I’d rather be the heroine alone than die because of the male lead s*upidly. That’s why, I thought of a plan!

The FL wakes up, freaks out, shouts at the maid why the maid is not angry at her and than some CARL shows up, who probably is somehow important to the plot, follows the FL around, is attracted (?) to her, and it seems obvious to the writer who he is, but it’s really not comprehensible to the reader
like why he is in FL’s bedroom or why is she slapping him wtf in the middle of preparations for some banquet
Also the introduction of ML...
The FL approached him, stood in front of him, than the chapter changed and suddenly he asks her to leave and she is holding a glass of wine that ML has given her?
