5 stars from me. I am not sure why this novel would get such low star reviews. I have read the free chapters currently available and it is really good. It tells a story of MC who becomes homeless at a very young along with her bit older sister. It shows some harsh realities which is usually glossed over by some j-novels. However, I am hopeful for the future chapters. I prefer novels where MC grows from ground up instead just being born in a noble family and getting everything... more>> handed over by OP powers from God who for some reason really loves him/her which does not make any sense as there are millions of people in the planet God is managing. There is no God for reincarnating MC and MC does not get any OP powers. She will be using her wit to make way in this new world. I would recommend this novel for people who like hard working MCs. <<less

This novel starts off pretty strongly, with the main character describing how she and her sister desperately live on the streets until they can finally find/earn a home for themselves. I definitely recommend reading to that point, because the story is actually pretty moving.

IMO, the novel slows down a lot after volume 2 and the school arc - the main character achieves financial stability, casually somehow becomes super good friends with the prince and princess, and generally starts acting more like your normal isekai protagonist. She sometimes develops new ideas,... more>> but after entering school most of the developments become school related or about incremental improvements in her magic ability. Don't just take it from me, though - I recommend trying it out for yourself. <<less

the MC and her sister were abused emotionally and physically by their parents and also the townspeople when they were abandoned and became street urchins at a very early age. They literally had nothing and had to resort to gruesome methods to survive, and their chances of survival was already very thin. Her sister barely escaped child pr*st*t*t**n. My heart was beating FAST im not lying. In the school arc, she faced severe bullying over her commoner status.

this is one of those novels that had a very dark start but slowly their life became more hopeful. These kids had it rough that I teared up of sadness by their hardhip and happiness when their life starts to improve. Their changing point:

meeting an actual good adult and forming a genuine bond as a family. Its refreshing that the adult is commoner (very talented ex soldier) and doesnt spoil then rotten with their wealth (i read those kind of novels too but sometimes its too good to be true and feels superficial and materialistic)

i really admire the MC. She can be smart and optimistic at the same time. If I were to be in her shoes, I would crack. A tough cookie. They worked HARD to survive.
