Third review. I think I'm getting the hang of this I don't know yet lol. But anyways I actually I'm in love with this story. I caught up to chapter 40, and I'm actively refreshing looking for any updates and trying to follow the release schedule which I don't do much of lol

The MC is so interesting, everybody is actually. Usually I wouldn't care, But here I don't ONLY read it because of the MC.. maybe I am... BUT every character that's been introduced so far, I have found them... more>> interesting. Finding the other characters (except mc) motives, their reasonings, their thoughts isn't mind-numbingly dull, tedious even which I was fascinated by.

Now onto my initial thoughts about the MC, At first I was a-bit peeved about the childishness in a "fight" he was in or should I say his first "mission" but I got over that quick. I didn't see much of that in the skirmishes he was kind of in which I liked. It adds an element of fun in his character/personality. Maybe now when I looked back on it, it was kind of funny. It added another layer to the MC. His quirkiness, I would now say. He's not a one dimensional character, no one is over there. He's a crazy person and he lives up to it.

We get little glimpses of the mc's time in the heavenly realm which I find so funny cause we know he's terrorizing another individual.

Obviously we still have sweet moments with some of his "brothers (friends) " especially Tang Sanzang, his master. That we see when he was there. Some of the advices he always gives hit for him when he's in the mortal realm, he remembers them and always finds a way to draw those into his day to day.

We only know a little bit about him but from what I've seen he's cool. He's shrouded in mystique but not too much of it. We get to see a lot or maybe a little bit of his interactions that he has with Wukong which are once again so funny but so sentimental at the same time. Now I'm over here rooting for him to find Tang Sanzang. Wonder how that's gonna go? Is he going to call him a crybaby again?

Now translations, It's WeTried TL. The translations of theirs is phenomenal, at least from three of the stories I've read on there including this one it's seamless, and very readable.
