Look, I’m writing this review so you aren’t confused by the only other two written.

In the mtl I read through the MC is Ron, who nabs the Thunder fruit that Enel should’ve gotten at the very start.

Garp Humorously kidnaps Ron to bring him to the marines and arcs happen.

Ron is a horrifying undead alien monster who can regenerate from a single cell, regrow his entire disintegrated body, and come back to life from the dead. So if you think this isn’t some overpowered Bs MC think again. MC is also hilariously underpowered at Author’s will, making him: unable to Solo the Four Emperors despite being an undead lightning man for the better course of the start, unable to defeat admirals despite being made of thunder, teleporting, and having infinite stamina, weaker than Crocodile and some useless assassin Kano who author hyped, and slow to show up at fights and wipe out the four emperor’s people despite being able to fly through clouds in the sky anywhere he wants to be.

Author, any smart individual with these powers would simply set up a bunch of ambushes with their all consuming terrain advantage and shell people with lightning until they die of lack of sleep and stamina. Why do you love Ron’s close combat so much to the point of not giving him a single long range attack?

The MC is both confusingly bloodthirsty and hilariously passive at times. He stays in the marines and makes a plan to kill all the Yonkos. And then the novel falls apart with boring pointless schemes where a single lightning bolt from the sky could solve every single issue that plagued him.

You might be wondering: but how? Didn’t it have an interesting start and midway through have a cool story? Well...

The author practically worships the 4 Yonkos making them have total BS strength. MC to take out Big Mom spends hundreds of chapters. The fights between the marines and pirates at that point are beyond idiotic because the MC has developed with Vegapunk and Caesar basically vaporizing ray cannons and airships! Airships!!! And yet MC still can’t defeat the Yonkos even when these weapons can seriously damage Kaido. You’re telling me MC can’t just drive a few of these over to blow up Whitebeard? Seriously... meanwhile MC can kill Rayleigh with Kizaru and a CP0 Officer but can’t handle a greviously wounded and super old Whitebeard.

The Author has serious dragging out skills I will admit. Anything that could be one chapter long will be three. And yet sometimes the chapters are stuff we could care less about, like the Mc’s random sword hero adjutant or the MC just messing around somewhere random. Most annoyingly, MC has a romance entirely Off screen!

You guessed it, it was Ain. And they have barely five sentences of spoken dialogue between each other [\spoiler]

Then, just to explode your brains Vega punk and Ron manage to make portals to other dimensions.

And then novel becomes beyond garbage.

Never in the novel is there a satisfying moment where you’re like: “yeah Ron! mu*der them all!” Instead you’ll be saying: “Uhh Ron? Why don’t you just barrage the Enemy at a distance with your hundreds of airships and then wipe them out while mocking them. What? You had them all rush closely to fight and be destroyed! Genius tactics. Now you’re going to stall and wait for backup... sigh.”

It’s not good. 2/10 for having some fun lightning ideas and for having MC be smarter than the s*upid jail wardens who made the Impel Down members enjoy hell (Seriously the novel makes the jailers sound like idiots for giving the criminals food and even good sleep.) <<less

Do not read this novel if you are a fan of One Piece. Because One piece is all about adventures, friendships fun, ecchi.

MC got transported 15, 20 years before the beginning of One Piece, in sky island, and as you have guessed from the title and description he is gonna steal Enel's power. We don't know his backstory yet but he is ruthless, prone to violence and making others suffer. This novel is basically CN MC in the world of one piece and acting like the usual cn MC, looting, killing.
People that are tired of the usual cn MC can easily find why I dislike it

The author likes- no, he LOVES to make things super complicated and focus on petty things. I don't have any problems in explanation for powers or anything but this is just too much. Overpowered? Yeah, but guess what? A simple fight which is MC against a commodore took 5-6 chapters to finish. I can't even imagine how much will the author complicate things when he's gonna fight the yonkos so I dropped it.

This is a good novel. Ignore what other person said. MC has a actual backstory which will be explained later on in the story. This novel is also the few that develops the story and very interesting once

<spoiler>Reforms Admiral Akainu to be a actual marine for justice.

I made an account jut to write a review on this.

It's so terribly bad and machine translated that I still have no idea what some parts of the first chapter were even talking about.

Like, the character sounds as if Lelouch and Kreig from Borderlands raised a child.

The dumbest most egotistically purple prose ridden thoughts I have read in a long time.
