I possessed of the Empress in the novel of Rofan.

Isn’t that good thing?

The problem is that the Empress is a supporting character who will be pushed off the throne by the cunning Emperor, then eventually dies of illness.

Like the original empress, I couldn’t die in the cold valley, waiting for my love to come.

But I couldn’t die. I’ve to be villain to get divorced.

As if to destroy the national treasury, lavished the luxury, talked in front of others, and harassed my husband.

By the way, the more I behave, the more obsessed he becomes.

Are you a pe*vert?!

If you're looking for a badass FL then try this one. I like the fl. She knows how to use her head well as a modern person who was originally a citizen from SK. She analyzes a situation well and knows what to say.

I was looking for something interesting but I guess this will be good since I really like the character of the FL and I'm enjoying the story. As for the ml, well, I don't have anything to say about him.

okay I'm at chapter 56. I'm frustrated ahh really Robelia keep on saying that the heroine and male lead are destined to be together. She doesn't believe in Alexander and I understand that, however, I can say that Alexander is really sincere with his words but he keep on thinking that his feelings and actions were like that because he want talented people (Robelia) on his side so he became so passionate about it.

These two are stressing me out. Robelia has trust issues and believes that the novel will go on as it is while the other, Alexander, is too smart and logical that he only use his brain, he can't even figure out that he already fell for her.

edit:

The longer it gets the more I become disappointed. Robelia had become s*upid, she's frustrating me. I thought her character would be good but as I get on the later chapters, her decisions had become sloppy. Where did the smart Robelia go?

.

I'm back here again bc I recently heard this became a manhwa and tbh I don't recommend reading this one, chapters 50 and above will just frustrate you (especially the fMC like she became dumb literally like girl think before u do s*upid things) I dropped this at chap 125 (can't believe I read up till there) okay bye <<less

I have read this novel to the end. I really like this novel. Not the best but good. Worth to read.
I'm a little confused, why do people who haven't finished reading this novel give a half-assed review.
For me, alexander's remorse is still lacking, it's just that what he did was better than "The abandoned empress Male lead"
Alexander treats himself and others as tools to achieve his goals. He didn't physically abuse Robelia. Robelia who hurt herself because she wanted to be like Aisha. For example, she doesn't take care of her palace, because she wants to keep it humble. Eating less because she saw Aisha eating less and had small body.
Alexander's fault was to ignore Robelia, and that's well known, even Norman mocked Alexander about it LOL.
and of course Alexander paid dearly for everything he did.
Read to the end everyone, this novel is pretty good and it's free of course LOL.

I normally do not write reviews for a novel that has a lot of reviews.

The only reason I'm writing is that I'm kind of frustrated with people just giving one-sided judgments or reviews, people often forget that the story is written in an era when things are not the same.

In history books, you will see people of higher rank never married their spouse because of love it was a majority based on power, wealth, and most importantly social status.

... more>> This part might come across as a spoiler.

During the story, I realize while reading that the marriage between the ML and the FL was never based on love, the ML never hurt the FL physically or mentally, it's the female lead who one-sidedly loves ML and hurt herself, so I don't logically blame the ML.

I will not see the ML as a good husband because he just minds his own business he never interfered or talked much with the FL.

About the mistress the original FL the saint- was a manipulative person, she made it look like the ML loved her but in reality, he treated both the FL and the original FL equally.

The reason behind marrying the FL was because she was very good with her administrative work and the reason he still kept in touch or was in the same superficial relationship with the mistress was that she was good at getting people's attention.

During the whole plot, the FL starts falling in love with the ML so yeah it's kind of disappointing but satisfying as well you need to understand the whole story, and the plot is made in such an era that it's hard to justify things for someone from the current period. <<less

It had a strong start but immediately plummets to mediocrity. If you hate the trope of novel transmigrators stubbornly clinging to the idea of 'the story will never change he/she will never love me/they will kill me etc' despite having made large changes and deviated the events from the original then go read something else.

The main character is trying very hard to make a huge change from the original plot (divorce before death! I should not die!) while stubbornly believing that the story and the characters won't change (the emperor... more>> will never love me! He will abandon me!).

The MC transmigrated into a novel and into the body of the empress Robelia, who was neglected by the emperor to the point she died of an illness and heartbreak. In order to avoid this future, she asks the emperor to divorce her, who adamantly refuses for some reason. The story continues as Robelia attempts to make mischief and cause chaos in order to be divorced from the emperor.

First of all, I don't understand why she has to work so hard just to be divorced. She has absolutely no feelings for the emperor (as they are essentially strangers + her memories did not merge with the original Robelia) so even if he neglects her, it should not matter to her. She should just enjoy the luxurious life of an empress (which she does), fatten up her personal treasury (which she also does) and sit back and relax. Considering the fact that Robelia dies from an illness in the original story shouldn't she focus on maintaining her good health or checking for any disease? She can always raise the request for the divorce later when the emperor's heart has become fully devoted to the original female lead, the imperial concubine Aisha.

Robelia's character felt refreshing at the start, I really thought she would continue being a witty villain of a woman but instead she blooms into an incredibly frustrating character. She is fully aware that she has transmigrated into a novel and because of this, she believes 100% that things will proceed as the novel did, despite the fact that things have changed so much and the original female lead has even fallen from grace and completely lost the attention of the emperor. It's so incredibly annoying to watch her fumble around, single minded in her crusade of 'I have to get divorced!' or 'I have to runaway from the palace!' It's not like the emperor mu*dered Robelia in the novel so she just starts sounding insane with her inner monologues later on. 50 chapters later and she still clings to this fruitless fight while the emperor devotes himself to her.

She made so much major changes from the original it's so ridiculous that she still believes the fact that the ML will abandon her. And these huge changes even happen at the beginning (ie, saving and then hiring one of the side MLs into her service).

The OG emperor of the novel, Alexander, may have been tr*sh but the emperor she meets isn't the same tr*sh who abandoned his empress. He suffers from the same common disease of a lot of rofan MLs (cold, arrogant, selfish, violent and cringe) but other than that he sacrifices a lot of things to get her out of the hole she dug for herself and he even explains to Robelia that his keeping of Aisha is purely for political reasons (he has never even kissed her). He's unlikeable and unappealing but he's just not the same garbage. Both OG ML and current ML are horrible but they're just essentially not the same person.

One of the most hilarious and s*upid sh*t that happens in this novel is

Spoiler

She meets one of the original FL's aides/side man later on, Duke Schwarzkopf. She becomes wary of him due to his connection with Aisha.

"He's one of Aisha's closest aides so I better becareful of him. He can't possibly have good feelings for me."

She then proceeds to plan to cooperate escape the palace with this same man.

[collapse]

Anyway I dropped it because I could no longer stand the MC's insane mental gymnastics. I found the translated version on webnovel but the quality is so bad I think it might be mtl. <<less

It's bad as fake news as the title is.

The FL won't get divorce and still end up with Emperor that killed her in the original story. And the Emperor did not do much effort cause FL is a simp to good looks. While Emperor only like FL cause she changed to survive. Yeah dumb cliche

The method FL used to get divorce might be funny but it still dumb. Story went downhill when FL stops asking divorce.

... more>> What's up with Koreans and failed divorce.

You got baited with this cause you read Remarried Empress and trying to find same genre only to find this tr*sh genre of failed divorce with tr*sh ML. <<less

Some ppl are so dumb. For the record, the FL was isekai'd in the beginning of novel story, so basically the emperor never done all those things, and she read the story, it's not like she experienced it for the 2nd time, so that time the only emperor's fault was ignoring the empress and she can use that reason for divorce but blaming/punishing someone for something he didn't do/commit is so wrong. The FL also kinda dumb, why she ruined the empress image, making chaos, make things hard for other... more>> innocent ppl and servants, and trying so hard to make the public hate her as if there's no other better method to get divorce, it's so s*upid and annoying af. <<less

I think she hasn't read that much novels before she transmigrated if she still questions the opposite reaction of the emperor (or get confused) compared to her expectations. Lol I don't think she's that smart since she does this for the 3rd time and still in C9 which shows she won't be any better in the later chapters (gut feeling lol). As for the OGfl.. I don't think I pity or sympathize with her. Her feelings her own responsibility. Her own decisions, actions or lack thereof made her that way.... more>> She didn't use her head much when it comes to the emperor and mistress. Her only redeeming point is that she's good at her job and nothing else. <<less

The plot is good until she starts to fall in love with ml. I would’ve seriously been more happy that the servant is the ML because I feel like it would've made such a different plot from all the other manwha of this genre. It was still nice to read tho
