This novel is full of cliches and overused tropes but at the same time there is a lot of "original" parts about it. It is not ideal but I would say it is worth a read. Fair warning though it was dropped by translator at 21th chapter 2 years ago so... rip.

Story so far seems to be focusing on problems of finding self worth, acceptance, friendship and looking beyond the superficial. Ironically user reviews on this site failed to do the latter. To put it in context the first chapter... more>> in essence contains only 2 scenes (since they are more or less in synopsis so basically no spoilers). 1st one is MC buying something at the store and cursing in his head (so just thinking to himself not actually saying anything) at the girls that sneered at him. 2nd MC rushing selflessly through the burning building to save a little girl and then sacrificing himself (which resulted in his death) to save her life. SOMEHOW from those 2 scenes 3 opinions formed "Firstly, the synopsis. The first two paragraphs made me think of an amiable person, but the story itself did not reflect that sort of image.", "The guy's a d*ck.", "Honestly the MC is a bit disgusting". In conclusion the novel seems to have a big problem with appealing to proper audience. It has deep and profound message which would seem to be meaningful especially for young people but at the same time it uses many unnecessary elements which happen to be too distracting for younger audience. <<less

I couldn’t get past the first few chapters. Including the synopsis, the story just seemed so underpar. Even if it gets better, it already made me lose interest.

Firstly, the synopsis. The first two paragraphs made me think of an amiable person, but the story itself did not reflect that sort of image. While his personality was probably more realistic than the synopsis said, it was still a gap.

Being born into a female body, and then all the events afterward... urgh... Really nothing to keep my interest...

Yea, I’m being a... more>> lazy reader. I understand why this thing has a bad score... <<less

The summary makes the guy seem like a decent sort, but then I read the first chapter. The guy's a dick. Read the second chapter. Still a dick. Where is the MC portrayed in the summary? That would have been a better story.

I've read a bit. Honestly the MC is a bit disgusting at first but it will lessen in a while, he/she sort of needs to be mindful about the consequences of her actions though.

Revealing herself to her colleagues is no good either since wasn’t she determined to live her life for the time being?

Maybe it’s quick for me to judge so I’ll be reading a bit more

The story is marvelous, I'm kinda sad that the translator drops it and I am currently waiting for someone to pick it up (If you don't mind, hehe). Except when the MC is a pe*vert that I was so disappointed, aside from that the story is well-made. Because, one, it's realistic, I like how he deals his situation that usually occurs among girls, because usually, in another novel, guys doesn't know what to do. Two, the characters are also well-made and realistic enough, though the male characters are kinda disappointing... more>> sometime, but aside from that they are funny and likeable. If you ask if there is something I dislike, it is the female characters especially those background characters, not all girls behaves like that, if you want to know why, please read it. Three, I like how he solve the problems, though sometimes it's kinda disappointed.

Also, please pardon my grammars and punctuation marks, and it's also my first time to reviewed a novel so it's probably jumbled up and I suck at reviewing, I'm sorry. ?? Just read if you want to know. <<less
