I like this kind of novel unfortunately my guess is that most people wouldn't like this kind of slow & uneventful story. Yeah that's right this novel doesn't really have much of a plot or are there any?

We got the usual being isekai'd after working in a black company and from there you can probably guess the whole plot. MC just wants to live a very slow & normal life due to overworking himself in his previous life. MC is a good cook because it was his hobby before, well... more>> if you have read a lot of this kind of novel you would know what kind of development would happen right?

I can't really think of anything more to say as there really nothing much going on. Although there are some quirky characters (inn guests) they are not the main focus as they are just side characters so they just appear from time to time with a few interactions and that's that.

Overall with heavy bias I'd give it a 4.0/5.0 without bias maybe a 2.5-3.0/5.0 and for those who don't like this kind of slow life please just stay away and just don't rate it. Please if you are expecting any actions and get disappointed and rate it 1.0* it is doing this novel injustice. It is not that bad. <<less

A refreshing new entry to NU in quite a while, recently all the rage here is the "exiled" genre so I'm always grateful for SoL pick-ups

So far the novel heavily resembles some others here, especially the ugly duckling, amazing parents part (lol) and you can't go wrong with this layout
