This novel is like the combination between sao and anohana, both series that I love. Including the writing and how it's different from the usual webnovels (this was written as a light novel), the quality is truly exceptional. Definitely a good read. Yeah, I'm totally not biased.

The novel was never fully translated as far as I am aware. So I shall just give my review based on the anime.
If there isn't too much of a deviation in the plot of the novel compared to the anime, then it's definitely a disappointing novel.

The story is about a bunch of middle school kids 3 girls and 2 boys who are Japanese and another boy who's a foreigner.

The girls are annoying in the sense that romance is the only thing in their heads and boys are annoying in... more>> the sense that they are either dense or creepy persistent.

There's plenty to complain, but since it's a story made for kids, let's just forgive the author for making everything centred around a bunch of kids. We've seen worse where the fate of the world rests upon the shoulders of juvenile blockheads lol.

Anyway, the romantic drama involved in this story is a total mess. You could call it tr*sh. <<less
