Since ancient times, a Regas has been a being that exists to tame the king who inherits the power of the dragon.

Abel, who received training to become Regas from his master, meets the prince who will become the future king.

“Wow, it’s the first time our eyes have met. Let me introduce myself again. My name is Abel, Your Highness.”

The young prince, who was ab*sed and hurt by his mother, did not open his heart to anyone. Until then, no Regas had been able to endure him.

However.

“Since Your Highness looks so frightened, I feel I should stay by your side.”

Only Abel was able to open the prince’s heart.

“As long as I’m alive, I will stay by Your Highness’ side.”

“…Eppel.”

However, due to the scheming of the ‘King’s Heart’ which had effectively controlled the king and produced the king’s Regas, Abel eventually dies.

* * *

And after 12 years have passed.

In the meantime, the once young prince has become an adult and ascended to the throne as the emperor, unifying the continent through wars, but the ‘King’s Heart’ still remains intact.

Abel, who has gained a new life, and the prince who became an emperor.

Can these two people recognize the changes in each other and destroy the ‘King’s Heart’?

Regas is a beautifully written novel.

REGAS is a slow burn BL fantasy romance novel in a mediaeval setting with mentions of royalty/nobility, mythic creatures, and reincarnation.

Characters were written delightfully and fun. Storyline was that of a classic RoFan. Author’s storytelling was remarkable and was far from boring.

... more>> CHARACTERS:

This novel revolves around a couple- A naive war orphan raised to be a Regas, Abel and a prince destined to burn the empire to ashes, Karas.

A Regas is, according to this world’s history and tradition, a beautiful androgynous effeminate man trained to be companions of the ones who inherit the dragon’s blood - the emperor and his heir.

Abel, the main character of this novel, is a Regas. Contrary to what was known of a Regas, Abel is a man’s man- tall, muscularly bulky, and strong. However, despite his appearance, he is of a naive, gentle, selfless, and bright persona. All through out the novel, author kept him true to his character. He was made memorable and enjoyable. That may be is the reason, when after he was reincarnated as a classic Regas- a petite androgynous beauty, Lil/Abel- I had a very hard time removing his original face and physique. Original Abel was given an ample exposure- enough to be tattooed in the mind of the readers. I read that some readers even wished the author kept him different and I couldn’t argue with them. I also want the author to kept him that way. However, the author managed to keep the essence of his character despite the change in face and physique- that is why I still enjoyed reading about him all through out the volumes. I eventually learned to love the “fairy” Abel.

Some may complaint that he is s*upid but I wholeheartedly disagree. He is naive and pure, hence mistaken to be s*upid. Ah, no, I guess he sometimes is s*upid - s*upid in romance and love, lol. At the first half of the novel, author concealed most of the reasons why Abel acted how he acted- author gradually revealed that all Abel’s decision were purposeful and actions were of reasons. The key here is, reading the novel fully. I started getting hooked past midway of the novel. The thrill I had was enough for me to give this novel a very long review.

Karas, the main lead, is the crown prince with questionable character gifted with the power of a dragon. As a massive time skip happened to this novel, readers just accepted the massive change in his character, strength, and intelligence without further questioning. I also initially thought that author just glossed it over and forgot him altogether. However, the reason for his character was only explained on the very- veeery end- the last paragraph of the novel. I was caught off guard when I read the end.

The side characters were written very lovely and comically. No side characters were outshined by another. Author successfully incorporated their importance in the story, even making me like one of the side characters, the butler, more than the main characters. Expect to love them as well.

LENGTH:

The main story runs until early parts of volume 7 and their romance was focused on later parts of the same volume. A special story can be read in volume 8, which leaves further clarification of the events that happened and how they developed their relationship. I hope there is more side and extra stories, but unfortunately, everything was concluded at the end of volume 8.

WARNINGS:

There was no actual non consensual penetrative s*xual acts happened to the main character, Abel however, there were multiple attempted s*xual assaults. In line with this, the other extra characters were not spared. There were multiple mentions of both penetrative and non penetrative s*xual assaults to the other Regas. Be weary and careful in reading- or do not read this novel at all if it can trigger a trauma.

There were multiple mentions of blood and mutilation bordering gore. Again, do not read this novel as it can be triggering.

There were multiple mentions of child ab*se, not just of Karas’ childhood but of others.

HOWEVER, if read on above listed site, spring of romance, a trigger warning in red is placed every chapter with sensitive contents. Toggle the icon to skip the sensitive topics.

ADDITIONAL contents:

Comedy. This novel seesawed between serious and hilarious contents, mostly green and s*xual comedy - with tasteful transitions even. It came naturally, lol. I laughed so hard during these cuts. Lol. A good break in between lengthy serious readings.

This has smut contents. It was graphic and explicit. Initially of the members of the King of Hearts, and eventually, of the main characters.

Expect the romantic smut of the main characters only after the main story ended. Volume 7 if I am not mistaken. There will be multiple NSFW contents of KarasXAbel.

There were no mentions of mpreg or hints of that. So do not expect of any cute babies or their dragon eggs.

Special mention to Yanie of Spring of Romance who translated this novel exquisitely. I am thankful s/he took this novel. Money definitely well spent.

Once I have access to the actual novel, I promise myself to buy this author’s book. Excited to get a copy of Regas.

In conclusion, I highly— highly recommend REGAS to a reader who loves a classic BL RoFan in slow burn with minimal to nil drama and angst. <<less

Awesome!

I really love this novel, the pacing, writing, storyline, everything!

I also love this translation, though I wish the free chapters would come out faster.

... more>> Regardless, I don't get why anyone who likes a good, well written BL would dislike this.

I might be the exception, but I love the fact that they changed the main character's (Abel's) appearance. I was initially wondering how it would work with him being bulky and stuff, I'm not a fan of bulky Ukes. I prefer BLs with twinks or average sized Ukes the bulky ones look way too awkward and they grate on my nerves.

The people complaining about Abel's personality seem to be incapable of comprehending and/or appreciating complex characters. Abel was never advertised as the paragon of morality, in actuality, his sense of morality is one of the most realistic I've seen being portrayed.

His reaction to finding out Karas was the little prince he missed, was also fairly realistic and quite accurate to his character.

He's the kind of person who'd make excuses to keep loving someone he loves unconditionally. Karas himself has lots of issues, so obviously he's not going to have a normal moral compass. He was never advertised as someone who was leaning towards good, if anything, he was always portrayed as someone who's leaning towards evil and Abel tried to bring out the good in him.

All in all, just give it a chance, it's a well written novel, with good plot. 👍 <<less

tl;dr dragonoid soulmate reincarnation au that starts off as brief, sweet, determined childcare and, after a LONG time lapse, develops into a reuniting of bonds that transforms into romantic love.

At face value, the MC may be a summer flower child, but he's still intelligent despite being romantically oblivious, and the ML is a yandere tyrant, but with his corrupted upbringing, it all makes sense.

I started out reading the manhwa and then jumped to the novel impatiently. I know many people have been claiming "g*ooming" and "shota", but this is NOT... more>> any of that. The MC and ml, in his youth, does not at ANY TIME entertain s*xual or romantic thoughts/feelings towards each other. In fact, with the mc's sheltered upbringing and underestimation of himself, it doesn't even compute with Abel that anyone could see him in that light so he never seeks it himself. And in fact, I think Karas' adult s*xual feelings towards Abel isn't even necessarily a want for intimacy in the beginning pique of interest so much as it is just a type of possessive need to mark what is his. Karas is so emotionally unintelligent that it's gonna take him a while to sort this sh*t out. So all of yallz who are scared of "g*ooming" or "shota", or want to claim that, GET OUTTA HERE and read something else. Stop trying to taint a heartbreakingly adorable prologue and satisfying idiots-to-lovers fiction.

Also, I really enjoyed Yannie's translation on SpringOfRomance. They give you context for korean idioms and their translations are clearer than some official translations I've read (I'm looking at you, The Perks of Being a Villainess on Radish). <<less

It's really hard to find novels that could make me addicted like this. I even ended up buying the chapters with my money lol. As a fan of Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, tr*sh of the Count's Family and S Classes That I Raised, the plot really hooked me. Lmao the MC also has a tendency to sacrifice himself here, although he stopped that thought early since he realized there's no point in it anyway.

The MC is just too pure and innocent I just can't — He's dense sometimes due to how... more>> he was raised but that also gave him an advantage.

Spoiler

In volume 5 there's a part where he tries to find that hidden item in the Marquis house. No one ever managed to find his item but the MC was the only one who managed to guess where the item is

[collapse]

If you want an innocent MC and a ML who's like a beast that doesn't mind killing everyone and destroying the whole country for the MC, then this novel is for you.

I meant literally like a beast since he has the power of the dragon. The latest chapter made me so anxious. At this point I'm afraid the whole country would really be destroyed. ㅠㅠ

Just a warning that this novel is a little bit dark with bl**d and s*x <<less

This novel was kind of disappointing and I'm probably going to be dropping it for this reason. The reason I'm giving it 3 starts is because it's has a very interesting premise, has a great translation, and I can totally see someone with different tastes than me really enjoying.

Pros:

Like I said before the premise itself is great and everything that happens pre-reincarnation/time skip is amazing build up for what's to come. Their dynamic is genuinely really heart wrenching in these first couple chapters and it's so satisfying to see Abel's... more>> kindness shine through all the corruption in the palace. The author also does a great job of making the Prince's cruelty come from a place of innocence rather than just being inherently evil. All that makes his quite endearing as a child and later somewhat as an adult. This is something that I feel get's lost a bit as the novel goes on. The comedy writing and world building is also very good, if you love high western fantasy then you will probably really love this setting. Separate from my opinions of the novel I really want to give a shoutout to the translator because it shows that they have been putting so much work into it and really love this work.

Cons:

This novel suffers from a bad case of the author wanting to write innocent ray of sunshine MC x ruthless killer ML but not wanting to deal with the optics of that. Obviously I am simplifying their characters but for all intents and purposes this is the dynamic the author wants to portray. Our ML will literally kill anyone for any reason, enemies, doctors, women, and children he killed all of them without a care in front of our MC. So why does our innocent MC who we are told highly values life and is deeply saddened by the thought of the Prince having to kill to survive barely fazed by this. Sure he does have moments of fear and disgust but he'll just pass out and wake up completely fine, ready to have cute moments with the ML again as if he had a case of amnesia. He'll plead for a characters life in the moment or shed a few tears when he see's a head fly off but it doesn't really have any long term effects on their relationship.
Spoiler

The worst case of it is when the Abel finally learns that the Karas is the Prince and begins spiraling to the point where he literally dies from grief. It's honestly really well written you can feel the terror and guilt that Abel feels for all the death and suffering he may have caused. So tell me why the moment Able wakes up all of that tension is gone and they're giggling having their first kiss with no thoughts at all as to why he almost died a couple minutes ago.

[collapse]
It's to a point where he gets over these deaths so quickly that it all feels meaningless. Why does any of this matter if the MC is just going to pretend like it never happened and keep moving forward with the ML romantically in the same exact way. I get some people like this, it assures that the main couple will end up together regardless of what is put in front of them, but it really annoys me. I feel it takes away the possibilities for interesting conflicts and character growth in favor of cute fluffy couple moments that (in my opinion) feel unearned.

Again I completely understand that a lot of people prefer this type of writing and want those fluffy cute couple moments, which is completely valid. So if you read my very long con and saw no problems with it then go ahead and read you will probably enjoy it a lot! If you are like me and are looking for some drama you might be disappointed. <<less

I find the manhwa first, and after I know it's an adaptation from the novel, of course.. here I am. The novel is well written, and The translation is good too. It's like.. I found the love~ I like the bulky baby MC (of course the fairy MC too) , I find it interesting to see how his mind out of the box most of the time, and how positive thinking he is. And I like the ML too, even though that kind of cold cruel ML is mainstream, but... more>> here.. he is perfectly fit (?). I like the other chara too, they make the story alive and funny. If you want a decent novel, with good plot, a lil bit dark but funny, I think.. This one is good. Just 8 vol, not too long.

Edit:

Just read untuk vol 8 and that's Wild. I mean the smutties. Kinda hot, but... uhh ML is like ishakan but with less EQ. Our mc&ML is innocent and low EQ in term of feeling. The ML just like a Beast, his lust for MC is on top and has no shame at all. No ooc as a person with Dragon power. But I feel so sorry for MC to have this kind of ML. Thank you for your sacrifice, MC. Hope you'll be better after the ML mastered his Technology.. (?). As for the Butler, hey I think we can be friends. He is so funny with that unfiltered mouth. <<less

First off, the translation is very good. So everything I mentioned below is not related to the translation.

The story had a lot of potential but it fell short. The ML definitely wears the pratagonist halo and is god's (author's) favorite child. EVERYONE of the main cast wears rose tinted glasses towards the ML, especially the MC x1000%.

Despite what people are saying, MC is weak and can't stand as equal to ML both physically and mentally. By end of vol 8, I am convince he isn't that different than a s*x... more>> s*ave to the ML.

ML is a tyrant and is all powerful. He will kill anyone and anything that even slightly inconvenience him. He also ignores even the MC's wishes and well being if he doesn't get what he wants. As you can tell I don't like his character one bit.

There are a lot of side characters that I feel bad for. Especially all the fake 'Regas' in the palace that were kidnapped and treated like s*x s*aves by the nobles and was never showed any respect by the author's writing.

Spoiler

The MC almost got r*pe twice. Both times I felt it could've been avoided and unecessary. First time, I was so angered because how is it that his tent was completely unguarded depsite everyone knowing how important his safety is.

Second time, it could've been avoided if ML try even a little to communicate with MC about his plans so MC doesn't have to run around doing the most pointless things.

Despite almost completing the full story. I am not one but convince the ML had feelings for MC, is more like obsession and possestiveness--this isn't love. First time they kiss is none consenual.

First time they had s*x, it was none consenual. ML literally tear his bu*t hole bloody and didn't care to stop even if MC is screaming in and passes out. Something tells me that the author is probably a virg*n because only in someone's delulu fantasy can find this romantic.

MC always making excuses for ML's bad behavior. How blind do you have to be still think a grown ass man that slaughters even babies as "innocent".

Also, what's with the side character's obesession with the ML and MC's s*x life. They more obsess with it than running the country properly. The way they talk about it is so cringy...

[collapse]

Despite my gr*pe with everything, it still recommend people giving it a read to form their own opinion. It still better read than 80% of the light novels out there. <<less

If I’m speaking honestly, I think I enjoy the manwha better than the novel. One of the reasons is because of the multiple POV and how its done in this novel. During volume 2 we are given multiple perspectives in basically each chapter. One point of view from the MCs, the sub characters, and sometimes the villains. The majority of the time all these point of views were put into every chapter, which I found really repetitive and a bit disjointed. This caused me to skip most of the sub... more>> characters POV and the villains since I didn’t necessarily find their POV important. Sure there were some crumbs of plot development and character building in the different POVS but not by much. Rather than that, I found myself more interested in the MC and ML’s POV since this volume is sorta like their “reunion.” Personally, I think it would’ve been better, if the author focused more on the main characters, and instead of mushing every POV into every chapter. After focusing on the main characters for the majority of the volume we could’ve than get the sub characters POV and how they struggled in volume 2. For the villains, we also could’ve also just had their POV sprinkled in here or there. Subsequently, I think the chapters are very short in comparison to like a Chinese danmei. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but to me it just felt like the author could have added more world building/interesting ideas into the chapters.

That being said, I really do like the main character’s personality. He has an earnest and positive personality and I found it really refreshing to read. Although I can’t say much for the ML. I suppose, for now, he’s a very stereotypical ML with a terrible childhood, but i’m sure the author will explore more into his lore later.

Surprisingly, characters that I wish we would’ve gotten more of is the King and kinda the Queen. I really enjoyed the king’s POV which makes me sad that we probably won’t be getting any more of them haha.

As the English translation of the manwha has yet to catch up to vol 2 and I didn’t necessarily read volume one of the novel I don’t know how the switching POV will translate over but I’m hoping for the best. <<less

I began with the manhwa and then moved on to the novel. At first the story was quite interesting, I really liked the MC and all they did for the ML. However, by the second volume, it becomes quite cliche.
Spoiler

I don't understand why, but the MC reincarnating and hiding their identify is a trope that happens pretty often in Korean manhwa/novels (along with an obsessive ML). One of the main reasons I liked this story was because the MC wasn't the average skinny bottom, but he becomes one when reincarnating.

[collapse]

I hoped that the novel would either break away from established tropes, or put a new spin on them, but that did not happen. Very long spoiler/rant:
Spoiler

Instead, both the MC and ML are unable to properly communicate with each other. It is extremely frustrating seeing the MC trying to piece together what the ML wants because the ML simply doesn't say very much. The MC also doesn't try and put up any boundaries even when he is uncomfortable (such as when the two are in a single bed during volume 3). So far the ML has almost (intentionally) killed the MC multiple times, and used the MC as a meatshield in volume 2. This is even called out by fodder characters for being an as*hole move. However the MC isn't bothered by this for some reason?? It becomes glaringly clear how unnaturally kind, forgiving, and naive the MC is, even though he doesn't know the identity of the ML yet. The MC's characterization is not consistent, although he is kind in the first volume, he is also smart, and does a lot for the young prince with what little power he has. However, once he is reincarnated, the MC becomes insanely naive. It makes no sense for someone who was able to understand that they were being poisoned to not understand the ML's intentions when he deliberately put the MC into a one bed room with him. The MC's kind attitude towards the ML is even weirder when you consider that the MC has no idea the ML is the prince he used to care for. Being saved a few times doesn't negate all the mistreatment you have received from someone. Why doesn't the MC act even a bit more wary of someone who doesn't communicate and kills innocents? I am repeating this for the third time because I feel it's important: the MC has no clue that the ML is the prince as of volume 3! The novel would be radically more different, and probably better written, if the other characters simply told the MC that the ML is the prince. For the MC, it has only been like a month since he was taking care of the young ML. Of course the MC wouldn't feel any immediate romantic interest for the ML, even if he is an adult now. But the slower, and more natural development, of their feelings would have been so much better than being forced to share a bed.

[collapse]

There is also a element of non-consent which is why I decided to drop this novel.
Spoiler

The very first time they kiss is when the MC is very drunk, and obviously can't give consent.

[collapse]

My final criticism of this novel is with the reincarnation trope.
Spoiler

It is currently very poorly used and feels like massive wasted potential. The MC now has a family again, a rich and doting one, but rushes off without considering their feelings at all. It is also mentioned how the MC thought about the original body when burying his new hair, but it is also never mentioned again! This novel would have been so much more interesting if the MC actually considered/acting with the implications of a new body/family.

So far I still dislike ML/the prince/the emperor. Yes he has tragic past and what King's heart does is really disgusting. But I also dislike MC. Tbh I don't know when I might quit reading it. So here's the points :

1. MC is s*upid. Yes, he is kind and it's good trait I like him for it but he is like dumb and dumber. He chose to die and left behind an 8 yo kid alone while knowing so well the kid could be exploited WITHOUT proper plan. I mean,... more>> dying for your master/someone you serve is kinda a thing in period era, but his death is totally useless and only serve as tragic background trauma for ML. MC didn't even once told his plan to Ashler (the knight) or even to sir Melmond (the librarian). And it was very cruel of him to kept promising the lonely 8yo kid he will always by his side only to die alone leaving the kid behind. He never had a plan. I thought he was kinda smart but trying to appear as fool, but no. He is and always a fool. He could have informed Ashler and Melmond about him being poisoned and the three of them could find a way together. But he what? He waited for his majesty the king near the spring pray pond. The king himself is barely managed to kept his sanity. The king wasn't bad person, he tried to protect his son by sending him away but he had no real power and was under control why would MC even think the king could help him?

2. As soon as he was reincarnated MC whining about meeting the prince which is f*cking annoying. And he has no respect to anyone in Lil's family. He only think about himself as Abel and his prince. It was clear the family really love him but he forced his way out to meet the prince whom he only knew like 2 months (only 1 full month tbh). He promised the butler that as long as he lives in Lil's body, he will never revealed he is Abel and will be the son of the master & his wife. As Lil was the son whom born after a long time so they really love Lil. But noooo. Abel just never visit them, didn't take care of his body, didn't care about his life, and gladly throw away his life for the prince. He was given a second chance in life yet he literally just tossed it away because "it's for the prince". Which is very disappointing. Melmond and butler are very worried about him in Lil's body but he belittles it so much and kept babbling nonsense as if he was the old Abel. Like??? The least he can do, while living in someone else body, be respectful and nice the to the family and the butlet who had cared for him.

3. ML, okay he has tragic past. Him losing abel is truly sad and regrettable. He started war 6 years ago, also very understandable. But what I don't understand, why would he conquered the continent for 6 years? The war started because the border invasion from neighbor kingdom. But what Karas did after winning the war, is occupation of all kingdoms in the continent. Made himself raised to the position of the emperor. We learned so much from history when Mongol started invasion and made their contry raised as an empire, does the vassal country felt good? No! Why would the author give us this type of warmongering ML who literally love butchering people and what? Readers need to cheer for him? I felt very uneasy reading part of the bald king. The bald king and other king are not even a threat but they worked so hard to not losing their country. They didn't even started the war. The bald king only took help from King's heart because he cared for his subjects. He literally beg Karas just so his soldiers didn't get killed but Karas still killed them. Looking from his perspective (not Karas), the villain here is clearly Karas. The bald king told Karas he would help to deal with King's heart but Karas refused. The bald king also told Karas to please do not annihilate his people, and just end the war by killing him. But Karas killed him in cruel way because he offered help. Like???? Why would we praise someone like Karas as ML? See, from perspective of people who got occupied, Karas having happy ending with his love of his life after killing many innocent people is truly unfair. He got 2nd chance meeting the love of his life, but did all his victims got 2nd chance in life?

4. I support Karas killing the King's Heart, but starting wars with neighborhood kingdoms that didn't even do anything is really unnecessary. The salt mine that he got from the defeated country, stabilize the salt price, yes in his own country. But what happened with the previous owner? Isn't it looting? Spoil of war? What happened to the defeated country? I kinda find it hard it took so long for him to defeat King's Heart because "the people supporting them". Ashler said it's because ML doesn't wanna be tyrant killing King's heart without proper reasons. But he already did become a tyrant by killing all those royals from neighborhood kingdoms and looting their mines.

5. ML losing abel yes it's tragic but for 12 years he at least got accompanied by 3 loyal people : Ashler, Melmond and Nani, also the maid. Yet author tried to justify his cold heart because he lost someone he met for 2months 12 years ago. Make it make sense. Tbh, I was hoping the King's heart let Abel stayed with him like at least a year. 8yo is a total baby. I fail to understand why he couldn't love Ashler, melmond, nani or the maid who are alongside him for 12 years.

Overall, both MC & ML are bad qualities. 3 stars because the translation is excellent. Regardless the s*upidity, it's still enjoyable to some extend (if you can ignore many flaws). There's so much plot holes and yes it felt short if we compare it to danmei novel. <<less

Ok, so this is only my opinion so far and I will change it later when I complete it.

Firstly, I wanna talk about Abel

Spoiler

I like him, he's a nice and smart protagonist, and to be honest I totally understand him not recognizing Karas earlier, he had only known him as a child for a month, and he had gone blind prior to his death. Moreover, Karas doesn't communicate at all. I just kinda dislike that men right and left fall for him for his looks, kinda find it cringeworthy. His whole character after the first volume reads as if he is stripped of his male identity by both characters and author.

Secondly, I wanna express my opinion on Karas (the ML)

Spoiler

I find his character so unsettling. I understand why he turned this way, but he's a ruthless tyrant who takes the lives of people as if he's drinking water, and doesn't even bother listening to anyone else, just does as he pleases. Well, probably except for Abel. I emphasise that understand why he turned the way he is right now, and I do find him pitiful due to his tragic background, but I can't bring myself to like him at all. I can't see him next to Abel, who is a sweetheart. Additionally, their first kiss was non-consensual, which made me feel even more hostile towards him. Even if he gets a character development, I don't think I will be able to ever take a liking to him.

There are some additional points I want to add

Spoiler

I feel like author is trying so hard with the unconditional love trope, to the point it's becoming a bit unrealistic, e.g. Abel, a sweet and soft person, liking Karas despite witnessing his ruthlessness, even before knowing that he's the prince.

Nonetheless, I still love the story. I find this whole political conflict intriguing and would like to see where it is headed.

MC has a self blaming character, he is too understanding of ML but most of the time he puts up with him cause he believes he's the reason for ML's behaviour. ML is a dragon blood blessed human, he's violent, Indifferent, loner. Only ever goodness he got from the world was MC so he tries to latch onto him to feel any emotion.

ML is a ISTP, he's naturally blind to most emotions and he needs a special overly hype person to make him feel anything. He's logically understanding of everything... more>> but unable to completely feel or process emotions, his living environment as a child is too messed up that made his travel through the mental spiral of violence and boredom. That doesn't mean he's s*upid, he's wise and talented but his thinking is a bit robotic. He follows a set pattern from childhood it's hard to change unless MC is someone who can try and help him but MC isn't that strong enough to fix someone's mental trauma. MC tries his best as a partner to curb ML's violence and boredom. He keeps him within a certain limit enough to not let him destroy the whole kingdom. Still not enough to make him fix his ways.

The characters were alr but the story and world-building is a mess. The side characters are not named or given prior information. The kingdom and its ways are not explained properly. There's not much character development. It's a mix of reality like but incompleted story. ML can OP but this ML is literally portrayed like a God who can kill everyone at will that'd be a villain. He's not an actual dragon just a dragon blood blessed being. Even if he's powerful he won't be a God. It's kinda s*upid. Most of ML's powers and actions or intentions in itself are never explained. Altho I can understand why he did it, it's cause I've read too many fantasy novels, if I read this first I would be frustrated. I have it 5/5 cause u had expectations at first. Translator did a good job but the story is wack. So, 1/5 I would rate it - if possible. <<less
