[Winner of the 7th Korea Web Novel Contest]

story about a person who's atheist on the inside but a religious Paladin on the outside, trying to complete the game he was thrusted into.

the main theme of the story is the battle between churches and demons with Paladin on the forefront. The side characters are nicely developed and the author has good skills.

It’s good. The characters and story are pretty well written and I enjoy it. I think mostly everything is pretty fleshed out but since I read the mtl, take my words for a grain of salt cause I could’ve just hallucinated the words (exaggerating).

and the author incorporates a idea that is very common yet uncommon... the demons are demons. They r*pe and kill, mu*der and live for chaos. They’re not afraid to dig their fingers inside that dark hole, and good because now I have a reason to hate those... more>> greasy disgusting sh*t eating demons. Listen buddy, I’m bad when you kill and ens*ave humans but when you r*pe them, alright now it’s time to stop and start the most devious, vile torture on you. I mean I guess it lives up to its name of being a dark fantasy.

I also think it’s pretty unique how the demons aren’t like one big solid race, they’re like a gaseous entity that live because of human malice. So demons will never be extinct, they live off of humans. I also kind of like how the humans lost to the demons before and the main god had to take a massive L and establish himself on a new continent to prepare for the next war. You never see that in most novels because humans usually fought the demons to a standstill and then the humans get the ultra mega hero who wins the war. But let’s be honest, when you have the MC, did you really take a L? More like a strategic readjustment. Oh but just because I said that doesn’t mean the MC fights for the gods, no he fights for humanity.

Author knows how to garner interest and write well, right now not much to review because well its only 4 chapters but just want to tell any readers who are not sure whether or not to read it to give it a go.

Also sidenote drunken TL is known to drop novels like constantly I hope they decide to continue this one but to be honest like the rest probably not lol...
