This maybe biased bcz I'm tling this story but this story is worthwhile: the cases, the interaction between MC and ML and other characters, side cps and everything you want in a good novel.

The author's writing is quite simple, not putting those confusing phrases and words, which also has it's on advantages. It becomes easy for us TLators to tl the novel without much headache.

This story can be said same as S.C.I mystery series. Our police officer and cutie psychologist are op, both are good in nature (oops,... more>> our ML Yang Simi is anti social and lacks in emotions) but he tried his best to be gentle and smile when facing victims and their acquaintances, through which you can analyse tha he just need some warmth and care which ofc our MC Cheng Jin gives him!! Simi looks cruel from start when he tried to kill Jin when they were 14 but that was just his sanity not being protected and him being looked at with hatred eyes, if he hadn't met Jin back then, maybe he wouldn't have gotten this sane. Just like how Bai Yutang is the antidote and calms down our Zhan Zhao, Cheng Jin is also the dose to calm Simi down!! This novel is a mutual attack but you will feel that it's Simi who's recieving more bcz of how Cheng Jin treats and spoil him, bcz what he needs is love more than anything else in this world.

The cases are very investing, tho idk Chinese, I try my best to make tlations readable as much as possible! <<less
