Note: I've read the LN but I'll write the review here since it's the WN that's getting translated so more people will find it useful.

This is a story about childhood friends who've became distant and then got a chance to re-kindle their relationship due becoming the home-tutor of the friend's younger sister.

Overall, it's a pretty standard rom-com story. It's an enjoyable read for the fluff, but there's not much story or originality here.

I dropped this at chapter 14 and really disliked this. The story's writing and description is extremely lacking; there's not many descriptions in the scenes nor much characterization going on (even for a web novel, it feels very sparse), and scenes also fly fast, sometimes skipping moments that I think are worth showing, like the MC leaving his first tutoring session or his emotions heading into the house after so long. It doesn't show the class or school setting much - for example, I don't know how close the MC... more>> is seated to the FMC, the distance of their two houses, and a lot of other basic descriptions.

Then the characters themselves feel very weak. The MC is liked for being "kind and gentle".... but that's par for the course of a lot of romance protagonists, and I don't have a particularly strong feel for his personality, motivations, background, or anything really - he's cliche and stock. The two sisters are also fairly flat, one being an energetic athlete and the other a tsundere beauty, both fawning over the MC (so it feels harem-y as well), and I didn't get any emotions or excitement from watching the trio and their lack of chemistry.

As mentioned in another review, all of it feels unoriginal and derivative, and combined with the lack of good writing/descriptions, it didn't make for a very compelling read. <<less

I know this is a web novel, but there are really basic writting problems at it.

Like the pacing, the author doesn't describe scenarios and everything is just "boom" the characters are there and talking. You don't feel any emotional connection with the characters because there's no development at all.

We don't know anything about MC besides "he's kind and he was very close friends with FMC in the childhood". Even tough the story is told from his POV, he never tells how he's feeling. The same can be said about FMC... more>> and all the other characters

It's a shallow story with no interesting moments and one dimension characters. <<less
