A company employee was reincarnated into another world through the work of Gods. So far it goes like your usual light novels’ plot, but due to a certain reason and through a certain method, he denied the god’s blessing that should have hit him.

The man got reincarnated as is without that fact being found out nor questioned.
Growing up through many hardships without a blessing, he would leave his village alone when he was of age… only to keep getting surprised by this world’s common sense. Not to mention his fate of seemingly getting dragged into trouble constantly.

Why can’t he just live in peace? There was a time when he thought he could lead an uneventful life as an ordinary man…

To be fair, anyone would keep getting surprised at the new world's common sense. For instance, did you know

If you don't bribe the guy at the merchant guild just to talk to him, he'll send thugs to kill you and take your money right at the counter?

Other than several moments like that, standard WN stuff with a protagonist who automatically stands out just by existing but keeps insisting he doesn't want to stand out as an excuse to get looked down on and refuse rewards.

novel is bland, boring and repetitive, MC is bland, annoying and I think might be closet gay

As of this chapter, I'm as done with this novel as the MC is with... well, everything.

he leaves the trade city

the novel becomes a routine of s*upid cliche of an alternation between "people got into trouble, MC resolves trouble" and "people want trouble with MC, MC resolves troublemakers". And that's all. Just different flavors of either of those 2 kinds of events. Although, in retrospect, it was like this since the short "home village" arc, it's just that it wasn't noticeable back then. And so, with the aforementioned problem, the novel in itself is bland, boring at best and mildly annoying at worst.

Now, there is also a previous review mentioning, in a joking manner, the shortness of chapter length. Oh, believe me, that was not a figure of speech. They are that short.

As a final complaint, well, the MC is annoying. You are lead to believe he lived for almost, if not over, 40 years both lives, and yet acts and thinks like a damn brat. It would not be a problem normally, since he's like 15yo in this world. But he refuses to acknowledge his curent life as his... well, current life, still stuck in his previous one. Refuses to acknowledge the world around him as truly "real", as his new world, always comparing it to a game, but yet still acts like a goody 2 shoes, while of course complaining about missing his previous one. Also, this is hilarious with how cringe and bad it is : even now we're not told his name. Yes, we knew his Japanese name since it got mentioned like 2 times, but not his current one. Which is either some failed attempt from the author to make him seem more.... well, epic? And interesting? Since he op af? Or to make it easier for readers to portray themselves onto him, and since I'm not the kind of guy who does that, it only makes it worse. And I dont even get how it would even appeal to others in case of the latter, since the MC is as I previously mentioned, thus I don't even find him a good target.

Oh, one last thing, the MC refuses women with such intensity, and thinks about rejecting them so often (for the sake of keeping this pg friendly I guess) to the point it makes you think he's gay or the author either never touched a woman or has a fear of women.

Some of the initial criticisms about the lack of logic are kind of fair, but I feel it's not as bad (for the genre) as it's been made out to be.

If anything, what this novel really suffers from is chapter depth. KamiKyo's chapter length generally hovers around 1/2 to 1/8th of almost any other WN out there, even for isekai.

Combine that with chronic cliffhanger syndrome, and you have progress that ends up like this:

... more>> 1st Chapter: What would you like to drink?

2nd: I'll have tea.

3rd: The tea is delicious.

I'm exaggerating (somewhat), but even the most mundane interactions tend to take two chapters to resolve. If you're reading from a 10-20 chapter backlog, it's really not so bad. Staying current with this one, though, is a real trial at times. <<less

This series is crappy, but somehow I can't stop reading it. Funny as hell, it's been 3 days he left the village on chapter 87 and MC already got himself in trouble trampling low life. He is OP and he makes good use of his abilities. Author really messed up his head but in a good way. Good read btw.

I know people will have some superficial negative reason to dislike this novel, but I honestly like how simple it is. I like how his power is overpowered and he does not hesitate to kill. The ruthless part really attracted me to it.

My only complaint is that he wont get with any of the girls, but that's just me.
