The arc was amazing to see especially with the constant progress in the case both from the police's side and from MC-ML's side.

With their behaviour, I still can't figure it out who's gong and who's shou. Although the ML blushes occasionally if you carefully notice at least less than MC and has characteristics of a bear child later on. So my guess is ML is shou, but who knows...?

[Arc 2 - Dolls]

Awesome searching arc!! ML has started realizing his feelings and fully started reading guides and planning and even memorizing cheesy lines just to pursue MC... Unfortunately, MC suspects that ML entered a rebellious phase of bear children as he sees him as his little brother as if a child. But,... ML has started showing gong attributes yet it's still confusing....

The story is interesting and cute too. And it's the first time I saw such a pitiful-acting shou-type gong. It was surprising when ML turned the boat to eat MC. Even MC didn't expect it. There are no detailed R-18 scenes...?

MC is a Superman-type big bro while ML is a deliberately cutesy small child and often swayed by MC's charm... ?

One of the most under-rated BL novels. Especially as it belongs to rare category in BL which good crime & mystery. Love the characters and plot. Can't wait to read more. Translation quality is decent and gist of pin-yin left in the translation is easy to follow.

A little confusing at first, and despite the harmless synopsis, it seems there is some deeper plot running around somewhere.

Translation is pretty good. I like our strong big-brother MC and the ML seems innocent but also not? Quite an interesting premise with the oxygen tank. Looking forward to more!! I'd leave a comment on the website itself, but I'm finding it difficult to do so.

Give it a chance, if you have some time. I personally wish I waited until more chapters were out, but I don't regret it that much. Rather cute interactions between the CP. And the little bun bun is cute as well.

I'm really not sure as to why the rating is so bad? Either someone really hated the story? Or it's the people who just downvote BL stories.

Good, this story is perfect for people who want to read action novels but are not too heavy. I really like the characters here, starting from MC, ML, MC brothers and nephews and the people in the police.

It's sad to read about the story of ML and the MC brothers. ML is with his mother and family, while MC's siblings are with family and criminals. Actually I am not satisfied with the end, I am still curious about where the MC lives. And it's strange that he doesn't want to... more>> go home to meet his family.

MC's nephew is so cute, I want to hug him tightly. He's still a kid but looks like a cute adult. Ah MC is obsessed with excavators, hopefully when you're done you can control the excavator again. The relationship between MC and his siblings is very funny, they love each other but always fight like Tom and Jerry. <<less

After finishing reading I feel empty because I loved this novel. The summary is NOTHING compared with all the story this is.

Loved the cases, MC, ML, the brother, the nephew, I loved everyone. Felt them incredibly human (ironic).

Thought there would be more extras but there's just one, there aren't many "things unclosed" but I would like to have some things fully closed like in a extra.

Definitely recommended, will reread when I don't remember.

Quite an amusing story. The summary doesn't explain anything. Our MC bodyguard is a little Superman with his oxygen pack and the ML is a little Batman with his fancy wristwatch complete with grappling hook.

The cases they get involved in - because of the big conspiracy of the story and because MC's bro is a cop - are all good ones because they have a realistic element ... more>>

The humor was nice, especially the dynamic between the MC, his brother and his nephew. I like the MCs smart-mouthed ability to make anyone (except the ML) feel like their head is about to explode after about two minutes of arguing with him.

The one star deduction is because the author is a bit sloppy. There were several times when you met a character but didn't find out their name until many chapters later. Names got mixed up. There were some obvious questions that were never answered. Plot holes. But none of it was enough to take away from my enjoyment of the story so I hope you try it too! <<less

Crime mystery with comedic tone. I like the righteousness of MC, however, I dislike his filter for ML. He's gullible when it comes to ML

I went into this blind, I searched for Cute Protagonist and yes, it has a Cute Protagonist, but it also is a Mystery. And I love Mysteries

First translator mixed up pronouns, so I wasn’t sure if sister’s child was nephew or niece. Second translator was excellent (and it was a nephew)

If you are looking for a fun light mystery with a cute protagonist I can highly recommend this novel (I don’t want to give away too much, it was fun going in blind. I was surprised many times)

Very sweet, took a little for them to get together, but their relationship is very cute.

The mysteries were interesting, and the MCs background was pretty cool.

Recommended!

Another good read from this author. The MC and ML don’t really get together until much later as the MC has always treated the ML as a younger brother. The story mainly revolves around the cases that are actually all intertwined in some way. Interesting read.
