The defendant Kiska is hereby banished to the interior of the dungeon for the crime of mu*der.

So said the judge.

Kiska was falsely accused and banished to the dungeon interior.

Kiska was persecuted in the village because he had the same hair color as the family that betrayed the humans.

To make matters worse, the village chief’s child killed someone he loved, and Kiska took the blame for it.

Hateful. He hates all the villagers who have humiliated him so much that he wants to kill them all with his own hands.

But for Kiska, who had no skills and was not an adventurer, being banished to the depths of the dungeon was like a death sentence.

But.

“I will save you.”

At the moment he was attacked by the demons, and he foresaw his own death, someone told him that he was going to die.

“The skill I’m going to give you is called ‘Save and Reset’.”

Someone had given him a skill.

With this skill, Kiska has the power to rewind time back to just before he was killed by a demon.

This seemed to avert death, but it was only the beginning of hell.

This is the story of a man with nothing but the power of reverting back to death, who dies many times while trying to conquer the most difficult dungeon.

As of 26 March 2024, the webnovel stopped at June 2023 at c150 with the story unfinished. And it was a great story. The elements of the story allow the reader to really delve into each character giving you the opportunity to know them. Even better, the MC never gains OP strength and while he does grow, he can never beat the main characters. Def read this one, but do be aware that to the story will probably only be completed through the LN, of which vol 1 was released... more>> Nov 2023. <<less

Its re:zero but harem with game mechanics, I said harem but he only go with a girl in a different time loop each time so not really a harem. MC actually sleeps with a girl he is with.

MC suffers a lot too like re:zero. He is not powerless unlike Subaru but struggles a lot with fights against overpowered opponents.

Nyau best girl.

Please someone translate the Light Novel, it seems like the web novel was discontinued in favor fo the light novel.

Aside from how the girls keep falling over for the MC so easily, the story is quite brutal and intriguing.

The MC is an un-educated bullied brat from the country side so he has no smart and is weak to pretty girls' advance. His way is simply to brute force testing with his "save & reset" skill granted to him by his girlfriend trying to survive, attract and get attracted by more girls as he go burdening himself with promises to save those new girls too, and the cycle just go... more>> on.

On the heroine side, the main girl clearly got insane from her 100 years torture but the rest are just simple loving girlfriend once they open up to him.
Overall I like it. <<less

EDIT: Very good story, but it leaves on a cliffhanger with the author stating he will only continue the LN version, avoid or be left with the cliffhanger like me.

A very interesting mess of a story: Lets get this out of the way despite the title, at least in its current translation this has more in common with Re:Zero than just another Yandere-focused Narous, what do I mean by that? Well as the summary states Kiska dies over and over again to several factors, unlike other works however this doesnt... more>> mean that Kiska just becomes invincible and becomes an edgelord that just walks all over everyone else, instead it means that Kiska, like Subaru has to go through a lot of pain to solve any given situation.

Crucially, unlike Re:Zero months can go by in between revivals, meaning a significant ammount of progress can be lost each time and skills, powers and equipment dont necessarily carry over, meaning that even when Kizka is able to defeat an enemy a certain way he wont necessarily have the same tools available next time and even if he does he will have to acquire them all over again, this isnt an OP protagonist lording his edginess everywhere he goes.

Most importantly since he is one of the few people who remembers his resets it means that previous relationships get erased, which avoids the story just becoming mindless in his execution: If Kiska dies, other people wont remember the time they spent with him, and there is no guarantee that he will be able to reproduce those relationships, meaning in a lot of cases once Kiska dies, a lot of solutions actually get erased each time, forcing him to look for alternate paths, keeping the story fresh except for the titular Yandere... kind of and this is were the messy part of it comes through.

To explain what I mean I have to vaguely summarize the story so if you want to go in fresh, I do recommend this story, its not as edgelord-y as it sounds and the MC is actually under a lot of pressure and palpable risk throughout the story.

So, what do I mean by it being an "interesting mess":

Spoiler

Well, the story starts with Kiska being framed for a mu*der, lets called the mu*derer character A, in the dungeon he meets the Yandere, lets call her character B, once in the dungeon Kiska also meets C, C helps Kiska and eventually introduces D, however C eventually gets killed, on reset Kiska goes to D, whom he develops a long arc with, eventually however D gets killed as well and Kiska returns to try and save D, but cannot directly contact B, so he goes to meet A, to help save D, A however is unable to help and after a series of events we get transported to a completely different place, are you with me so far?

Here, Kiska meets E, F, H and G, and goes on a seemingly unrelated side-quest were a completely new faction with ambiguously evil plans is introduced out of nowhere and E is killed repeatedly, so Kiska has to go and try save E, while fighting completely new enemies whose relation to previous ones is not completely clear, while meeting someone related to D in a completely unrelated side-quest, and while all of this is going on its still not entirely clear what happened to D or if they are even able to save D and A is still dead!, agh!, and then even MORE plot threads are introduced as these get somewhat resolved!

[collapse]

Its pacing is a mess but not more than any other long-running series, the only is that new plot-threads are constantly introduced so unless you're reading it in a single seating it can become overwhelming, it is a fun and interesting series though, and I recommend it. <<less
