There's just something wrong. Even when MC and ML got together, all they did was have s*x. It made me think of the ifs. Idk why but for some reason, I wouldn't think it's impossible if long way down the road, when they're older and they get into a fight, ML will cool off somewhere and 'accidentally' have s*x with a woman. The sad thing is I can still see the MC forgiving him. Idk why I thought of this scenario cuz I know it won't happen at all. But this ML doesn't give me a sense of security. At all. I don't like him. I also don't understand how the MC forgave and fell in love with him so easily? Too unrealistic af and s*upid. It only took like a very short chapter and they didn't even argue. MC is too foolish.

Yes yes I know this is only a light fluffy novel but maybe because it's 4 am that's why mind wandered off. Lol or maybe I'm just too jaded for this novel. Oh well. Thumbs up for the translators tho. They did a good job. <<less

Still, it seemed pretty interesting. Left three stars because I don't want to judge it too early, but I would give it a four if I'm going to base on the first chapter only. I hope someone picks it up.

I just want to say that I practically skipped over everything and finished everything in less than 30 minutes. Story is rushed, and I doubt that even if the translation is good, the story will still be s*it. There's fluff, somewhat, but the plot and character is pretty shallow. People's might not agree with me but this is a waste of time and not something I would want to read again.

The translation is not understandable, like, in places I have no idea what is going on and the very invasive and distracting translator notes drive me up the wall. I rage quit it in chapter six when the translator said "This is where the translation confusion comes in" then wtf was I reading before!? Does it get WORSE??!

This is so similar in structure, mood and pacing to yaoi mangas. It is a good enough BL, set in a very interesting fantasy world that unfortunately the author does not explore in detail. The fantasy setting is very close to medieval RPGs, with magic users and warriors and adventuring guilds and getting paid by accepting missions and going on adventures.

The 2 MCs were not that interesting probably because the story is so badly translated everything was a mess. It was sometimes very difficult to make sense of the dialogues.... more>> The last few chapters with Sadias's POV seemed more comprehensible and allowed me a better understanding of the story.

The translator mentioned r*pe warnings here and there but personally, I don't think it is r*pe and the s*x scenes are just dub-con which is a frequent trope in yaoi manga. This is a japanese novel so am guessing the author loves this yaoi trope ? <<less
