Our Female lead is called Xia Ying, after getting caught in our Male lead's bed the morning after their one night stand by our ML's mother, she got tricked into signing a marriage contract. (It was more like she had won the lottery by having a one night stand really...) Also, no. She's not a sl*t, she just got fed up with her 5 (6 actually) exes reason for breaking up with her because she gives off the virg*n Mary aura and decided to go to a notorious club where you can get a one night stand with random strangers, no strings attached. The rest of the romance follows after her BEST DECISION EVER.?

The Male Lead is ONE OF THE CREME DE LA CREME OF ALL MALE. His name is Han Lei ? (My husband, yes I'm the self proclaimed xia Ying) a sexy, handsome, smart virg*n boi (before the one night stand) for short all around perfect man! He's very black bellied, possessive, he's great at s*x, and is a great father (in the last chapters?)

There are basically no real antagonist here. It's more focused on thier married life and s*x. Our ex virg*n Male lead is a wolf in a sheep's clothing AND WILL DO just about ANYTHING AND GO just about ANYWHERE for SEX! ? Hot, Steamy, Raw SEX!?

There is one Ex Boyfriend that wanted to take back the Female MC. I forgot his name but he's basically useless. Though thanks to him we get to see our male MC confess and act cutie because of jealousy.

This novel is like Love me Again but without that reincarnation drama and love and hate relationship (But love me again is still the best because of TEH FEELS) none the less this story does not seem to loose but just lacked that impact that love me again brought because of the true love that lasted 2 lifetimes.

Anyways! ENJOY THIS NOVEL. Read at your own risk (it's not that p*rn like novel) but more of a Mature Married life Romance! ????

a cheater MC! A cheater MC! Ambiguous MC, she's like an evil cinderella, yes, because she has strong temperament, wild and bold. If she got bullied she won't back down but bully them back, but that's it, that's her only strong point.

She's not decisive, she's not a intelligent, she's not mature. Rather, she's naive, reckless, immature, and dumb. She only looks strong. For me MC is completely ignorant about 'distance', and in my eyes she's just not a good partner, not a good lover and annoying.

I was already feeling annoyed as I read more chapters. Then I come to the chapter when she ate together and kissed her old lover, when she's already married, her husband is an amazing guy, and they're getting along nicely. But she did that while knowing her husband is currently mad jealous by her first love (that old lover) that keeps pursuing her and giving her gifts lately even after knowing she's married. And she accepted her old lover invitation to eat together, even accept his kiss?????????? (Her old lover want to kiss her and ask for her permission and she literally just accept it?? I don't get it. His old lover didn't even force her, she consented it!!! And when her husband discover it she regretted that she didn't bring her old lover to another restaurant that's more low key so that her husband won't ever discover her (cheating kissing together with her old lover) !!

she didn't regret cheating or think about her mistakes HAHAHAHA I hate her. That's it. I wished her husband would divorce her at that moment and get with someone better, because there are so many woman outside that are better than her and MC doesn't deserve such a devoted ML. ML get jealous but he's not unreasonable, he asked, always asked, he make the first step and give her time to explain, and he give her his piece of mind, to throw away his old lover gifts, etc. But she just never listen..

How do I say it.... honestly I was peeved by the synopsis itself. My husband might be gay so I will show him how to be a real man?

Lady, gay is not a disease. If he is gay, he is gay. Stop trying to force yourself on him.

But despite that I decided to give it a try and gosh! The FL is suffocating. Under the facade of strong, she is reckless and naive, which I did not find cute.

She is also scummy and indecisive.

Chapter 1 had me building hopes, chapter 2 got me confused, chapter 3 onwards went on a dive to hell. what. the....

  • Guys, gay people don't actually avoid girls like they have cooties, thats not a signal someone is not into girls.
  • They try to paint FL as some kind of emancipated, strong female but by the gods. She's naive as hell, and she is just plain s*upid.
  • She's a cheater. A cheater.
I honestly feel sad for the ML. This story would be great if became part of the "Side Character Transmigrations: The... more>> Final Boss is No Joke" universe, I can see Shi Sheng doing some major fixed on this flawed plot. And I'm sorry, I couldn't get past half of it. <<less

A quite entertaining book. Though, I felt disappointed with the FL when she let her ex to 'kiss her goodbye' when she's already married. Plus, she didn't feel guilty or sorry when her husband found out about it. The issue was brushed off just like that. There's just part of me that cannot accept that willingly, since it was such a d*ck move.

Anyway, I came for the smut. Turns out the smut is weak..... so mehh......

Overall, an okay read only when you're bored af.

This is pure smut and comedy. And it is good smut and comedy.

Been a while since I read something like this, and 5/5 for sure.

First, the smut. Amazingly good. It doesn't get TOO descriptive but your imagination is good enough. Hot is good.

The comedy. It is played by funny characters, quirky characters and how the MC deals with them.

So far, this is just a light read. Seeing the number of chapters, I hope it remains the same.

First chapter is good. The succeeding chapters are just plain tr*sh.

First, I hate how they are suspecting the ML as gay but still thinking to have him seduced by the FL. LGBTQ don't need to be reformed or something.

Secondly, the FL's first relationship is with his high school counselor when she was a high school sophomore. That's immoral and illegal in so many countries. Not to mention plain eewww.

Last but not the least, the thing that made me stop reading is when the FL gave his ex a good bye... more>> kiss while she's married to the ML and thinks there's nothing wrong with it. There is something morally wrong with her and I just can't stomach cheating in any form. <<less

I honestly don't remember which chapter I am in. I gave up reading when our MC decided its ok to kiss her ex when being married to a nice guy who loves you very much. After this I thought she would at least be guilty right?

Nope she was not. ML sees her in the restaurant kissing her ex and let me remind you again she was not forced, she voluntarily kissed her ex as a goodbye kiss. I think at that time if he had said hey let's do a... more>> goodbye s*x and part our ways, she might even agree to it without any hesitation and guilt.

And after ML confronted her about this, she just felt regretful that she didn't take him (her ex so she could avoid her husband and cheat on him) to a restaurant which is far.

I felt my stomach churning as I read this line. Anyone who cheats either man or women on their partner is a scum.

After reading her thoughts, I sweat I couldn't even read another sentence and just dropped the novel.

I read this novel much time back and I didn't write reviews back then so when I saw this novel again, I came to write my review. <<less

I picked this up twice because of all the fluffy reviews, and I couldn't force myself to go beyond ch10.

s*upid glasses thing aside, this FL is just too insufferable. Honestly I can only remember some scheming with the mother in law that involved drugging the husband and I just... Really? That's fluffy? To know she cheats without remorse doesn't surprise me at all, what surprises me is the amount of good reviews. Double standards much?

A good one with basically fluff to no end, but I was bored. I mean the main couple was cool but that's it. Their s*x life, meeting his family and talking with their friends/neighbour was all they did for 48 chapters. I like when nothing "heavy" happens but here more like nothing happens...

Not much angst, action, or drama. If you're up for a short fluffy romance, this is for you. It's not very emotional and really light. The whole glasses thing was down right silly and could have been left out altogether.

Very pleasant storyline. Literally, almost nothing bad happens and it's just a fluffy and sweet love story. However, almost too much. It's basically a fantasy for a perfect marriage and family. Gave it a 3 cause there's not much action or plot development and the author just tells what happens most of the time. Got pretty boring to read near the end because everything is perfect which also means predictable.

But like low-key I think the novel is propaganda promoting Chinese nationalism. 'Cause in the last chapter, not the epilogues, the... more>> MC states how she did everything right by supporting the government and its leadership and was being a good citizen and essentially EARNED her perfect life through good karma. But all of that isn't in all the other chapters so don't be intimidated by this one part I noticed lol. <<less

Just a bunch of fluff and spicy scene :)

I'm not a smut's fan, so I read this for the fluff!!

There are no unnecessary drama. Just a right amount of drama that not being dragged. The misunderstand quickly solved. I really like that!

... more>> I binge reading this novel, and really satisfied. All the problem are solved nicely. And the ending just very good. (I really want more Han Lei's POV and their daughter's POV)

Anyway, I fed up by the sweetness of the main couple and the people around them. They just simply wonderful being! I love the Han's family! They are so funny, and the MC's family turned out to be funny too!

Our MC is (self-proclaimed) modern cinderella. She is really ridiculous!

literally on my third attempt I finally finishd reading this novel cause when I first read abt how they had a one night stand nd caught caught by his mom the next mrng nd just lyk that got paper sounded really s*upid nd dumb so I chunked the novel after but man it defo gets way better ty god I had nothing to read and came across this once again. The MC is so fun nd so are his nd her fam <3 man I wish everyone gets nd have a fam that is as open-minded nd loving. Theres a bit too exarggeration on how everyone is so young nd looks 10-20yrs younger than their actual agend blah. I love the author for giving us the back story on qia huo nd su xan <3 nd even recreating a happy ending for hun ai nd ouyang shiau, man I literally went over the moon. 10/10 reallyyyy enjoyed this story a lot. The novel is a nice pick. A rom-com, office romance and has lots of s*x (public s*x too😚). The ML and FL parents are one interesting couple. So are the ML siblings and their partners. A open minded setup can be seen. The characters in the novel are very welcoming to s*x topics and not a taboo as seen in other cnovels. Don't leave it just by seeing the low ratings and hateful comments

The FL and ML meets and have a one night stand accidently and ends up in marriage.

Lastly a not to @ispeakfangir love is not a thing it is a feeling. FL giving a last kiss to her ex it is her last lingering feeling from which she wants to liberate herself. And her dating her counceller it not just her many people do seem to feel for the people who are there for them in their darkest time and it's her choice atleast she is not marrying an old man on his death bed which seems muc vulgar to me

If you're looking for snu snu, mixed with comedy and romance, plus some family warmth, without all the complicated plot devices, then I highly recommend this for a good feel light reading. This is also recommended for those looking for black-belly romances, though both husband and wife here are black-bellied, they were not the very cold type. They are more like introverted people who enjoys their own time with their family and friends. And Xia Ying's thoughts are sometimes really funny.

She's not a cheater, she clearly rejected her ex, and was open about her marriage and her feelings for her husband. Although it's wrong for her to accept her ex-bf's request for a goodbye kiss, it was a peck. Not a deep kiss. And the ML and the FL are loyal to each other.

Frankly, I find this one of the most enjoyable comedic novels I've ever encountered. There isn't any drama, and although it may sound boring to some, it still doesn't feel empty. If you want something dramatic and a big story on how the MC's met and got married, this ain't it. It's a modernized flash marriage lol. However, even with that, honestly, I wish to find more novels that I can feel similar to this one. It may feel fast-paced in the beginning, but if you're someone with similar tastes... more>> to me (that you probably don't know so you can't tell), you will absolutely love this novel. The ML is a little black-bellied (it runs in the genes) and the family interactions are so enjoyable. ALSO, the FL is NOT WEAK!! **Celebratory noises. If you're looking for a book with some nice and smooth romance and fluff, this is good for you.
