Finally completed this one!! After reading infinite game beauty npc, pretending to be infinite games npc and novels like this I think the definition of romance has changed for me 😂😂 anyway these have similar smart MC and possession and op ML btw it's pretty fun to read

If I had a penny each time I encountered the omnipotent-hacking-god trope in danmeis I've read, I'd have more than two. not much, but weird.

This would be a great introduction to the QT genre because there's so many arcs you can explore. However, if you're already too deep in the rabbit hole, this novel is just meh.

One of my complain is that there's not much depth in each arc because there can only be so many chapter (13-15 ch/arc in average). I know each arcs were supposed to be short... more>> but the pacing is just a bit too fast for me.

My other complain is... in several arcs I kept screaming "HE'S SIXTEEN!!". Seems like author loved age gap. I usually wouldn't mind 10 years gap but at least make him 18 or something. I know he's mentally much older than that but ML had no idea.

I actually like all the arcs, the way it escalated and almost looked like the couple's roleplaying 😂 The MC went through several world and was a villain, so I already expected his blackened morals. I love how the author expressed the "I would burn the world for you" through them, so I have no qualms with the latter arcs. I was well fed with their dog food 😌💚 love every slapping methods of MC too 💚💚

I don't know if this is a spoiler, but the extra for XZX was also well-written. I was reluctant to read it at first because I had a grudge against the Xue family, except for the ML, of course. But the chase between XZX and the MC was satisfactory to me, so it was worth reading too. I also loved how the author explained why ZYS couldn't play the piano with soul.

Read this months ago, then stop after the first arc. But 5 days ago, June 11, right after reading the novel with same author as this, I decided to read it it again, since that other novel is good 'The Lord of End world'. And fudge I didn't even grasp the time, look it's already June 15, and just done reading it binge reading from 2nd arc to end. And THIS IS ONE OF THE unusual and superb writing and plot ahhhh I wish every arc was longer like... more>> idk it's not really lacking actually it just swak, but ahhhh I wish it was longer.

This was the first 'transmigration' 'reincarnation' novel that I've read, and what made me continue looking for related contents and novels. You guys don't have to read much of my review because I'll just say it the way I see it.

The story arcs are undoubtedly very common. I've read a few more related contents, like I mentioned on top, and realized this isn't the only one with so. The difference is that, at some point I understand the part where ML is actually a string of data code comparable to... more>> a sister code that was able to control the system network that humanity supposedly relied on. His character was built to be OP itself, but I still like the idea that the author at least explained who he truly is instead of leaving us wondering.

The character set on MC is overpowered as well. The main arc revealed that MC tweaked on the system so he can control it. It made me unsatisfied, to the the truth. It was like, there was barely acceptable explanation how he would be able to do that. It felt like the author just slapped us with; 'he's a hacker so yeah'.

You might think: then what made you differentiate ML and MC character sets? Let's just say, ML's 'im a string of code' already suffice. He was introduced as a data, not a person. Easily described like that. Any explanation about how he got information and whatnot is pretty much redundancy. MC is just 'im a hacker tee hee'.

I do recommend reading the side story about the piano guy. There, MC was introduced as a recently arrived character so the plot holes are a bit better.

Why five stars then? Just based on the fact that I love this novel. Then again, I've said that this is my first novel to read and made me continue searching for more. Thanks for reading until here. Lol.

Ps. In my opinion, I don't actually read other people's review about online novels I read. I like the idea of exploring novels without actual expectations on what they may be aside from knowing the title, genre, and summary. Because of this, I was able to read more novels that people don't actually love - but I did. People have different opinions on what they like. I suggest you look one for yourself instead of dwelling in other people's comments... If the novel's few arcs are already disappointing, then just move to a different novel. Dwelling in disappointments will only depress you. :)) <<less

One of my favourite system backslapping novels, because it’s very reread-able. I wouldn’t say that it’s one of those overwhelmingly amazing novels, but the writing and translation quality is definitely good, the plotline although predictable (because it’s backslapping), is very satisfying (because backslapping). The villain roles for the most part HAVE done some morally questionable things, so I don’t feel too bad for them.
Overall I’ll give a 8/10. Nice plotline, backslapping I like, black bellied possessive gong and ‘eye for an eye’ shou who are very sweet with each other (mouth rottingly sweet at times). Recommend recommend.

It's my most favorite qt novel. The author has amazing grasp of knowledge on various field. It's my third time. Actually, my favorite in qt novel is face slapping by canon fodder. I like arrogant MC and loyal or dangerous ml. Her other novel learning God is in my hand is also good. If you like face slapping and world view or plot then you must read it.

I really love this kind of good-feeling (?) type of story. By far still my favourite OP QT. I don't know how many times I re-read this throughout the years and my favourite world is the 4th world. Best face-slapping ever haha eat that regret.

MC is smart (cunning) and OP but reasonable. There's reason behind his so many skills. He's likeable in my opinion. I really admired the author's brain. They really can thought of such interesting revenge idea in the plot.

There is truly nothing groundbreaking in this novel, nor is it a masterpiece. The great majority of webnovels aren't, nor am I expecting them to be. But it's still one of my favorite quick transmigration novels. I've reread so many arcs several times. It's full of cliches, the MC is your cliche cold and OP MC. ML is your cliche possessive, crazy and distant ML, and yet unlike many, many other quick transmigration novels the cliche world plots still got me very much interested and captivated until the very end,... more>> with few exceptions. It's a great novel for satisfying my desire for quick romance because I get impatient too easily.

If you're craving some quick transmigration, I highly recommend this one. <<less

Honestly re reading it again just to remember why this is still a recommended read to those getting into qt based bl. Still a nice read even with it's small quirks and flaws since they don't really mess with the story all that much.

It's a good fast pace story surprisingly with a lot of depth. But I give it 4 stars because it does start out clumsy. I'll admit that I actually didn't get through half way through the first world before I dropped this because of the clumsy writing. I just picked it up again for another try because I really did want to know why people keep comparing other world hopping BLs to this one. It gets infinitely better and I was glad for it.

I will say that it's not THE... more>> best world hopping system BL though. I do like the fact that the MC is cut and dry and pushes straight to the point. He knows what he wants and knows how to achieve it. And even though he has legit reason to be the Mary Sue in almost all the world's he drops into, but compare to some others, there's no real internal character development for MC. All that was reserved for ML.

On another note, while MC is static in his development and explained well enough, I will say that the start to finish of this story is amazing. I am a sucker for face slapping novels that give me the right serotonin and the fast pace nature is just right. There's very little nitty gritty details that distract from what's going on, and again, straight to the point. <<less

Quick review for now, more later. (That is, edited the review as I read)
I kept hearing the title of this one in the comments of other novels I was reading, and everything was annoyingly constantly being compared to this. I was a little reluctant to read it because of that, but came here anyway.

And now it's 1am and I just finished arc 5. My thoughts so far are that it's mostly cute fluff and a few nsfw smut scenes. There are misunderstandings between the main characters so far as the MC attempts to find the ML in each world.

As of arc 10, I'm noticing a trend that I didn't like in another world hopping story; the MC can't always seem to recognize the ml. Which yes, as an anxious person I completely understand questioning things. But to not even consider that the person in front of you is the one you're looking for?

I really really hate "misunderstandings" like this. I'm not even sure that's the right word for it. Again with the not at all recognizing your lover. Again with the "ML who has no memories was involved with someone else before MC arrived". And also the whole having broken up with him before the story started. Just ugh. I'm super frustrated with this arc and may take a break from reading.

Overall review so far is that this isn't the best world hopping with a system bl I've read, but it's definitely not the worst either.
Edit to add that I stand by that, though it's slowly dropping. Like up to arc 11 I was thinking maybe 4 stars, but I'm debating 3 now because it's seriously annoying to me the way things are going.

Dropped reading this, but came back after realizing a particular arc I was looking to re-read was in here. I do like the beginning arcs. I have no problems with the first four arcs. Arc 5 was the start of my annoyance.

since the ML was of course, protagonist character that was supposed to be with someone else, had been living with someone else and planned to be with someone else before he met the MC. >.> I get it, he doesn't have his memories, and went with the plot. Although I would have expected that kind of thing earlier than arc 5, not after they've gotten to know each other a bit... And so of course MC thinks someone else is the ML and starts to hit on him... ugh. Anyway, I let it pass this arc, as a one off both because it's the first arc that pulled this and it's also kinda an ABO arc which I don't tend to like.

A favourite of mine, I believe this is, like, the third time I’ve read this? Although this is very self-indulgent, what QT isn’t? Male lead has a foot fetish. Or maybe just the author, that's more likely honestly.

There are a lot of english names, some good, most bad. Yun Sheng seemed to get the good end of the stick within the male category, the only one that I hated was Joe, but that was short lived.

This was my fifth time reading the Black-Hearted Lotus arc, due to it being one... more>> of my favourite arc about an autistic character (only behind the HAWRR’s arc), Even if they both don’t do a good job of the autistic character specifically, I liked them because at least it was the bare minimum representation that I needed.

Fourth arc was also amazing. I love the long details of the antagonist’s regret, especially when it paints the very morally ambiguous Yun Sheng as a white lotus. ‘He’d spent two months hating Lin Chengze, but now, he’ll spend the rest of his life loving him.’ is such a solid sentence.

‘He was a Virgo, very picky... ’, ‘the Virgo stylist’, what's with the author and virgos?

The Inclusion of Kelly Clarkson’s, Adele’s songs was really funny, it felt like a wattpad, self-insert fanfiction, something I would write in grade 5, truly amazing.

Arc 8, warning for the f-slur but besides that, it was probably the best arc in terms of representation (not even just in QWTFOTD but most Quick Transmigration and some Asian novels in general), Gay - Lesbian solidarity, also the h*mophobia. The ‘terminal homophobe cancer’ was amazing, ‘hot bod’.

There was also the implication that he's played a female before?? ‘... female, Ger, yin and yang, he’s been it all... ’, ‘A dark story full of imprisonment play, water play, BD*M, candles, whips, the whole shebang.’ this arc has so many good lines, and I would love to read that fanfiction.

Arc 9, I actually had to previously ask the forums for which novel this arc came from, only to find out it was this one, every arc is truly top-tier. Despite my love for it, I don’t have much to say.

Arc 10 is very similar to HAWRR’s arc of the same sorts.

'I don’t remember anything about arc 13, can only hope it wasn’t extremely boring and tedious to read.' - my thoughts going into this one, I do genuinely love those ‘they walked into a room, and then they sat for an hour.’ like they genuinely just sat in silence without a single movement for a whole hour, that would be funny. Okay, genuine r*pe warning, holy, had to fast skim past that, pretend I didn’t see that. Don’t condone r*pe, and I’m glad that Yun Sheng says that r*pe is r*pe regardless with or without a cond*m.

I do enjoy that the Zhou family still helped Meng Wan’s sister in the end, I really don’t enjoy when authors just throw in innocent bystanders suffering just because they are related or something, especially when they are young. I understand why I didn’t remember any of this. It's a rather simple arc, especially given the fact that my brain still can’t handle xianxia.

Arc 15... didn’t remember anything about it at first until the blindfold scene, don’t condone r*pe (at least they are aware of it - ‘If I was someone else, you’d be a f*cking rapist... ’).

‘... if he got angry at me, will he also reach for something to smash over my head? That would definitely feel amazing. He walked aimlessly, his mind filled with all sorts of erot*c scenes... ’ masochist? In a ML? It’s more likely than you think. And we are back with the feet mentions, excessive feet mentioning.

Girlboss Qian Fangfei, go cut off his d*ck. ‘Look down, it misses you so much!’

Authors can really go overboard with the ending description, like was that information THAT necessary, because it just feels gross.

I really like it, I'm very grateful to the translator for their hard work and the author for making it.

I like the premise of the story and of that even though the ML changes identities there are parts of him that stay the same. If you love revenge stories, reading this will be very enjoyable, the MC never fails on getting revenge as much as possible.

I really love how MC never really put himself on a moral high ground compared to everyone, he knows he's ruthless, he knows his skills... more>> make things unfair, and he knows he's just a spiteful man.

I'm a big BIG fan of the possessive ML coupled with an MC who indulges in the possessiveness by choice but is capable of stopping the ML if they wanted to. Helpless/Weaker MCs with an obsessive ML's put me off sometimes.

I also love Happy Endings so reading them in every world was satisfying and filled my heart in some kind of way. I also really like how if ever you want to read more, the extras are also there and are fully written out with the same detail as the main story.

Overall 9.5/10, it's minus the.5 for the occasional questionable age/power gaps and questionable ways the ML approaches MC, while the context of this story justifies it, in any other story it would be plain awful if you really thought about it. While justified in this story it still kind of makes me uncomfortable, be sure to read the Tags to be sure if you're okay with the things that will be written. <<less

This was a very enjoyable read, the progression made sense, and everything fit my esthetic's. I will admit that some of the arc's were cut off abruptly, but it wasn't bad and at least there was a resolution. The extras were phenomenal, none of that 1-2 chap to explain things, they were their own arcs, and in most cases longer then the main story arcs.

Magnificent!

Love this story sooo muchh ><. It basically compile all BL stories into one. Interstellar, ABO, showbiz, CEO, cultivation, you name it, all of it in this single novel. The plot is simple and the main character is OP. But, nonetheless I love it. It’s really suitable for comfort reading when you were tired of all that complex novels.

I’m stumped. I nearly finished reading it after binging for several days none stop. Now, I don’t know what I should read next. Do any of you have some BL novels recommendations?... more>> Preferably similar to this one. <<less

Oh gosh I read it all in a couple of days. Oh noooo I want to see more of them, such a power couple!!

Okay so this story consist of 15 stories, now I know the concept is kind of weird but give it a chance, it will definitely be high up in your list.

Anyways let me get to the point. Each story is about Zhao Yun Sheng and his adventure in another world constantly getting reincarnated in different worlds after dying and getting separated from his lover countless of times.

You will definitely have a favorite amongst the 15 stories with unique and awesome revenge stories (I really f*cking love revenge stories!!)

I don't know about you guys but I loved this series and I can't get enough of it. Sadly I read it all so fast I don't feel fulfilled, everything went by so quick aghh. You should enjoy this series and don't speed through it like I did.

Long story short Zhao Yun Sheng a top hacker was used by Lord God as a puppet to his entertainment.

He wanted revenge.

In each story he steps one step closer to his goal, to destroy Lord God and fulfill his revenge.

It's entertaining if you want a light read, but the MC is Mary Sue like most isekai manga and the age gap is bad enough in one arc to be considered pe*ophilia and would bother most people if they haven't read the worse bl on the site... Honestly it should have a shota tag for that one arc but can't tell you which as I haven't been keeping track of the number of arc's but I enjoyed the story and you can scroll through the comments for the arc to... more>> skip. If you are new to bl read the comments before reading quick transmigration or world hopping as a lot of authors tend to slip in a arc with a underage shou or gong in one arc. PS. I added the shota tag myself for the readers that are not comfortable with it. <<less
