Five years have passed since the tragic incident ended the peaceful life on Regul Aire once and for all. The Beast have reached the floating island and are threatening the last survivors.

Tiat, Collon, Pannibal, and Lakhesh have become fairy soldiers and are continuing the role of their predecessors, fighting for the safety of Regul Aire. And just like all the other fairy soldiers of the warehouse, they need a guardian of the military, and so on one fateful day, Tiat encounters Feodor Jessman, a young imp and fourth-grade military officer. At the first glance he appears like a typical honor student, however, it’s not for long until he reveals his true colors.

What will his secret ambitions bring for the four young girls and even the future of Regul Aire?

Not remarkable as the original series 'Sukasuka'

As you know, this light novel take placed 5 years after Sukasuka

It is the story of a new main character 'Feodor' and Tiat with some of the fairy members along with her.

The story is about Feodor as a markless imp who does not like markless with an outstanding career in the military that happens to supervises a group of girls. Nevertheless, all he needs to do is simply nothing but keep an eye on them. He develops some kind of relationship with them and... more>> starting to doubt their identity. That's all the story is about and it is very unfortunate and bland. Many factors within the story are underdeveloped and always keep mentioning what happened in the original series repetitively on how humanity destroyed the land.

Feodor and Tiat feel like a cheap replacement for Willem and Chtholly. The author tried to replicate these two characters and fail tremendously. The story even begins in a similar setting as to how Willem and Chtholly first met. Feodor is an imp that basically does not like someone that does great cause by sacrificing themselves. On the other hand, we have Tiat who highly admires her sister 'Chtholly' and wants to do a great cause by sacrificing herself. The main character has some personality to differentiate from Willem but it does poorly contribute to any of the story and relationship development. Side character such as the rest of the fairies' members is pretty underdeveloped. It is a shame that Panival appears in the middle of the first volume with an interesting event then completely disappears for the rest of the volume.

TLDR, after finish a volume and a half, there is nothing spectacular similarly to the butter cake, Willem emotionally waiting for Chtholly returning from battle, and Nygglatho arguing with Willem moments.

6.5/10 Somewhat promising story drag down with unremarkable character for both the main and side character.
