This is a fascinating story and I’m very glad to have found it as it is a bit like one of my favourite novels, “Madam, Your Sockpuppet is Lost Again!”. There is something about a genius cold protagonist hiding their abilities and doing a lot of face slapping throughout the story that is very satisfying to read. The male lead is actually quite cute bc he fell for the MC quite early and a lot of the comedic lines comes from the supporting character friend of the ML as he... more>> observes the ML’s chasing progress (or lack thereof). We get our FL whose a mary sue, a jack of all trades character with her multiple hidden characters being uncovered one by one (some even which even she didn't knew). So the FL and ML are written as so powerful and mighty that they might as well build a spaceship and travel to another planet for vacation. I somehow dragged myself to read above 900 chapters and only then did I find it a bit interesting. Yes, the FL got multiple hidden identities and it's interesting how her multiple... more>> vest fell off but it doesn't give me face slapping satisfaction. It's like vain- ya it was expected. The plot drags on too much as well where it can be done is much lesser chapters. And then the FL is mentioned as arrogant, cool, and all but in the end she always comprises for the Ml. It's like oh he wants to get the marriage certificate so let's get one, oh no he'll get jealous so let's not do that. I mean ya I understand FL is depicted as having a low Eq but that's her boyfriend- her fiance- her partner, she ain't raising a princess. I wish FL got more of a backbone as described, and does things which makes her happy too. She's shown as having no six desires, no happiness just accommodating the ML in her life.
Plus points are - she loves and treasures her family members and friends whom she went through life and death with. She pampers them a lot, and I really cried when she found her parents it was the best part.
Now after, like 1000 chapters where her vests are know to all, I'm finding the story a bit more interesting. Hope it doesn't disappoint me more. <<less

OMG YASSSSSS!!!!! HOPEFULLY THIS IS TRANSLATED SOON!!!!

I've been following this novel on the raws website and I absolutely love it!!!

the MC is a total badass, even more so compared to our ML!!! shes richer, stronger AND smarter!

... more>> the thing I love most about this novel is her multiple hidden identities that keep getting uncovered over the course of the novel... (mild spoiler) some identities she didn't even know of!!!

ugh if you enjoy lots of face-slaps, badass protag (who likes stealing the ML's script) as well as peeling Mc's identities one by one this is definitely it!

p.s there are some hidden conspiracies behind-the-scenes as well so its fun to uncover those...

trust me if you enjoy the strong MC and doting-to-hell ML kinda romance READ THIS! <<less

So I read till chapter 95 as you can see and I have to say, I loved the story. It's a bit cliché but I like these character uncovering stories.

But I really want someone to take up translating the story because the only translation I found are bad. I could understand the most part till chapter 80 or something but from then on the names get changed and you know the gender (he-she/she-he) it gets really confusing. The story on the most part is understandable but if you have to... more>> read up to 3 times to understand who what did, and why......

Just takes the fun from reading and it gets bland.

So I wanted to tell you about my case (or whatever) and hopefully someone will take up the translation or edit the Google translations.

Ps: if someone of you has a good site to read this novel where the names not change constantly pls do tell.

That was awesome!!! I am very satisfied with the ending as well as the whole story itself. Be it the conflicts, romance, faceslapping, and the supporting characters' side stories. All of them are fulfilling.

First of all, the beginning of the story was very catchy. It was able to make a good impression where the readers can feel that it is an interesting story that has a very huge potential. And although the plot is indeed not that unique anymore because there are a lot of stories with similar plots like... more>> this one, I think it still has an edge because it has its own uniqueness.

The FL's character design is very interesting. Her character development is subtle but impactful. She's like a contradiction but in a good way. I really like her protectiveness as well as her decisiveness. She doesn't pay much attention to those cannon fodders' little schemes but she's not a pushover. Cruel but kind, cold-hearted but softhearted at times too. Anyway, I really like her.

As for the ML, well, he's also very interesting in a way that he's funnier. Where's the feared and cold Master Mo? He's just an ML whose script has been robbed by his wife, okay? Lol. But really, his inner monologues are really hilarious especially when it is about the FL's vests and his "manliness". He's powerful as well but since the story is more focused on the FL's OPness, the ML doesn't look that much powerful. However, it is obvious that the two of them are geniuses, it just happened that the FL has more vests. But nevertheless, I am very satisfied with a powerful but actually clingy and jealous ML, the empress lol.

Also, just like what I said, the supporting characters are all noteworthy too, especially the 4 comrades of the FL. They each have their own stories and all of them are resolved. It's touching to read how each of them resolved the knots in their hearts. The ML's Shadow guards are also hilarious and have their own characters. Even if they're just the ML's assistant, it's great that they have distinct characters from one another.

As for the others like Ye Jinwen, Yun Sang, Feng Ting, the ML and FL's parents, Fu Yu, the FL's high school friends, and many more, I am very satisfied that all of them are mentioned until the latter. Because usually, some authors who wrote a lot of different characters forget to mention them at the end, like they don't exist anymore. And as a fussy reader, although some characters don't have much of an important role, I usually pay attention to them and their ending. But in this story, there is no loose thread. Everyone was given a satisfactory ending. No one was forgotten. The FL met a lot of friends and experienced a lot of adventures but in the end, none of them were forgotten. Really, I am very, very satisfied.

Now, if there's something I dislike, well, that's the brainless fans. But it's tolerable, I can just skip them anyway. Also, I've read some stories with more brainless fans. Anyway, I just still want to mention it. Those students from the top universities should be top students, so why do they still look down on the FL despite knowing her vests? It's really unexplainable.

Overall, it was a great story which I think is very worthy of me reading it until 5 am in the morning. 10/10! <<less
