It looks like this story has potential. The beginning was quite generic and even somewhat unreasonable when you consider that they have a machine that can measure SSS-ranked potential when the highest power level is S. If the measurement of power is/was explained more thoroughly and the world building becomes more fleshed out, I think we'll have a decent 4-star story.

Honestly, what's holding this story back is the quality of translation. There are some sentences in English that make absolutely no sense. I highly recommend the translator find an editor, or simply reduce release rates until the chapters are of acceptable standards. Anyway, 5 for support of the translation.

An OK gate-monster-ability-"awakened" K-novel. Pretty generic, but nothing too bad except for the sometimes illogical, umm, things (some statements and their reasoning is kinda ehh for me) (again, nothing too bad). Oh and Korea (I guess south) is kinda the #1 superpower. Nothing too nationalistic though.

Normally I would give a 3 for an OK, but since it's still interesting and not that problematic* (yet) I'll give it a 4.

*racism, sexism, etc.—haven't observed them yet. Can't say the same for others of similar genre, particularly sexism and toxic outdated views or tropes.

This is nothing new, however is the type of story that is very entertaining to read, I personally like a lot the stories with summoners, there is enough action, adventure, and comedy to keep you on your couch reading this

I actually like the story but the translation isn't the best at chapter 19 I even compared the mtl version with the translated version and have to say.... the mtl is actually more understandable in certain cases (mtl isn't good with names tho). An example of why: in the translated version there is this one long sentence spoken by a character that was really weird but when you looked at the mtl it's actually TWO different sentences spoken by two different characters.

also idk abt this but in the same chapter their is this section (roughly 3-5 sentences) which exists in the translation but in the mtl it doesn't. Now this could just be the mtl not translating properly but idk cus it seemed to flow okay without the section. I'm slightly worried that the translator me be adding more than what actually exists but again the mtl may just be wrong. IDK.

It's fine, but too generic, the MC doesn't seem to be very clever, and the setting lacks something to make it interesting. So I dropped it.

I like the powers of the main protagonist. I think he could have been a bit more imaginative with his powers but I mean that huge snake battle was cool.

All chapters after CH12 are good quality. Lots of action, shapeshifting, and funny humor.

I recommend this.

I would recommend this novel to anyone looking for good immersion. I typically look for novels with good word choice and vibe and this hits the spot. 4.75/5 so far.

The story has good pacing and fun action. There are no harems yet which is definitely a plus on my book. The group translating the novel picked up an editor past chapter 10 and the quality of the novel drastically picked up. The TL notes said that they were in the process of re-editing the earlier chapters of the novel.
