the protagonist has already picked up 3 separate girls, one being his servant girl, another his childhood friend/fiancee, and the strongest righteous sect disciple.

He's not explicitly in a relationship with any of them, but coupled with the tags, it's just so blindingly obvious he's going to get with them. I'm okay with harems, but god are the girls bland. Also, the protagonist is turning into the cliche h**ny and arrogant Chinese MC.

Seems like it will be different at the start, but turns into a typical harem xianxia novel very quickly. The MC has a system that's basically completely unexplained. Why does he have a system? Who the f*ck knows! It starts by talking about how he has to do a good deed every day, then that just gets thrown out of the window and it turns into a typical quest system. The 'system' shoehorns the MC into doing things so that the author doesn't even have to bother constructing a narrative... more>> or motive. MC just goes around doing things because the system told him to, so basically the plot is whatever the author pulls out of his ass at the time. <<less

Just found this Novel and after reading the Description, I can say that this Novel gained my Interesst. Now waiting to get more Chapers to read and see if this Novel is Good or not. For now I give it 4 Stars. 3 Stars, that as long at isnt badly wroten, are understandable, and 1 Start, and overall 4 Starts now, for the good Story/Description of the Novel.

About a Youth who, after traversing to another world, gains a System and has to fall in Fall, or gain a Girlfriend maybe?.... more>> But the Sect where he became the Holy Son, something like a Leading Position for all Below the Sect Elders I guess, does not allow Romance/strictly forbids relationships between men and women. The MC, now forced to not gain any advantages or maybe even get punishment from the System, send a Love Letter to his Junior Sister but said Love letters gets somehow send to his Female Master!

Even if the writing isnt Very good, as long the Novel isnt wroten badly, is the Story is worth 4 Stars at least. <<less

I would really really hate it if it turned into pointless harem like...*AHEM*ATG, MGA,...*AHEM* although I best prefer monogamy with the master, a properly done harem is good too.. and people who are complaining about the translation clearly haven't read enough xianxia or CN novels cause this translations are really in the top tier category imo. RN not much is going on but a non yaoi, non josei or shoujo slice of life xianxia is like a breath of fresh air which I am all down for.

5/5 for now... mostly... more>> to boost popularity as the writing and characters are really interestin.

Quite interesting at first, but became a bit redundant after 100 chapters or so. Every woman he’s entangled with seem to follow the same pattern of them falling for him. One, two times it’s okay. But the way he gets the woman continue to be the same. Moreover, these women quickly lose their significance because it just seems like the MC is just picking them up left and right. 500 chapters in and there seem to be over 10 of them already. actually the teacher didn't know about it haha and also coupled with romantic scenes that make it even sweeter and filled with MCs who are also OP enough to dominate people the same age as him

Anyway, this is a pretty good novel to read, maybe the only drawback is that you have to wait because as far as I read on C71 you have to pay it seems : (

Considering they also take some effort and time to translate, I think that's normal so that's fine. Also that's why I stopped here (c71). <<less

The translation is decent, and it has some surprisingly sweet moments; the interaction between the main character and his teacher is one of the highlights of this story. There's not a lot to go on, but for now I'll give it a 3.5/5.

Edit: So I've read up to the current translated chapter and the teacher reappears in chapter 64. Also, I'm updating my score from 3.5 to 3.8.

He attended a meeting of righteous sect where agenda was to fight devil sect but the thing was instead of fighting devil sect they just eliminate bandits and later name them devil sect.

And this pissed the MC, he thinks they are hypocritical and he hates hypocritical and people who are more handsome than him to the core. So he beats them.

A girl from righteous sect also joined this meeting because they were passing by the area where meeting held so she decided to see it and then MC started calling her w*ore and says that she is hypocritical just because she just attended this and he also said she acts all high fairy out of mortal reach when she is just a wh*re and also beats her because of a promise. So what does he expect from a stranger that she acts all chummy with him out of nowhere, and the irony is I found him more hypocritical than her.

I honestly love it. The girls are pretty unique and distinct although they tend to go lovey goo-goo eyes for the MC once they're in love. They're not all fully accepting of each other and a lot of the drama is MC maneuvering around the different women and them knowing about each other but pretty much all of them have accepted that there's more women around the MC than they know about. MC is pretty shameless about this fact and usually pretty upfront about it when he can be. Although a lot of the time he can't be upfront and he has to work on them accepting it. I don't think he ever lies to his women but he does try to change the subject or shamelessly puts on a false innocent act. Misunderstandings happen and he does his best to roll with it.

I honestly wouldn't mind if this was just the MC and the main love interest but I do like all the other women and none of them are annoying to me. As for male characters, there are a fair few but they get less screen time and are usually in an antagonist position or potential antagonist. MC is benevolent/indifferent to a point and pretty ruthless afterwards which is a big plus for me.

Overall I'd say it's a really good Harem novel that revolves around an OP MC and the women he wants as his wives. Even though there are battles and killing and cultivation I would probably say this is a slice of life harem cultivation novel.

5/5 from me because it hits a lot of what I enjoy. <<less

Seems pretty good so far. Not too many chapters in so hard to tell what the rest of the novel will be like, but during the initial chapters it already felt like it'll be a pretty enjoyable read. Even though we already knew the master would accept, it was still thrilling to read. Hoping for more chapters to come out, and faster!

EDIT:

After more chapters and switch of hands, it's become more mediocre unfortunately. The translation is ok, but not to the same standard as the original translator (sighhhhhhh)

The story... more>> is aight. I mean, it's nothing special but it's not painful. A rather typical strong from start cultivation novel. The system has also seemingly disappeared from existence but whatever bro. The MC also starts interacting with other female characters, and so far they aren't really even that bad (not very unique though) but I did come here to read about the master and unfortunately the story shifts focus off from her too quickly. The dialogue isn't anything special either. It's a far cry from how it started off. Though it doesn't feel forced, I find myself not really enjoying it as much. Overall rather disappointed at how the novel turned out dozens of chapters from its beginning. It's ok, and I will prolly keep reading it, but if you skip over this novel it's not a loss. I'll keep it at a 5/5 because I like my harem novels, but man :/ <<less

After reading many novels with the same beginning and the same plot, this is a breath of fresh air. The protagonist is the strongest in his generation of all the sects and his talent is such that nobody dares to discuss it. He is strong from the beginning and his cultivation is more advanced than anyone of his age.

Don't expect an overly serious plot, but it's fun to read. The protagonist is a bit of a womanizer, but each woman has a reason for being, a talent and they all... more>> fit her style in the novel. I find the interactions with her teacher very fun and adorable.

The novel is a good read, and if that was the only metric I was basing my rating on, then it would be a lot higher than 1/5. Unfortunately, I am giving it such a low rating because of the site it is being hosted on.

Perhaps there are other sites out there just as bad or worse, but this is the first site I've come across with such a disgusting model of paywalling its chapters. In regards to this specific translation, the site is currently over 600 chapters deep into... more>> it, with the current free chapters being cut off at chapter 315. There are over 300 chapters of paywalled content for this specific novel alone. The 'current' chapter was translated well over a year ago, its just taken this long for it to finally be released from paywall purgatory.

And Fantasy World Online treats its 'completed' translations even worse, going back and retroactively re-paywalling almost the entire thing. This is the very first time I've come across a translation site trying to make money and had the thought occur to me, 'Hey, is what they are doing even legal?' The quality of their translations isn't even that great, with gems like "He wants to take off my little cotton jacket and sh*t on my head" and "She broke through the pill and became a baby" making it difficult to understand what is going on at times. I would gladly read this story, on any other site other than Fantasy World Online. <<less

The story isn't bad if u like harem novels, but the title definitely misleading.

The title only apply for the first 30 chapters, after that it's ur typical Chinese MC with OP system, killing young masters and saving beauties. His master become just another member of his big harem.

I like the concept of the story from the start were the MC accidentally confess to FL/Master...., what I dont like is when it became a harem/poly, I hope the MC only has his eyes to his master, what I dont like if the story will became a Harem/poly.... Yeah it started good but it will end bad, I think the author only priority in this story is having a lines of harem, its sicks me to read such a story where everytime he meet a girl "master" "important person" then save them the person will fall for him, and the way he acts kind of arrogant like a two faced bastard, he can't even speak when there's a misunderstanding between the girls, kind of really disappointing to this story really, I want to bleach my eyes, have a amnesia to forget such MC exist, also kind of down grade the MC has system which is good in the begging but adding Harem wherever he goes kind of bullshit. I wonder what the author think in womens to just wrote like this.....

The story I expect from this author and story is far from what I imagined.....

Everytime you see harem tags is good, yeah good because there are many women for MC to f*ck, f*ck the story and the plot its look like it's rush just like put extra mission and then boom we have filler chapter everyone.

This is really good for a peaceful read. I liked this and it felt a bit like "I Was Caught up in a Hero Summoning, but That World Is at Peace". Sadly this was dropped at chapter 566 where things were starting to get interesting. The story was not completed but still you can read it.

That pretty much sums up the novel. The main focus is not the plot, but MC's interaction with the characters. It's not the best, but pretty much enjoyable to read.

Note:

The translation is basically just an edited MTL, so don't expect much from it. I know this place is for the novel's review but I can't help but put in a word or two about the translator's paywall, even though the translation quality is questionable at best. I'd love to support them more if I think it'll be worth my money. <<less

You may like this novel very much or you may hate it completely, depending on your personal tastes.

If you like harem and an OP MC, you will like this novel; if you don't like these two genres, don't even try to read it because you won't like it.

To begin with, I should say that this is not a conventional Chinese cultivation novel. The plot is mainly centered around the MC and his love interests, or at least it has been until the chapter I'm currently on.

... more>> Strengths of this novel:

* The MC: At the beginning of the novel, it seems that he will be a protagonist with no personality, the cold and emotionless type of character, but we quickly realize that this is not the case. The MC's personality is fantastic; he is very charismatic and eloquent. In fact, thanks to his eloquence and personality, it doesn't feel forced for women to fall in love with him. He is calm when the situation calls for it, but he is also not afraid to be dominant, and above all, he is proud. If you're looking for a humble MC who lets himself be walked all over by others, this novel is not for you.

* The Romance: This point is fantastic; the romance is not only carried correctly, but it also has very funny moments. I laughed on several occasions because of the situations that arise in the middle of the romance, and believe me, it's very hard to make me laugh in a Chinese novel.

* The Harem: The girls are diverse; each one has distinct personalities.

Now, I want to reiterate. This novel is a harem, pure and simple; if you come looking for excellent plots, exquisite plots, and world development, you'd better not read this. While it's true that there is a bit of all of this, the author has so far focused on developing the MC's relationships and love interests, which I think is perfect.

And lastly, it doesn't mean that the whole novel will be like this; after all, I'm coming up to chapter number 230. In the future, the plot may change and focus less on love interests; after all, there are over 600 chapters written (and the novel is still active). <<less

The characters are great, the story is good and the girls have unique personalities. There isn't much mystery when getting into this novel since the tags pretty much are self explanatory.

However, two things stand out.

A, the girls are way too fake. The Master is a freaking push over who forgives the MCs infidelity. The MC goes behind her back and has s*x with multiple individuals. These individuals later on agree to join the harem and then the Master is guilt tripped into doing so too. Like the Master is the... more>> peak of the mortal realm. The MC is a Nascent Realm Cultivator and beyond that is the deity... transcendence, void crossing and finally the Emperor Realm which his Master is at. The girl shouldn't even be acting like a school girl in love with this BS going on in secret. Sure I find it cute how her personality is, but when the MC is acting like a scumbag and walking all over her trust, I want her to show us why she's the most feared Devil Cultivator in the world. Freaking break his legs, go yandere... just don't be a blushing maiden who forgives all his mistakes that he intentionally does because he knows he can get away with it.

B, there is no direction. Outside of harem building, there is no drive behind our MCs actions. He is being pulled through events and not being proactive by engaging in them.

Also these cliche plots always have to make sure the MC is given their undivided attention. Example: The Emperors of the world have collectively decided to abstain from there critical thinking functions and made damn sure every plan must somehow involve the MC in it. It's almost like he's their Heavenly Dao.... which is made worse when he blatantly claims he's above the Dao.... And that his fourth love interest is mentally and physically ens*aved into believing it.

Outside of these two points, there are good things.

There are no cliche villains. No outstanding face slaps. Instead we get moments where the MC acts shameless enough to be funny. But, that is pretty much the only positive thing outside of the girls.

Sadly, I can't read on after today.

The synopsis promised a disciple/master relationship, but what I got is a generic harem fic with a MC vibing on the masses with his young master persona. If only the story focused on the dynamics of the relationship between master/servant and the inclusion of other girls, I would've been happy. Instead its pure wish fulfillment at this point, which any other novel can provide without the scumbag MC.

It's basically a fun RomCom in the cultivation world, lots of focus on the girls, with the Master being so powerful that there is pretty much no danger and she's fiercely protective of the MC as well. MC is also OP so none of that s*upid underdog stuff.

The MTL is hard to read though it seems they talk quite archaic all the time, at least that's how I interpret it, but you can get the basic story from it. <<less

I like this novel a lot the protagonist is quite funny and if you want a large Harem novel this is definitely what you're looking for with lots of slapstick comedy. Try not to listen to others who give this a one-star review this is definitely worth reading at least to chapter 50. The main character is definitely fun and worth your time to read the novel. I would recommend this for anyone who enjoys a lengthy Harem novel with typical face slapping comedy.
