just warn readers that they've changed the names. Again. They're not toooo different from the previous translator, but just different enough to make you go "who the heck is that character??" <<less

Man, I have high expectation of this novel. I love OP character, I’m okay with hero summoning setting but my expectation was dashed in only seven chapters. Too much explanation, too little dialogue, I really dislike that kind of writing.

The MC is your average clueless OP guy who wants to enjoy daily life/leisure life/something like that. The problem is, he's so OP his OPness could solve the problem by itself. Basically he got menu "would you like to do this? " Then problem solved. Sooo boring.

Its fun... thats it.

Okay, okay, so lets get this out of the way, this isnt an action novel or a fantasy novel or even a harem novel, its a Slice of Life with occasional battle scenes, but the main part of the novel is the interactions of the cast and... well, its fun, it just is, its entertaining reading about the back and forth of the characters, there's no real tension as the characters are OP enough to wipe gods from the beginning, so the battle scenes are just... more>> there to add characterization to, the characters.

Its a fun turn-off-your-brain kind of novel, and you know? sometimes thats enough. <<less

First, let me say, reading this novel make me feel disgusted and I want to vomit.

MC killed his girlfriend whole family, kinds, and still wanted to marry her. OK, you homicide.

MC receives unbelievable cheat but still acts like normal (you are an accountant and you don't know the infinite symbol? Which school did you come from?)

MC, no matter he has everything or nothing, he is still annoying. He is just like an annoying mosquito you want to slap into the wall but because its speed is infinite you cannot kill it.

There is more but I am not going to list it here. Read it if you want to waste your valuable time uselessly. For me? I am gonna read Tensei Slime datta Ken.

Here's why I gave only a 3. I take off 1 star for bad grammar (translation I believe is on point, the author just sucks), and another for detail (severely lacking).

To elaborate, the grammar has multiple mistakes, ranging from punctuation, capitalization, and misspelled words. Such as singular woman being written as plural women. Multiple sentences don't end with periods or have commas in the correct positions (though that might be a case of translation). There are also a few awkwardly capitalized words thrown in their or words not capitalized at... more>> all.

As for detail... Honestly? It feels like I'm reading a 12 year old's chuuni/super hero fantasy. There's no detail at all. Just cause and effect, this happened and that's the response, so on and so forth. No need to go further as I think this accurately explains what it's like.

Now, for my personal opinion. I like it. It's enjoyable, a little adorable, and, quite honestly, I freakin love the fact that the MC is actually loyal to his girl. I get tired of all those indecisive, harem seeking walking hard-on's ruining good novels. This is a little bit of a refresher, if you can get past the horrible details this is great. It has its own little charm to it.

Yes, the MC is op. Yes, everything is solved within the chapter. So what? That's fine. This was never a story meant to build upon intense action scenes, or high rez world building. It's meant to be a slice of life of an op guy and his wife. If you don't like that stuff... Why the heck are you even reading this? Simply leave. Literally not that hard. Just click the red/black/grey x on the tab or window and you're good.

Meh, anyway, it's a decent read. Despite all that I despise about it, it's quite adorable so I shall stay. <<less

Ha~ The plot is actually interesting. It's not original but it is interesting. The character also quite intrigued but the thing is, I don't know if the fault lay on translator or on the author in the first place but the writing is... I'll be frank, HORRIBLE.

It's really such a shame because it has potential to be better novel, if not for the writing. However, in novel writing is everything. It has so little buildup like seriously little. You can't even feel the tension. Not exciting enough. The fighting is... more>> scene is too abrupt.

I don't even know how can I stand to even read it until 50+ chapters. What am I thinking, really?

Another thing is, the translator site, novelsjapan is very risky site. It uses ads and don't complain if one day your device will download virus while you read it. <<less

Review up to chapt 6~

I... i... I don’t know... this is... this story is...

Not original, the usual got summoned to some kingdom to be a hero, to be kicked out because our MC is shit... heck, is japanese author is only great at creating this usual tropes? Sigh...

If this is the first time I read this kind of story, the MC got summoned by kingdom to be a hero, then I think I will rate this good, but since I have read soooooo many of story that have this... more>> usual tropes (weak > summoned > ask to be a hero > kicked out > become op later) like arifureta, konjiki no moji tsukai, shield bro, etc... I find this is unoriginal and... word can’t express how am I really dissappointed...

Enough my rant, short summary :

“Got summoned, got kicked from the kingdom, but because he’s op, he will build his own harem later, but because he’s... ah do you know brick? Then add cement to it... that’s how our MC personality is... ”

I will not review this story yet, but will come back to review it when it reach chapt 20~

Personal rate : 2/5 (3/5, but minus 1 star because it's not original), I will not recommend this, but I won’t hold you back from reading it either, will change the rate when some chapter is out <<less

In terms of comedy, this novel is one of the best. It also doesn't focus too much on the MC, instead choosing to drift around so that you have a better understanding of the story.... Granted, I still don't know what the over all plot is. If anything, this a happy slice of life comedy with sporadic action and adventure. There's technically no harem, and the MC is loyal to his wife.

I highly recommend this novel.

I like this novel a lot. It's light but there are strong stances taken by the main characters :

  • No caring about idiots.
  • Being OP.
  • Stay in love with each other no matter what s*upidities the others say or do.
My only real problem with it is that its translation has been done three time in a row. So I'm just waiting for a translator to reach my point in the story and I'll go with it.

Anyway, if you want a light romance story with isekai trope, go with it. You'll be at least... more>> surprised by how many original characters there are. <<less

Personal opinion:

Not worth, do yourself a favor and just read the manga or the light novel version if you can. The web novel version is the equivalent of the author eating glue while trying to write his attempt of an OP-slice-of-life story, while the other two have the equivalent of that same author writing the same thing, but without the glue-eating. The power of editors, I guess? Not to discredit the translators' work on this series as well, but really, it wasn't worth it for me.

Spoiler

At the start: The wife acts like a f*cking c*cksleeve, and the other female characters are either thirsting for the MC's dick, will soon be thirsting for the MC's dick, or is completely unrelated to the MC. I guess if you can power through the author's unnecessary timeskips and the need for "AND THEN THEY f*ckED HARD" after some few sentences, I guess it's fine? Fine, but very disappointing.

[collapse]

I would've given it a passing 3/5 considering my sh*t taste, but after continuing to read while turning my brain off, there isn't really any compelling feeling to keep reading, so I am giving it a 1/5 out of spite and disappointment, and also some translator groups did a bad job, but that's on them, not the story.

TLDR: 1/5, My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined. <<less

Very shallow plot and very very bad character building. This looks like written by a teenager or an old virg*n.

To top it off, the translation is also bad. Missing puntuations, broken grammar, wrong vocabulary... Still readable, but very annoying to read.

Readable if you're completely new to reading Jnovel, but utter tr*sh if you're an experienced reader.

Spoiler

The character building is completely nonsensical. At first the MC is stated to be completely dubious to his cheat power, but in just a couple chapter he uses all kond of cheat ability as if he already knew it all.

Even worst, the heroine. She went to town to look for sacrificial subjects for a resurrection spell in case her respected and adored brother is killed, but then she fell for the MC who killed her brother and she had s*x with him that very day and became his wife the day after.

This is all a complete nonsense of a poor story and bad translation.

P.S. The villain is so generic I don't know what else to say.

Check the tags, and understand that this series does a good job with pretty much all of those tags.

This is a FUN series, which I recommend reading the latest translation of, and you'll absolutely fall in love.

The storytelling is detailed yet concise.
The characters are all unique, motivated, and given depth (to the extent possible in a fast paced wn).
The plot is slice-of-life, but still manages to feel like it's progressing naturally.
The writing itself is witty and clever - you will likely laugh quite a bit.

Overall impression: On... more>> a scale of one to ten; Lys. <<less

I feel as if the MC has literally become a different person upon hitting level 2.

Personality changed for no apparent reason - check
Suddenly Badass with no explanation - check
Knows how to use his powers to the point of perfection instantly - check
Random unnecessary underlings introduced for no reason - check
Every villain ever just a tool to show how strong MC is - check

By far one of the worst novels I've read.

I can not for the life of me believe people find this naive and idiotic MC enjoyable.

30 pages in and it's full of tr*sh cliches that plague WebNovels these days.

... more>> MC summoned yet abandoned because he is weak, check.

Turns out he has a cheat and is super strong, check.

There's plenty more, While reading I couldn't stop myself from thinking how s*upid the author must be to make a Protagonist like this, knows about status and their values since maid and such told him yet thinks it's a glitch when he gets infinite status and all magic. You'd have to be super ret*rded to even think that's possible. <<less

The writing is lazy. The concepts are nothing new, and far from anything note-worthy. Basic OP male MC with a chip on his shoulder and being neutral. None of his ideas really matter since the author basically only has him venting against demons instead of the specific humans who are almost unilaterally causing events to happen. Conversations are bland, none of it conveying any sort of personality aside from Cardboard Box A or Cardboard Box B. The author seems to fall back on two main tropes, something that slightly annoys... more>> the protagonist in some minor way that shows how OP he is, or something that slightly annoys the protagonist that shows that even OP people have to suck it up and bear with it. Those would be great if they were executed properly, as a slice-of-life about an OP MC tends to be entertaining when ya see the OP not work for everything, but in this case, it is done lazily. With his power, he could easily have set preventative measures that would have stopped most of his problems, but the author wants some complications that would arise from him not even thinking about anything other than his family and comfort.

Not much to else to say about this one I got bored and decided to finally catch up. <<less

Its difficult to explain how I feel about this light novel (LN).

Its like the author had nothing, but that led to something. Then when you thought the author had something, it seems like nothing, but he doesn't have nothing just more than nothing, but less than you thought when the author had something...

At first I liked this story and from nearly the beginning you knew exactly what this was. A story about a main character (MC) that was extremely overpowered to the point where he could beat anything in the... more>> world if he wanted to. However, the MC decides that he doesn't want to do anything really. He just wants to live a comfortable life, with someone to enjoy it with him.

The problem is, that the MC really does do nothing all the time and the author puts so little emphasis on the day-to-day life that you wonder what the point of the story is. Is it just to read about someone who could do something but really would rather just have s*x with his wife all day? This LN seems like an everyday daydream where you'd like to be on the beach sipping beer with no responsibilities ever.

If the author actually makes something interesting out of the MC's every day life or if some plot actually happens then maybe i'll start reading this series again, but for now I'm done reading. <<less
