For what this story is meant to be (fluff), this is pretty good. It also can be amusing as the MC has feline traits which lead to amusing shenanigans (like when MC discovers churru, or when MC meets a alpha predator monster cat (progresses as you would expect))

In terms of plot, it's pretty much just slice of life. There are a few undercurrents of plot that appear here and there (like MC bully is dealt with, and it's revealed why Boss lady hired MC and acted coldly to MC... more>> at first).

MC saved her from the harassing dude and became his target, allowing Boss Lady to grow and become strong enough to stand up for herself and MC. She used MC's hateful comment as an excuse to bring him under her wing and protect him/reward him. Part of her plan to save him and thank him for standing up for her. She even may have been romantically interested in him. So her being cold at first was because she was having trouble dealing with and adapting to how MC had changed and how her plans were thrown out the window.

MC is a bit of a gullible idiot after transformation. Essentially she has the knowledge from her past, but her rationality and observation (brain processing of information) is basically reset to her new bodies age. This leads MC to often perform the "kid imitating adult" style actions when she is trying to be serious.

The GB aspect is mixed. On one hand, it is used well and actually has the body change affect MC in all aspects. This goes well beyond just the GB but also the feline aspects. But on the other hand it could use the sudden change for more drama and internal conflict. The regression to being a child and feline is more prominent than the gender change. That said, this is not a story where you simply make MC female from the start and nothing changes. The GB creates some gap moe where it wouldn't have existed otherwise.

Kidnapped by the strongest guild is better written and has more plot progression. But this story is enjoyable as well. Perhaps as MC starts leaving guild building more, there will be more developments.

If you want a story that really progresses or explores things this is probably not for you. Your brain will just melt into the fluff. <<less

Very cute and funny this is the type of novel that you have to turn you're brain off to read, you're not meant to focus on details or actions too much, it's a good quick read.

I read this story on a whim because I ran out of novels to read, but I am very pleasantly surprised by how good this is. The plot/premise has been done dozens of times, normal guy turns into small cute cat girl that everyone dotes over. However, the execution of this story is imo possibly one of the best in the genre. A lot of misunderstandings and happenings in the novel have a plausible explanation because you're seeing it with the MC's train of thought. Some may have complaints on how MC is way too dumb after the transformation. It is intentional.
