Not bad. A bit boring to be honest. MC is very OP very quickly (and he was pretty high spec even before he got the system). He has super good plot armor/protagonist halo.

His fans are pretty brain dead. They are so easily amazed. For some of the scenes it makes sense to be excited, but he also livestreams stuff like going for a run for over an hour. People have way better things to do than watch that.

Lots of cliches, not much conflict. It's like... OP slice of life? I... more>> will be a bit generous and give it 3 stars.

There was one aspect that annoyed me though:

While I wouldn't say the story is really harem, the MC is of course good looking and has many female admirers. They are relatively easy to ignore, but there was one that bothered me.

She is the classic sickly girl from a super rich family, and of course only the MC can cure her mysterious condition with his lost art of ancient chinese acupuncture. Forgetting about how this is an exaggeration of the abilities of acupuncture and her family is just trusting some guy from a livestream with medical treatment (this is a fantasy story), I really didn't like the way her medical treatment was sexualized.

Of course she has to be naked, they drone on and on about her skin, she is Very Bashful, the treatment makes her sweat (and gets her panties wet!), she has to be treated from the front too (and so she is blindfolded to make her less nervous? I would not be less nervous if someone blindfolded me during a medical treatment...). And to top it off, she needs multiple treatments and will have to stay at the MCs house for a few weeks.

Just ugh. : (

The story idea was great. And it was executed very well. The only thing that really puts me off is how extremely exaugurated it is. Every single thing the MC gets so much of unnecessary praise.

For this I dropped the story but if one doesn't mind it, then it is pretty good.

The story begins with a Taoist Priest who has just returned to his temple after graduating from university. He receives a System, which gives him an ultrapowerful high-tech drone for live broadcasting, and he begins to be a live broadcaster. Initially, he broadcasts about his daily Taoist life, taking care of the temple, going into the mountains and his love for animals. He performs many activities and deeds relating to Chinese culture and traditional crafts and heritage, and eventually after 100+ chapters, the direction of the story goes from the MC being a role model and promulgator of Chinese culture to Chinese Indiana Jones. By performing simple missions for the System, MC gets a 3.17B yuan worth private military-grade cruise ship, a submarine that goes past 3, 000mbsl, an oxygen backpack w/ propulsion, and a helicopter. Through lotteries with the System, MC gets practical and magical skills and abilities, ranging from being able to drive any vehicle on the planet to understanding every ancient/modern/hidden language of modern/ancient humans and beasts. MC becomes super famous worldwide, which makes it easier for him to get visas around the world and be allowed to go to dangerous places for the sake of others' political interests. MC goes around the world finding unknown creatures, uncover mysterious ruins both in and out of China, collects animals along the way, and continues on his free and uninhibited lifestyle as the most famous celebrity worldwide in the 2030s.

For some people, this novel would be pretty boring and draggy. I sorta skipped a lot of online barrage/commentary because it's really kinda pointless reading about a bunch of compliments directed at this MC that he doesn't even care about enough to read. But I did find this novel very interesting because it has given me a lot of interesting new knowledge such as the deepest cave in the world and how deep it goes, the special breeding behaviors of Tassel Sandpipers, the Yongle Blue Hole, etc. Basically, this novel is like a fantastical travelogue. The MC's fame is not so interesting, but I found the travels interesting.

I initially thought this novel would not have romance, but in the very last chapter, MC ends up with JX. You figure that out yourself. They have twin children, which causes him to travel a lot less apparently but it's all written like a postscript
