Noice. Very nice. *coughs* Erm... how do I get into this... It's a very self-indulgent read that I don't regret finding. Having a proactive shou and an unrequited love without angst is a nice change, and it's a good read if you're fine with crossing those boundaries.

Short and sweet. The only flaw to this is... there’s not enough smut. By the time I’m done, I was inwardly screaming, I want more!

Make no mistake, this is in*est. This ticked off all my favorite kinks: unrequited love from younger brother shamelessly seducing his CEO-type older brother, PLOT and emotions, car smut, all wrapped in superb translations. My only gripe is that it was too short.

The MC and ML have the same father

So it might be uncomfortable for some people but for people who dont care it is a good read

The gong is dominating and has a ordering tone with a cute yet le*d uke who is deeply in love with the gong

I'd be way more comfortable if they were step-brothers instead of half-brothers; I actually found this story while I was looking for step-brother romance (not blood related) and I overlooked the "in*est" tag. But oh well, this was my bad.

I think this had a potential for a longer story, where the gong could've slowly developed his feelings for shou. I honestly couldn't tell why and how he developed feelings for shou. So, like, before that he didn't see shou in romantic way (nor in a brotherly way). I couldn't feel any "love" that characters claimed to have, especially not gong's love. There's this one part where he gets hard because he sees shous's slender and, I quote, "teenage body", which only makes it seems as he's simply a pedo and it's hella creepy. Now, I did see the "10 year gap" and "jouvenile shou" warnings, so I can't really complain about this. Just saying, ignoring the half-brothers part, I wish I could've seen some actual love between them. To me, it came across as if they were only sexually attracted to each other and nothing else. Shou claims to love Gong, but he doesn't even know him properly and, before they slept together, he used to only exchange few sentences with him once a year (on his birthday). The moment he started "loving" his older brother was when he saw him

So yeah, their love basically seems like nothing more than s*xual attraction. Which is a pity, because personally I liked the meaning behind the "ophiuchus" and the story behind it. I loved this. Short, hot, self-indulgent. It was a wild ride and the story is completely unrestrained. The MC and ML are half-siblings and of age when the action happens. Despite the taboo, I actually like that the novel doesn't dwell on the moral aspects; there's no angst and the shou knows exactly what he wants.

Wonderful smut and great couple chemistry. Not too much angst or tension, which was a nice surprise considering the summary.

I think the MC is pretty inconsiderate to his family considering his mother seems to love him. She might have been a bit scheming for a better life, and the ML certainly has reason to not like her, but the mc's dismissive attitude was pretty juvenile and inconsiderate.

The thing I liked about this novel is how it's about them and them only. As a guke enjoyer, this book sounded quite promising at first due to its intriguing title, however, I couldn't be more disappointed with it. Overall it feels incomplete, after all the ending was rushed to the extreme, which is not surprising considering the wattpad fanfiction level of writing this book has... I'm just writing this to say that the MC disliking his mother's behavior is not inconsiderate at all. It's already a miracle that he grew up not crooked (aside from the in*est) and feeling entitled.

His mother was abusive to the ML and practically drove him out the home that he rightfully deserved. Not only does she keep throwing unwarranted mean comments towards him, she also keeps pushing for MC for that inheritance and prestige. All this without ever considering whether she's in the right or if her son is actually... more>> happy. She may love the MC, but she loves the money and power more. It's just not fully explored here.

Now, if you were the MC, and you're very much aware of the history and goings-on in the family, and you're also quite in love with your own brother, not to mention you yourself have suffered from criticism and insults just for existing (remember that even the ML hated him at first), would you be able to find it in yourself to treat your parents nicely? It's good enough that he can still be civil with them as long as the ML wasn't being targeted. <<less

Maybe it was because I was expecting something a little warmer, but I wasn't entirely in love with the characters or their so-called 'love affair.' I couldn't accept this for anything more than misplaced affection. These guys have issues and as very typical in these stories, there's not a lot of communication that could be considered communication.

The whole "I love you, Gege, " thing usually leaves me cold, and this was really no exception to that. Even when things were in their favor, I still didn't feel the 'love.'

Even though it is in*est and I don't support in*est, but still it took away my heart. The shou being proactive and le*d is good to read, and I love how the gong is so doting. Too bad that it is too short. I don't mind reading in*est if it's as cute as this. But the smut will forever be in my heart. Loved it!! ❤️❤️
