I like the strong, domineering, FL weak, submissive ML troupes over the reverse but this one....

How to say, it is just too bland.

It is written by same author I assume and it isn't as good as Side Character Transmigrations: The Final Boss is No Joke.

Like this FL have no personality no interests in life what does she want we don't know it for a really long time.

She is a bit too cold like robotic.

I haven't finished it yet so I think she might be Cyborg or something without emotions.

they say she is crazy but Is she psychotic? Nope she just talks about killing but at most she hits people also the money part makes her too OP so unrealistic and unrelatable and there is no comedic undertone to ease the story.

Even Quick Transmigration: After Villain Reaches Full Level FL (same author) has a bit personality even if it's a little bit. <<less

I think I know why this has bad ratings.

If you want a dominating Manly Man, this is not for you. If you're willing to read some role reversal where the woman is dominant and the man is the weak chicken/flower that is taken care of, take the plunge and indulge in this baby haha.

So far she is still a 1000 year old iceberg with inexplicable talents, but I'm enjoying her badassery. The ML definitely falls for her first every time since LOVE does not seem to be included in her... more>> dictionary.

Perhaps the male lead will grow to become more dominant over time as she raises him in every world, who knows, but for now he's the little wife to her Iceberg Boss persona.

One star off because I miss having a manly man ML, and I can't fathom how she'll realistically grow emotionally when the memories of the previous worlds are sealed (but I enjoy her either way). For now I'm optimistic though so it's a 4. ^^

I should probably also point out that although he is the little wife, he can be a devious little wife. He may be weak and start in a lower position but he is definitely NOT s*upid. He's taken care of but he has the skills to make something of himself on his own. His female owner just eliminates the obstacles. I guess he's overbearing in his persistence on trying to get her to see him as a man despite her raising him.

hello, this is the self-proclaimed professional MTL-er here!

in the name of justice and good stories, how could you low-raters rate this series so low! If it's not your cup of tea, don't read it! And don't give it bad ratings!

now, let me begin. Chu zheng is cool, strong and amusing! She's a great female lead, just as the other female leads of the author are! (I've read 3 out of 4 of her series, two are on NU, one is yet to be translated)

the male lead is also amusing,... more>> keke! As i've read up to the latest chapter in raw, which is 837, as of now, I know that the stories/arcs are really to my taste! I'm stalking the raws daily for updates, wahaha! There's quite a bit of fluffiness, which is what I look for in most of the novels I read nowadays, and which is also what this author often writes! I like the pairing of the female lead and the male lead, they are cuteee! And yes, she is the dominant one, keke! If you don't like it, like I said, don't read it, and even more, don't give it bad ratings!! You're possibly putting other people off from reading it!

people who want to try it out, listen to the person who has read 837 chapters, ok! If you like cool, strong and amusing female leads, this might be worth a try, for ya! <<less

I don't understand why most people are bothered with a dominant woman. You're supposed to support women's power if you're a true woman. The ML is supposed to be manly??? Sorry he's not your toxic possessive sexist pig.

The FL is a badass. I love her relationship with the male lead. It breaks gender stereotypes.

Well, I was attracted by the low rating given to this story despite the great summary and first chapter. I then decided to MTL this story and I instantly fell in love!

The FL is a strong, rational, lazy, and dreamy -at least for me-. She doesn't give a damn about anything. And the ML. Oh gosh, I'd like to have one like him, unfortunately, I'm not as strong as Chuzeng -our FL-, so I doubt I could protect him well.

I'm pretty sure that this novel is not many people's cup... more>> of tea because the role is reversed in this story. BUT if you're tired with all those MLs who only know how to bully their FLs, you're gonna enjoy this story for sure. Here, the FL is a wolf who isn't easily get embarassed, she even initiated the moves! Meanwhile, our cinnamon roll ML is like a sheep ready to get eaten by the wolf. By the way, the ML's identity is still a secret.

We all have suspicions that ML is the president from this tech company group who unfotunately got in coma because of a bug when he tried his company's latest game (it's a virtual one and your brain would be connected to the system). I really can't wait for his identity to get revealed

I MTLed a lot here.

And this is a rant.

I have a love and hate relationship with this author.

... more>> They have the ability to create interesting arcs, as seen in both of their previous works.

Her two previous protagonists? I absolutely loved Ming Shu and Shi Sheng was okay.

But Chu Zheng makes me want to jump over a freaking cliff.

The character was fine most arcs.

But her weird captivity fetish is too much for me. I detest people like this.

And getting away from the protagonist, I'm more frustrated by the author's decisions.

Unlike in the other two works, the author somehow thought it would be okay to just cut off the arcs midway.

While in some arcs that's perfectly fine as those stories weren't going to get interesting anyway, it's frustrating to see it happen to actually good arcs and the author themself is fully aware of it as in the author's note you can see them apologizing once.

Maybe there's some sort of quota you have to fulfill - okay then, but couldn't you plan it a little better?

This author has an amazing ability to both make me intrigued and invested in the world and piss me the f*ck off.

This author can craft such amazing worlds but also often f*cking ruins them with a hammer.

The money spending aspect and overarching story makes this work stand out from her other two which didn't really have any direction - but this story pisses me off so f*cking much - way more than the other two.

One arc I'm really pissed about is one in which the ML essentially has the mental capacity of a child and MC still finds it acceptable to have a romantic relationship with him. It's f*cking gross and what makes it even worse is that the author had the tools within that arc to "cure" him but chose not to - instead letting us witness this f*cking ancient grandma taking advantage of what is essentially a child and this author, in her authors note, laughed at her reader's desire to see him be cured.

She will cut off arcs when she wants to, and make her characters do whatever she godddamn wants them to.

I would respect that attitude normally but I'm absolutely livid right now.

I'm glad this story is in hiatus. I hope it burns in hell and never revives because it doesn't deserve to.

I'm giving it three stars because some of the arcs are good and most are average - but there are some that are such dogsh*t they'll make you feel visceral anger. <<less

I love how the female lead leaves her revenge. Totally ruthless and satisfying. I'm still in the first arc yet it makes me want to the second, third, fourth and the last. So in love with this story. You should read this.❤👌

I don't often give bad reviews and I tend to even avoid making one unnecessarily because I can accept that something is just not to my taste, not that it is poorly written. However, this is extremely bland and boring. I have only read 3 of the arcs and you know, maybe it gets better in the future but at least right now it's sh*t man. The writing is EXTREMELY repetitive. the characters have no depth to them. the plot has no entertaining qualities. its a big let down especially... more>> after so many positive reviews.

yes, I do love a dominant FL with a cool character but not when shes so bland and boring. Especially not if im gonna have to keep reading her do the same things over and over! the system is also a big bore so far... everything is just about spending money. if she was so desperate to just spend money she could have easily just donated it anywhere. so far everything she does is just aimless. the only thing she keeps repeating over and over is

''TROUBLESOME.''

Also idk when she starts liking him at all but all first 3 arcs her attitude is the exact same. he's a ''weak chicken'', ''troublesome'', ''can I kill him?'' its literally this attitude. Another reason why I say its so poorly done, in the first three arcs she accepts his confession, his proposal too but there isn't even a hint if she eventually warmed up to him or if they had a happy marriage... it just ends with the sentence of they got married then it goes to next world where it's a whole repeat with no development-at least till arc 3.

I don't have time or a single shred of curiosity to read this further and find out for myself if there is decent development.

let the reviewers give honest reviews, please. If its boring at the start-please mention it. if it has better development in the future-mention it too. all these positive reviews for me have only felt like a bigger let down. <<less

This took up a lot of my time because there's just too many chapters. It's a fun ride and I really enjoyed reading the arcs. The trick to lasting up to the end is to skip the arcs you don't like. I skipped several arcs just because the story wasn't my cup of tea. Because of that I was able to enjoy the arcs I chose to read more.

MC is proactive and domineering. She's definitely the top in the relationship. ML loves her very much to the point of obsession,... more>> but MC is a yandere so it's really a win-win situation. Locking up each other is a common theme here, although it's always the MC who succeeds. No one can lock up our MC because she's overpowered lol.

There's character growth, but only on the romance side. MC will maintain her shameless tough personality until the end, but she'll get to understand her feelings better. She'll learn that she likes ML and she'll eventually miss him when he's not with her. This was not the case in the beginning. MC used to treat ML as a task given by the system, but she eventually understands her yearning for the ML which does not stem from the system. There's even an arc where she knows that person is the ML and actively got close to him, without even needing the system's prompt. Aside from the romance, MC is really just an indifferent character, but it's expected since she's overpowered and she's really different from others. She's somehow a protector of humankind - not too sure since I skip a lot of chapters lol. <<less

This novel was made by the same author of the novel of Shi Sheng and Feng Ci. As you expect, in this novel, the MC is a lot more domineering and powerful than the ML which is a breath of fresh air from usual josei stories. You can say that the MC is a typical ML-like character: indifferent, cold, ruthless, and straightforward. At times, you'd find yourself getting annoyed by how shameless and straightforward she is that she defies common sense. Still, as time passes, you get to watch her... more>> grow to being uncaring about everyone to softening (but not weakening) to the ML. Along with that, in the end, she does do her best to become a 'good person' though her core has not changed.

The MC is quite a yandere that when she realizes that she likes her good person card ML, she would often think about locking up the ML in the room so that he can't run away from her (the ML is okay with it tho lol). She's done that plenty of times in the arcs though she calms down a lot later and starts to consider the ML's opinions.

As for the ML, when he is not yet blackened, he is the heroine-like character. As much as he is indeed male, he is weaker than MC, is always bullied, and had a tragic backstory. Real life ML would also often act like a baby to MC and likes seducing her (lololol) even in early arcs. There are some arcs where the ML has already blackened and they would either want to kill MC or want to possess MC at first sight.

The ML started with just hugs and holding hands in early arcs then kisses in next arcs. The MC really liked kissing so she would often initiate it afterwards. It took quite a few more arcs before they did some '404' actions lol (poor ML). Afterwards, the MC leveled up her shamelessness to ML.

As for the plot of the real world, well, it was okay... just a bit complicated. The ending wasn't that satisfactory. I wanted to see a little bun at the end but I guess it's not possible because of MC. The arcs tho... They literally carried this novel. I probably only skipped like 2 arcs since it wasn't to my taste but the other arcs were really good and had a wide variety of genre, too.

I am a fan of Side Character Transmigration: The Final Boss is no joke and The Coming of the Villain Boss (finished both novels). And I will definitely try this one too! I like badass characters the most! And I like it even more when the characters have personality, adding comedic lines/personality in the story. I love their shameless remarks and sarcasm, their unusual habits and etc.

Edit: All I could say about the MC is that she's cool, domineering, badass, strong, straight to the point because she doesn't give a... more>> crap about long conversations - her inner monologue and bantering with the system is funny.

Theres a part where the ML could read minds (the ML could only read MC mind alone, idk why), his reaction to the mc's weird and sometimes scary inner monolouge is very funny and amusing. He didn't tell the MC even until the end though.

In some novels I read, the mcs, instead of developing their character to become a powerful person, they get hindered by romance? Idk, maybe in some novels? I get the premise of the "romance tag", I like my share of dog food and sweetness (I also read tear jerking novels like scum novels). Just, why should MCs remain weak? I know there is "character development tag", but sometimes that development is just too little? Or is it just me? There is also a "power couple tag" but should the one being pushed down always be the mc? Why should the MCs always be the one to suffer? When their partner can also be the one to suffer too? Like sharing... but I really don't want the one to suffer the most is the MC, their partners can...

I understand that sometimes its boring to have OP mcs, but if you add weakness, rules, bindings (system etc.), limits, then isn't that plausible? <<less

3.7 stars. It's not horrible but I've read better. MC is definitely cold, overbearing, very op, lacks EQ, and with the ML, she doesn't care about personal space. IMO she borderline s*xual harasses the ML in many of the story arcs. The majority of the MLs in each arc are soft and kinda bland, like his existence is merely there as a driving force for MC not to be lazy. I've read up to ch 506 and there has been no character growth in either characters. I can deal with... more>> an overbearing MC and a tender ML if there was even the slightest character growth but 500 chapters later MC still needs the system to urge her to save the ML... Even though they do end up together at the end of each arc, their happily ever after seems more like an afterthought to the story plot so I couldn't really get into their relationship. Save for the arc where MC was an assassin and ML was a retired police officer, which I actually felt that the ML had more of a personality, I'm ambivalent towards what I've read. So I've put this story on hold and will return to it one day. <<less

I tell you. This novel is GREAT AMAZING CHEF KISS. Damn! After finishing Su Yan and Jun Yu story, I was desperate to find another gem like that. AND I FINALLY FOUND IT! I really love this! 😭 Here Author I give you my heart ❤️

Anyway- there's couple of arcs I'm extremely frustrated by how MC didn't even defend herself. The advance the arc is the more drama was added. I was currently at Immortal arc and boiii- the antagonist is so annoying! Especially man antagonist. They're so s*upid!

This story is a Quick Transmigration in different planes/worlds where the FL's main mission is to spend a lot of money in the time slots the system gives her in abrupt prompts. Meanwhile, there is also a hidden mission where the FL is supposed to get a "good person card" from the mission target by being nice to him.

As cold and as indifferent is our FL, she naturally finds it... troublesome. Basically, anything troublesome and noisy goes straight to her backlist. However, the system smartly reminds her that mission failure... more>> means rewinding her time in the plane and doing it over and over again until success. Since our FL thinks rewinding is even more troublesome, she simply takes on the annoying task of being a nice person to her "good guy card", ahem, our ML.

A little harmless spoiler would be that the ML is the same in every plane, but FL naturally ignores it and loses her memory after every mission's success. What I really liked about this story is how the author stayed consistent in his description of FL's character to the point where it's extremely vivid and you can accurately witness the emotional growth of the FL as she opens her hearts to the ML. Well, on another note, I would have hated it if she took too much time to realize her feelings in every plane so I'm glad we can at least read about some fluff and snus nu. And the most important thing that makes me just love this novel so so much: the FL is so cool and handsome!!!

Yes, as you may have (or not) already read, the FL is super strong and her character is very hard to defy or oppress, meanwhile the ML's character is the complete opposite and he's very meek and weak most of the time. I find this change refreshing in a world of novels where we have domineering presidents and undefeatable MLs that treat FLs like they're below themselves and protect them as weak little chickens. In this novel, the ML is actually a weak little chicken that falls for the FL and desperately fights to grow up and protect her, that is naturally if he can manage to since our FL is so strong-willed she basically dominates the relationship.

But don't get me wrong, the ML is actually very strong, he just needs time to get there, and their interaction is the cutest. Another fun element is how the FL is supposed to prevent the ML from blackening but the system keeps on preventing the FL from blackening as well because she always resorts to extreme means to accomplish her tasks. <<less

I don't care about the strong woman/weak man dichotomy, though I personally prefer equal partners, but I really dislike that system. I don't find it cute; it's irritating and it only gets more irritating as the story progresses (minus one star). I actually dropped this twice at the first story arc because of the system before powering through on my third try with gritted teeth.
I kind of got bored of the story around 150 or so chapters and stopped once I hit 300. It's not like I think the story is bad, I just lost interest and enthusiasm for it; maybe I'll pick it up again at a later date.
as for the other star, @minlani covered my other complaints so I wont repeat.

If the mission was just 'Be a good person' then she hound have already been finished with it. It says that the MC is smart and doesn't do anything unnecessary, but then why couldn't she point that out and not date him, if she didn't want too so much? (ㄏ￣▽￣) ㄏ

I hope somebody picks this up. Its such a cute and different story. The roles are reversed this time. The female MC is the cold overbearing president type whereas the Male Lead is a soft innocent cinnamon roll who needs to be rescued and protected by the FL. The stories are sweet and fluffy with no third parties in between from the beginning. The FL always transmigrates into a cannon fodder body. Her golden finger is that she has unlimited money and she is strong like she can easily carry... more>> the ML like a princess. <<less

this is one of those unmemorable books. I think I must have read this before. This must be the second time I'm reading this.

but I literally have no memory of the plot. So I'm writing this review in case I ever find myself here again.

i gather that I probably dropped this book and I can see why. I'm terribly bored.

And I read a review saying that the low rating is most likely the dom FL and sub ML but, honey, I love sub ml. Like I can kiss and rule the world for an ML that is all soft and sweet and omega. One that will cover their face when they are shy, one that gets shy instead of smirking like an idiot all the time and one that cries, blushes, laughs, loves, instead of being a cold faced Yama every time with facial paralysis.

So far I can say the ML is okay. He develops normally for a soft ML but the FL is a cold faced Yama, which I personally have never liked whether male or female. I don't like cold and emotionless MC and that's just a personal preference.

But you know, when it takes me two days to get through an arc of merely 29 chapters- I know that the story is boring. I really want to skip the arc but I very rarely skip first arcs because it's where the mc's get attached to each other.

I'm still on chapter 15 of the first arc. And I'm already dreading the 14 I have left. Sigh!

edit; so I read as far as chapter 1846

its okay. But I don't really like it. I guess the author doesn't know how to express actual romance. I hate the arcs where the MC locks the ML up. And I hate it even more when he expresses that he doesn't like it but she just brushes it off. She doesn't apologize or anything. She just -urgh! What a b*tvh. there's also the lack of intimacy. I'm not a smut reader. But at some point, I'd also like to see the characters do as much as kiss. It's okay in the early chapter but as you go on, it becomes so rare that there are arcs where they don't even confess. I'm a romance reader. So this isn't for me. I've began skipping a lot of chapter and getting fed up before I can finish them. So. I'll just give it two stars. I don't like it. <<less
