It's interesting in the start and there were lots of aspects that the author could have built on but the author just tries to add more and more. There are plenty of plot points and characters that intrigue but aren't developed probably owing to an inexperienced author. Every few chapters we get a new aspect introduced but most of them get abandoned until they become relevant again.

There's little flow in the story as it just jumps from place to place. X happened so he has to solve by doing Y.... more>> Y accidentally led him to Z.

It had potential, too bad the author didn't know what to do with it. <<less

It's not bad but it's not that good either. It's a great read to just pass some time but it is sourly lacking in world building.

15 chapters in all we know is that the MC is in some kind of dungeon somewhere since he neither attempts to get out that strongly or gather intelligence from the outside.

It started out really interesting unfortunately last few chapters the quality of the story has been going down. It's like the author wants to make a darker story but ends up failing while trying to be comical also.

Spoiler

The MC goes to a cave as he gets a quest to clear that cave, while there, he sees multiple girls getting r*ped.... BY ORCS. At first he's decided to not intervene cause it's not his problem, but later he saves them but only due to happenstance. Up to here all is understood, it kinda makes sense considering he's like a game character and up until recently he was a skeleton so no feelings. Later on he meets those girls again, yet again he pities them and helps them by offering to get them into the same hotel as him. But those girls end up in his room in some miraculous way by morning, and a few chapters later, it's like they are s*upid fan girls. They got r*ped by orcs, but it's fine cause they love our MC and need to be by his side. So now you've got 3 cute girls that are like sisters that once were r*ped by orcs, but they're acting all giggly and googly with our MC like nothing happened. Although I'm not one of those people that drops a novel due to a r*pe scene, but this scene and the subsequent scenes felt so unnatural that it's kinda disgusting.

Another scene that I felt was so out of sync was when our MC chooses to take a bronze mission from the adventurer guild. (this is the beginning of the story so bronze is probably among the lowest type of missions.) Anyway he chooses to "kill the goblin king". This goblin king was terrorizing some villages in that region. He ends up going and killing him, but when he comes back the author makes it look as if he's the newest hero of the country. He says that the kingdom's army already tried killing that goblin king but after getting the spoils from that village, they ended up failing. So.... our MC who just recently got his powers, and is supposed to still be at the beginning levels kills the monster army that was supposedly impossible to kill by a freaking kingdom's army. Really???? REALLY???

[collapse]

The story started out really well.... our MC wakes up in the body of a skeleton and in a catacomb system, while there he has to survive and level up using his smarts. Honestly up until recently when things have started feeling fake and unnatural I would've rated the story 5 stars. Now I'm thinking I want to rate it between 2 stars and 3 stars. I'm still going to be reading this for a while, to see if the author wakes the hell up... but if he keeps doing this type of mistakes i'll probably drop this. Forgot to say, the translation is very good and readable. <<less

if you are looking for really good and juicy story for your main reading list this is not for you but it is pretty good as a filler story since it is fast pace d nice story and very intresting powers and ranking system story grows not in only one one direction and MC have many other good qualities rather than being a cheat overall for me it is a five star since I picked as a filler read and its is too good for that and everyone should at... more>> least try it at least once <<less

I really like the story.

The leveling and evolution at the beginning is really easy and it depicts how hard working our MC is in working hard to raise his skills to max level.

We don't really know much about the world that he is in other than he is currently I some type of dungeon.

Give it a try.

Avoid this story at all costs. Or if you do read it, STOP AT CHAPTER 60!!! This goes from an alright 3-4 star undead power fantasy. The characters are a little flat and somethings are pretty s*upid, but it’s a nice read. Then everything goes downhill after chapter 60. The MC has a skill called Resurrection that allows him to revive completely as long as he is higher than level 1. This author seems to either forget that or completely disregards it, because he gets killed and gets a complete... more>> reset and suddenly EVERYTHING that has happened now is worthless and never happened. His wife: gone, his friends and kingdom: gone. It suddenly turns into a shitty as Sci-Fi thing that is absolutely worthless and adds nothing to the story. Then he dies AGAIN and gets reset. Then he’s back in the original world but in the past, therefore cementing the fact that everything he did and everyone he met no longer exist and the 1st part of the story might as well have not happened in the first place. Then it suddenly turns into a shitty harem fantasy shitbag with none of the characters you knew in the 1st part.
tldr: If you do decide to read this story, stop at chapter 60. I wish I did, because then I would have given this 4 stars. Please notice that any of the good reviews tend to be from before chapter 60+. <<less

Honestly I want to give it a higher rating, as I really enjoyed the beginning, but then all of the sudden the whole story changes. I had expected fantasy, and maybe some sci-fi, but it feels like the whole point of the story was abandoned in the second arc. I probably would have given it a 4 star rating if it had kept the the original, and had some futuristic ideas, but the whole story changing really stopped the momentum of the story.

It was good for the first 50 chapters, there wasn't too many problems with the story but around the 60th chapter the story started to fall apart.

The below spoiler is a summary of the events from ch 60 to about ch 130

Spoiler

The main character dies and gets revived to find out he is back on earth 300 years into the future as a lvl 1 skeleton, at this point it was like okay, cool. It was an interesting idea then he tries to help out the human race as they where facing extinction and suddenly meets a god that sends him back to the other world as a lvl 1 skeleton. At this point the author has tired to integrate magic a science and failed horribly. The main character uses some forbidden magic to turn himself into human. Ignoring all of the questions and answers he should be looking for like why he when back to lvl 1, why he managed to arrive at Earth after his last death and many other things. As the story progresses from this point it just gets worse and worse. Then when he finally turned into a human he evolved into a meta human and got all of spidermans abilities, this was a clear attempt of the author to integrate magic with science as the MC was like, 'this is a great ability! Why dont we add metals to the webs to change its properties!'. From here it just get worse and more chaotic because he is sent back 20 Million years and is expected to save the universe. From here on is the MC sacrificing everything but still trying to be greedy while saving the universe. At this point the only reason to continue the story was to see the end but at ch 154 it seems to be way worse than the previous events.

[collapse]

The author misses required plot lines and information about certain topics. The only reason why I stuck with it was I was curious where it would go. But now that I'm nearing the end it seems like the worst conclusion possible. The story and ending is horrid and a mess.

Edit: accidentally gave 3☆ instead of 1☆ somehow. <<less

This is my first review, I just had to write it because I got seriously disappointed by it around 60% in. (Review contains big story spoilers, be warned)

I really can't recommend this wn.

Starts of fairly generic, not bad just been there don that, but overall its fine for the first ~14 chapters

Spoiler

The typical spawns in new world grinds tr*sh mobs to level up, figure out how spells work type of deal, until he finds a place called the pit, beats it boss and becomes the lord/owner

[collapse]

then after that it starts getting a lot better and I actually start really enjoying it, with some pretty nice romance, interesting fights, and fun characters.

Spoiler

He starts developing his lands, gets a cute dragon wife, lots of fun moments with the two of them, elves and dragons attack, he beats the elves back and gets the dragons to understand that he isn't an evil being. Everything calms down, his territory becomes a grand mega city, with everyone living happy under his rule.

[collapse]

then out of nowhere some really forced plot happens

Spoiler

A greedy king who wants to steal profits from a city that has good relations with the MC sends a huge army to basically burn it down and take everything from them. The MC doesn't like that and proceeds to beat the kings army, and then the king has some bs jewel that summons some OP angels who judge the MC is an evil being that needs to be purged, he tries to argue that the humans were going to slaughter an entire city and he was just defending it, but they don't care, and they basically kill everyone he holds dear destroy his city and kill him

[collapse]

Then after that a new arc happens that's really sci-fi its a fun change of pace I guess, not bad by any means.

Spoiler

He gets revived again this time on earth in the far far future, meets some AI's, decides help save the human race from extinction. Finds out someone was plotting to kill humans, turns out its aliens tries to get rid of said aliens who almost killed all life on earth, time gets stopped by a god, and he gets reincarnated back to the fantasy world as a lvl1 skeleton with only only his modified skills left.

[collapse]

Then it continues as a fantasy story, that actually not half bad, with interesting characters and a fun storyline until it devolves into a very badly forced harem for no reason whatsoever, there was no lead up to it, the way I see it, it just gets dropped out of nowhere.

Spoiler

He is reincarnated into the fantasy world again. Turns himself into a human. Becomes an adventurer, a lot happens, turns out one of the AI's followed him there, and he gets a dark elf s*ave at one point, not gonna write out the whole story so i'l skip to the forced harem part. He conquers a dungeon, the AI makes him a house and in the house made hotsprings, he and the dark elf go there, keep in mind he throughout the whole story has always said that he loved his dragon wife and her alone, and actively avoided other women, and trying to keep them as just friends, after they get there he again says he notices that the dark elf has feelings for him but keeps his distance from her and notes that he doesn't see her in a romantic way, but after she puts on a bikini he gets a boner they have s*x and suddenly he is in love with her. That was one of the dumbest forced harems i'v ever seen. I read a bit further into the story out of curiosity but dropped it shortly after, because he adds another girl to his harem in an even more s*upid way, buys a s*ave girl because he needed someone of her race, and by the end of the day she is in his harem just because she was teasing him a bit, even tho countless women, who were much closer to him mind you than a girl he knew for 1 day, were turned down because of his wife.

[collapse]

Don't get me wrong, its not that I dislike harems that much, it even has a harem tag so I knew what I was getting myself into, and i'v read a couple of them that were done pretty well that i'v enjoyed, but they way its done here was so bad I couldn't continue reading, it was just too forced for me, since the MC has been actively avoiding other women because of the one he loves, it would have been fine with some proper lead up, but the MC turns on a dime for one of the worst reasons i'v ever seen and then goes down debauchery lane from there.

But i'l add this, if you don't mind the very badly forced harem, the story is decent up until then, and genuinely really fun at points, so you might like it. <<less

Jumbled mess. The first 10 or so chapters are the best. Once the pit bit is over, it's beyond thrash. And I read and enjoy thrashy novels but this one just left a bitter taste in my mind. The thing that really disgusted me was the ending. An ending is supposed to tie the loose end or leave a sense of bigger adventure looming beyond the horizon. Seriously, how can you mess up this bad? Hindsight: -20/20

I would have given 1 star if not for the beginning.

The entire story is so horrible. The story has so many plot holes that Swiss cheese would be jealousy.

Our MC is a 2 dimensional sociopath that flips emotions and feeling of people with the flip of a dime. The Harem isn’t much better, as by the end of the book I’ve already forgotten all of their characteristics other than the points obviously stated like “that chick is a Loli dragon” or “that chick is a blind loli”.

Then villans are all one note “The purity this” or “the prophecy that” all... more>> generic sh*t that’ll be forgotten the moment you close the moment you close the page. Not only that, the power system isn’t consistent at all. The villans are “god” so they don’t really need to follow the barely existing system, but even when the MC becomes a “god” himself he still needs to follow the rules of the system, for some vaguely ex0ained nonsensical reason.

However, I did finish the story, so it must have done something right. So I give it a 5/5 <<less

This novel is the really king of the isekai series.

What do you want in Isekai? RPG system? Swords? Magics? Romance? Sci-fi elements? Time travel? Paradoxes? Spaceship battles? Myth and folklore references? This novel got them all. Combining science with magic, this stands out the most of all other isekai novels I have read to date.

Even though it may be confusing at first, the story has this unique way to introduce them.

I rated 5 stars and I can only hope someone would make a manga/anime out of this. Too bad it... more>> is already complete in 157 chapters (just waiting for the translations). I have read other novels with 2000+ chapters and still not as awesome as this novel. <<less

Starts great and rapidly descends into... well, I won't say tr*sh, because it still has its good points, but it's more frustrating than fun.

The story is really dragged down by the MC, whose behaviour is often foolish / whose reactions are often irrational to the point of s*upidity.

I've read it all. And I have to say the first 2 arc of this novel is amazing. But when he turns into a human and stays a human.... The story kinda loses its purpose.

And for the new readers reading this Im just gonna say that don't quit on reading the story when he becomes a human to unseal himself. Since that isn't what Im talking about.

I had some hopes for this story in the beginning, because I like the main character taking a traditionally "evil" role by allying with termites and spiders, but at a certain point the protag becomes more "human" and an adventurer at which point everything is very stereotypical. I think this might have been written by a 14 year old as a mash up of their favourite other light novels as a power fantasy complete with s*aves and kingdom. There were some potentially interesting plot points in the first... more>> story arc that might end up being resolved by the end, but the author's poor writing skills do not make me want to keep reading long enough to find out. The characters are paper-thin stereotypes and the protag is boring as heck. Not to mention as soon as female characters show up they are assaulted, saved by him, and become harem types. If you care about this sort of thing, the leveling/game mechanics in this story are also very questionable and built more to have the protag rank up at convenient times than making any logical sense. I am not sure if some of the errors in the story are by the translator or author (character genders, number of characters, skill types and game rules) so if you get confused by that you are not alone. It's just generally bad. I hope the author keeps practising writing so they become more proficient in the future. <<less

this is the s*upidiest most idiotic novel I have ever read, 1 star is not even enough to explain how bad this novel is.

The start was decent at best but after that logic goes out the windows the stat system is complete and utter bs author intentionally makes confusing fight scenes then 5 mins later MC is untouched after fighting a villain more than 10 times more powerful than he is, also the logic of the MC is such bs and the characters feel like cardboard to kiss mc's ass.

In fact, the initial and middle parts were pretty good. Interesting plot, interesting characters, interesting world. But at some point, the author decided to introduce new characters... just to throw them away and no longer mention them. The last part is just awful.

Spoiler

The main character had a daughter. The author thought: the birth of a child - done. This character was not mentioned anymore. Why introduce characters with such strong ties to the MC, if they mean less than road dust and do not participate in plot development?

A messy and incoherent fantasy with elements of sci-fi.

Spoiler

The idea of the author was for a level 1 skeleton level all the way up to godhood but it's explained away in such incoherence that it's quite janky a lot of the time and the author is completely unapologetic about it as well.

This story has its moments of bliss and action but honestly maybe if it was fleshed out better it might have been a better read. As it stands, it's just a wish fulfillment piece of writing with little planning.

I gave it a chance, I really did. It's just tr*sh. The world building is tr*sh, the MC is ridiculously overpowered, he spouts random bullsh*t every chance he gets, the comedy is bland and boring (forgot that it was supposed to be comedic) the characters are ridiculously forgettable, the human companion is unbearable, the pixie is unbearable, the spirits are unbearable, the MC is portrayed as a super amazing righteous guy, and there's not a single likable character.

Everything went downhill when the pixie showed up.
