- I felt iffy at first because the FL knew the ML when he was a baby but thankfully the ML doesn't remember her at all (only from word of mouth of others) and the FL didn't start developing romantic feelings until she realised he was a grown man. Also they did not meet during the 20 years, and Elaine completely did not age mentally either as she really was completely blanked out from the world, as if travelling through time.
- A simple story, doesn't require too much thinking or nervousness
- Not too long, 130ch is about right (they could've made it shorter but I'm fine with what we got)
Cons:the male lead was always really obvious, so I'd be pissed if they added a 2nd love interest just for the sake of making the 2nd ML suffer...
turns out Aspel? Pel guy?? The pel demon fella (i forgot the name) the FL grew up with in the witch's home was the one who caused the tragedy because he loved Bella (the witch) and couldn't stand to see her with another man. When I read this part I just kind of went "oh. okay that sucks."
