Every Survivor gets a talent. Some talents can boost the Survivor’s agility, and some enhances their luck, while Zhou Chen’s talent was Passive Plunderer. It allows him to plunder the passive skills of the monsters he hunts.

With that talent, Zhou Chen slowly gathers a powerful list of passive skills.

Average.

If you're looking for something average, this is your thing!

I'm not joking in the slightest. I had the mood for something average, and this novel scratched that itch perfectly! I binged it in two days.

At the beginning it was great but as it progressed something major happened that broke this novel.

I wanna say that at first the MC is very cautious and if there is a skill that can help him he will take it but after being transported to cultivation world... Also while there is a little Chinese propaganda and nationalism it is not a very bad one. It doesn't insult foreigners and doesn't disdain the other countries (If it did then it was too small to notice.)

The MC got transported to a cultivation world. This is where the novel dips down. During and after the cultivation world he became very arrogant. He also became pretty s*upid and he is just a slightly smarter muscle head. During the ghost world he tries to attack the ghost instead of being cautious, he thinks he could beat up these silver ranked entities like he did in the high bronze mission, super s*upid as he later neglects guarding a bus door, which if opened would have killed him. He does not absorb all the skills that could help him anymore because of aesthetic reasons. He really ignores those skills because they look gross like a tongue skill he got. That skill could help him deal other damage and cold damage which he does not have. He got it in the ghost world after he figured out that there are entities that are immune to some attacks like physical, which he uses a lot. It could have helped him greatly in other missions.

Tl;Dr: The novel has some nationalism but it is not annoying. Everything was great until the MC was transported to a cultivation world. When the MC got a cultivation manual he stopped being the cautious MC as the story progressed. He became the standard xianxia protagonist, with extra s*upidity/muscle head to the mix.

Disappointing novel that had great promise but the author wanted it to be a xianxia novel so much lol.

Wait a minute wtf was this dropped why is novel updates saying it is 239 chapters... The story barely began : ( <<less

Great for what it is. This is very condensed survival novel with world hopping. The protagonist has average intelligence and generally makes smart decisions. This is a novel like Reincarnator, Arena and The Devil's Cage but with less depth and exposition.

A head-scratching novel. MC is given a system and a very powerful passive skill that allows him to grow really fast. As a result, the author was not able to come up with much challenge for the MC. Writing a complete arc seems to be a challenge for the author as well because the arcs are somehow fast forwarded to completion after MC spends some time in a world. MC himself is a walking contradiction if you notice the things he says and actually does throughout the novel.

Reading this novel is like reading an outline of a novel. The characters and worlds aren't very fleshed out. It's like a mix between a Chinese novel like The Ultimate Evolution and a Korean novel like Solo Leveling or Seoul Station Necromancer. It's completely translated, so read it if you have nothing else, but don't expect much from it.

im at chapter 12. MC died and transmigrated to a world where every few days he would be telepoted to a dungeun where he could kill and loot creatures. He could not bring dungeun loot out into real life. But you can trade in-game item with real life money via forum trade. The writer want this novel to be a little different- it ended up idiotic.

The plot is fine, and the main character is not too s*upid. But I think the author hates women, so you can expect all the female characters in this novel to die sooner or later.

MC never cares about romance, and when his friend (especially the girl) is in a coma, he just forgets his minor healing skill and potion.

I enjoyed it. I'd rate it above average. The MC really does become a xuanhuan protagonist, but this was one of the things I loved about the story since I'm a big fan of xuanhuan anyway.

Tbh I'm not sure why this is a complaint for some people -- the MC literally has a cheat talent, what were you expecting?? He still regularly runs into tough enemies that are a serious threat to him, and some of them are creepy af

I enjoyed the haunted world arc. The stuff he ran into was terrifying xD

Anyway it's worth reading. It can be a bit bland at times and the ending is a bit fast, but I don't regret sticking it through. I don't like it when stories drag things out just because they feel like they "should" be longer and I feel like the author knew it was time to wrap it up. <<less

Perfectly average novel, to the point where its funny. Took me half a day to read it. It has nothing special about it, but its still entertaining.

Plot was weak, world building barely scratched the surface, no character really developed in any way but to be honest none of these things really mattered. It's just a really short, somewhat enjoyable, story about a lucky average dude who gets stronger with a cheat.

I didn't particularly dislike anything about the novel, if I had to find something to complain about it would be... more>> the slightly rushed ending. Overall this book just reads like a structure for a great story that was never fleshed out, just like a another reviewer before me already pointed out. Might be due to immaturity of the author, or maybe its just general lack of talent on his part, who cares.

I do still recommend giving this book a try. It's quite short and well held it value as fast-food literature. <<less
