Chen Lina was reborn, and she met the man who loved her with all his heart fifteen years earlier than in her previous life.

Without caring that he was already raising three sons, all of whom would grow up to be top-tier villains in the future, she decisively pursued him and took him into her grasp.

She planned to love him deeply, care for him, and raise the children well, making up for the regrets of her past life.

However, this man acted like a typical “teenage dream” character—ignoring her attempts to flirt, maintaining an unshakable composure, like a mountain…

Heh~ While Chen Lina spent her days outsmarting and outwitting the little villains, she was quite happy. Men are like dogs—ignore them for a while, and they’ll come running back.

Actually I really look forward this genre because it just my cup of tea. This novel have about 280+ chapter. Each chapter is very long and dragy. At first it kinda hook me up. This story is very slow burn. The romance... Well I don't see it even though yes the MC (fp) already love the ML at that time. This is more to slice of life genre and reality. Because the ML & MC has flaw. The ML in this story is awkward but loving father. MC cooked and... more>> then asked him to wash the dish. although the ML did it but he asked why. Dude!, your wife taking care of the child and cook for you. ML doesn't have common sense. Sometimes, the MC has to teach everything, ask the ML go there, do this so that the ML will not be lazy in housework. A plus is that the ML will do everything the MC ask, so it okay.. he can tolerate the MC. Just not the strong male lead I expected.

The MC felt pity for the kids for being motherless. So the fluff is just so-so because she taking care of the kids just because of pity. No kissing or always hugging the kids. MC act like a nanny only in my opinion. Not the pure mother love that I looking for.

Dropped at chapter 30+. Boring, the fluff is not enough for me to stay. Just slice of life story . <<less

It's tiring to read. There's no break for our protagonists. This slice of life is not the calm kind. It's the living on the edge kind.

The author basically placed them in the center of conflict unlike other 70s novel where characters stay at the background.

This period is chaotic in China and our protagonists are eexperiencing ALL these first hand.

Dispute, arrest, dispute, gunfire, dispute again

Honestly, no downtime. Don't look for fluff and romance even the kids can't give them.
