This is the story of an OP guild receptionist, this person was a man in his former life so he still prefers women, this is a very big plus for me, yet it seems far from there ever being any yuri. In general the MC feels too impeccable and removed, not in the sense that I would like to see fighting but in an emotional way, which is my only real problem with the novel.

This is a slice of life novel that takes a very different and mature point of... more>> view compared to your usual isekai novels, instead of fighting the battles herself the MC takes a different approach of guiding others and protecting them, both their life but also healing their mind, without really interfering with the world.

People often talk about wanting something original or how every other novel is just full of tropes, this here is a novel that's truly unique, we see the world from the perspective of the guild staff while food which is very important in JP novels is introduced without being in-depth and just as a way to show off the MC's cheat abilities. It is truly a shame that it seems the translators dropped this. <<less

I enjoyed this novel as one of my favorite ones out of all I've had read. Not exactly sure what specifically attracts me to this novel, but I suppose it would have to be the feeling that just knowing that the MC being genderbent leading me to enjoy the interactions and events in the novel more than if Ilya was to be female originally or to not have reincarnated from the modern earth.

At some parts of the novel, I enjoyed the affectionate interactions and obvious attraction towards Ilya and I... more>> find myself feeling pity and happy for her after seeing her enjoy herself after experiencing a cold and cruel past.

Don't just pass the novel just because it says gender bender and give it a try before you have any other thoughts or judgments to make. Seriously, I doubt someone being changed into the opposite gender is that bad compared to many other things in this world. <<less

I love the premise and how the background story or the character is portrayed. However the story is largely without plot. The MC is passive (in a good way) and over-wise that sometimes not really playing the character right (like the latest swimsuit episode or the last two festival)

The gender-bender only make it more confusing too.
